It's inevitable that something will go wrong at some point. It's how a company responds that separates truly great service. There was indeed a hiccup, not of their fault, but they immediately made it right.
I have been purchasing my cigars from Swiss Cuban for about 2 years now, and they are nothing short of the word professionalism. Even though they are thousands of miles away they are always available to return an email, or even pick up the phone. There is a large selection to choose from, they have great, authentic products and they always stand by their service to their patrons.
Highly recommend this company.
