Terrible costumer service. If you want to claim something you need to email them. It seems they don't have a telephone number. They don't solve issues if they send you the wrong size shoes. Items are cheap out of China and way smaller.

The dress arrived on time, I was able to track it until I received it. It arrived on time. The dress looks exactly like the picture and that is why I and returning customer. I am very satisfied. My mom loves my dress so much she asked of she could borrow it for an occasion. My sister decided to buy the burgundy lace patchwork dress for herself. Order number *******.

The suit sent was to small. Followed directions in returning the suit and repurchased a new larger one and was told they would refund on the small suit when it was received in Guangzhou China. It sat there for 6 months and then they sent it back. A Rip off company. Dont trust companies from China.

My order fro TBdress got delayed and I thought that this is a fraud site since I ordered it for first time. I have now received my dress. The dress is good and fits really very well. I think they should mention very boldly that their delivery time is very long. That you avoid such conditions. Dress is really good!

I have passed two orders with TBdress and I have received one until now. I have to say that the website is very well organized, full of details in order to determine whether an item is suitable (accurate description, different measurements, revies, many pics). Moreover, t he items are of all kinds and some of them really original. Finally, I foud out the customer care service is very effective and swift to reply. Never buy any cloth from this website, this website are Chinese junk cloth sold here, I paid over $300 last year, I got all junk cloth, bad material and cloth didn`t match the website showed, it is totally scammer. Warning everybody here, never buy any cloth from this website, because return will take you a lot money and take very long time.

I love the dress its beautiful, i payed for the dress to be made with my sizes. It was delivered quite quickly earlier than expected and it was great to track it. My own fault with the stress of the wedding iv lost some wait so will need it taken in a bit but thats great I'm really happy and its easier to take it in than to let it out. My friends and family just love it, Thanks so much its just perfect!

I ordered the Plain Short Sleeve Women's Vintage Dress in navy with low expectations since the dress was so inexpensive. I was very impressed to find the high quality of the dress when I received it. It took close to a month for the dress to arrive, but the wait was totally worth it.

I have been very pleased with the clothes that I have ordered. Yes they take a while to come but I understand the reason. The only issue that I have had is that the plus size clothes all seem to not allow enough sleeve diameter. In other words the sleeves are very tight.
