I ordered a red laced dress from this website since July 21st, 2014, I ordered it for my cousins wedding for August 31st. I have not received anything till this day. As soon as I clicked purchase on the website they automatically took 186 dollars out of my account. I had to end up buying another dress because their website turned out to be a scam. I am a dress maker myself and I know how much time and detail goes into sewing - especially evening gowns. I am astounded at how beautiful my dress is! The job they did was phenomenal and even I can't do as great of a sewing job! They have surpassed all of my expectations and the quality is MUCH better than any bridal store/designer. Thank you TBDress for giving me a beautifully made gown! I'm so glad I got mine custom made because it fits me perfectly! I can't wait to wow people with my dress and I can't wait to order more from here and tell all of my friends!

I bought a pair of blue beautiful sandals and all my friends and including family want to know the name of the store where I got it. My sandals are unique and it didn't take to long to arrive.

Sizes are way off, once u receive item, then a run around on getting money back, they said I would only receive 56.00 back when it cost 138.00 for outfit, and said it is a pity! Never again would I order from them again! So I am out 138.00

I too am concerned if this is a scam of a company. I placed an order on Sept 19 and have yet to receive delivery confirmation. I've never had any problems when ordering online. In hindsight, I should have done googled this company before ordering. I have emailed them with this issue but to no avail. Now I am concerned that they have acct. Info. All of the reviews that I am reading are extremely low.

I ordered 2 dresses from these people and which the delivery price is almost the price of the clothes, outrageous... I ordered since November which I was going to wear in December for an occasion till now I have not gotten my my order or heard from them... Who runs a company like that. Their replies are full of excuses... GOOOSSHH!. I wonder if the good comments I see here are from real customers, I doubt that..

I can't give you a good review of this company in good conscience because place an order on May 3rd for a necklace set and I haven't received an email or anything stating that it is shipped my wedding is May 23rd only 13 days away and it's not going to arrive in time. The website said I would have it in 3 to 7 business days. Well it is not here and I haven't had any update. I tried to call the phone number that is listed on the website it is unreachable it's not even a real number. I have emailed them several times with no response. I would not recommend at this point

That the event was the following day and it probably not arrive on time but

My experience with TB dress is nice. I ordered a dress couple of month ago I was buying dress online for the first time so was not very sure, but the dress I received was really very nice. It was same as a picture, very nice fabric. The only thing is delivery took little long time but dress was good so it's fine. I received many compliments and planing to buy some more clothes.

I ordered on 7/31 and when I looked my order up online, the website said that my dress has shipped yesterday. I went to track my order, clicking the link, and the tracking number is not loading on the delivery service website that I've never heard of and it seems to be coming from Asia. The reason I decided to order from TBDress was because I saw all the positive reviews. I'm wondering if they are people paid to post these reviews? Because upon actually scrolling through the reviews, I'm reading a lot that are similar to my situation. I hope the dress comes and I hope it's not of poor quality or else this company will not hear the end of it from me!

I ordered a dress on 12/02/2014, and it was debited from my account same day. It is 12/26/2014, and I have not received the dress. I have tried twice to open a Dispute on their website, only to be told I can't open a dispute on this order. Seriously!?! When I track my shipment it has said the same thing since 12/08/2014: "Despatch from Sorting Center". I will never buy online from TBDress again.

One of the most awaited event was my 20th birthday. My mom allowed me to choose the dress that I really liked. My event was fast approaching and it really gave me a hard time. I talked to someone at tbdress if she could ship the Sherri hill dress immediately. Surprisingly, it arrived on 2 weeks before my wear date. You are so Super tbdress!

I ordered my dress on September 4th and paid for it to come it 10 days. I just got my dress today October 1st and the material looks cheap and it had a whole in it. This place is the worst. They tell you 10 days after every thing. Processing 10 days after that. Preparing 10 days after that. Inspecting 10 days and shipping 10 days after that. So dont pay extra because you still won't get it.

I love TBdress, for me is the best online store of ever. Products are just like in the pictures, great quality, took about 2 weeks to arrive to Portugal, as I expected.
The costumer service are very good always helping me whenever i needed.
I would definitely recommend this shopping to everybody.

I measured myself based on your sizing chart and found that I am a size 6. When the item arrived it did not fit me. It was not sewn to the correct size. Also a few beads fell off as I was taking the dress out of the bag and many more were found to be loosely sewn and about to fall off. I was offered a $15 refund to fix the beads and after several days of discussion only a 40% refund if I returned the product. Neither of these are sufficient as the mistakes were made on their end.

I would like to say thank you very much... the dress is more beautiful then I could of imagine. The work that was put into this I am so pleased... I have to admit I was worried about ordering online but what a great company and fast on their orders and the work that was put into this dress I love it thank you again for making the beautiful dress for my special day.

Received the dress I ordered but the zipper was broken and have been working with customer service and finally they just stopped responding all together. I ordered shoes with my dress over two months ago which I still have not received. They will take your money! Do not buy from here!

Dress was very low quality, and looked absolutely nothing like the image that was displayed. I the dress has 1 layer of silk that was basically see-through then a cheap mesh material over that. When I called customer service to get a refund they told me I could keep the dress and they would give me 8 dollars back! (I payed $65) when I stated that I would like a full refund they said I could send it back and they would give me the proper amount but i would have to pay for return shipping. Overall I wouldn't trust this site. I was very disappointed.

Beautiful dress, needs a little alteration because i took standard size. Normally my size is 38 and I took size 10. Dress was big from waist but otherwise it fits perfectly. My colour choice was regency. It took only few days to get the dress. I will use tbdress again. :)
