TBdress

My dress just came today, not that I expect a response because I have yet to get a response from them previously, but seriously what is this, the pleating is not the same on each shoulder, also one strap sits off the shoulder and the other sits where it should. The strap that is off the shoulder is so tight in the arm pit it is unbelievable... this is horse$#*!. Also there are seems that have not been finished off, REALLY, this is why we should buy American, my mistake
Try to put a bad review on their site... ya right won't happen, and there is no customer service, they NEVER reply to the messages they allow to send nor does the chat now EVER work... horrible product. Trying to put a pic up but that's not happening. Also noticed that the hem on the shoulders, well one hem is facing forward and the other is facing backwards...

I just recently began shopping using TBdress and to begin with i only ordered some accessories just to try it out and i received products better than i anticipated. So i started to order clothes and i am extremely happy with the quality of the products i order. 5 stars from me :).

This was the second time I used the site to design and fabricate a homecoming dress, and both times resulted in a beautifully designed, custom pieces that for their prices I don't think can be found anywhere else. This review is for designing homecoming dress. I had not made a review for the first dress which was a party dress. Overall, it was a great experience, with some little expected frictions for not working with someone face to face. This just made the process a bit longer. The dress turned out beautiful, and was delivered to my door with no problems. Overally, I highly recommend this site and would definitely work with them again in future. The website was particularly well developed for sharing ideas and images in the design process.

I ordered a dress on 7/20 and it is 8/8 and its still saying its preparing. I order the dress in advance because i have a wedding to attend the first week of September. Where is my dress i paid for?! I dont have time for waiting and then have nothing to wear!

I have ordered a dress for a black tie event. When the dress came it was not the same as the picture! The dress did not have the right color, nor was it the mermaid dress.It was just straight. It was just awe full! The customer service was manipulating me as a client to feel bad about their people that worked so hard on this awe full dress. I experienced a very unprofessional service for a lot of money! Don't recommend it to anyone! The quality of the dress is poor and the lace is not properly stitched on.The thread was loose when I opened up the package. I did not even get a change to wear this ugly dress as it does not fit me around the arms and neck and I send them custom fittings! Just awe full and never again!

Please don't buy from this company. They shipped me 2 dresses. One was fine but the second was 2 sizes smaller than what I ordered and the wrong color from what I ordered. I returned it and from the get go they said they only refund half the money. I told them that I was returning it because of their error not mine. They made me pay to ship it back and now they say they will only refund me $40. This dress was over $150. Please learn from my experience and DO NOT buy anything from this company! PS I haven't received the $40 back yet and I'm not holding my breath.

Item was amazing. I loved it so much. Service was honest and reliable. It arrived with no damage. It was on time, even earlier. I love the item. I love this site. These people are reliable, trustworthy, honest and caring of everyone and their products. They advertise properly :)

I ordered a dress from this site and when I received the dress (almost after a month)... believe me the dress was torn in the front... a new dress was torn... Unbelievable... when I contacted the customer care for the same, they said they would apply some discount, discount is 3 dollars... the 3 dollar discount that they are offering me is less than the shipping charge that I paid for the dress... totally un-professional people. Please don't buy anything from this site... I feel cheated and cursing myself for making a decision to purchase from this site. Total waste of my hard earned money

So far I am pleased with the services. I ordered two coats and I am very excited. The only thing i am having issues with is an order that is in my cart that i can not delete for some reason.

We were very skeptical about tbdress especially after reading the reviews about this store in some of the review sites but nevertheless we found the dress very irresistable and so we decided to give them a try anyway. All the transactions went on very smoothly and all i can say is that people should treat with contempt some of this reviews as the store is not that bad.

I can't believe all the designs you have to pick from, one for everyone. I found one for my daughter that I think she will love. She is always so cold and this one looks like it will be warn enough for her. Thank you for the sale going on, I couldn't get one without the sale. Merry Christmas!

I would rate this website a 10 for sure.

I ordered three items from this website and they were suppose to be delivered withn two weeks. It took them more than a month to ship the items, and I had to wait two extra weeks to receive them. Two items were way undersized and the third item was completely different. I contacted Lucy the customer service, she reply to whatever you say by using the same answer. I explained everything to her, and attached photo for the items. She asked me to have other photos taken and sent to the email to check the photos for better quality and I did. Now she responded again asking me to just accept the items as they are, and she will offer discount for future purchase which just pissed me off more. Is she that stupid to think I am going to buy from them again before they resolve the current issue. These guys are a punch of internet thefts but I am not going to let it go.

Total scam! I ordered 3 wedding dresses totaling $403. None fit per their measurement guide and wrong color sent and the ivory color is like a yellow cream (horrible). I asked to return them for a refund and their reply was " Sorry to hear that you are experiencing the size problem.
I am afraid you may not choose the size according to our size chart.
Is it possible for you to modify them in your local tailor shop and we apply $40 dollars in total refund as compensation?
Or can we exchange a new size/other items?
If you need it urgently, you can keep the old one and buy a new one with the best discount of 30%, ok?
If return for refund, the labor/material cost or shipping cost of the dress have to be deducted, so you canonly get the refund with $161 dollars in total ( 40% of the item price). It seems not a good idea."

No where in the return policy does it state this. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I do not think this website deserve even one star.
I have ordered one dress from this site hoping to get it for a wedding. I order it two weeks prior to the wedding so i would have extra time to receive the dress. I even wrote in the request box to have the dress ASAP because i didn't want anything to go wrong. There're time length says 10 days. It did not take them 10 days. I too them 17 days for me to receive the dress. Not only did they send my dress late but they decided to process my dress and ship it immediately right after i dispute my payment on pay pal. Once i received my dress they refuse my refund. I had to go through my credit card company and dispute with them and fought for a whole month to get my money back

I was very happy with my purchase. The dress fit perfectly, came in many colors including white which is hard to find, a and was very well made. I got many by compliments and questions about where I got the dress.

Absolutely thrilled with this dress! I would just like to congratulate tbdress for making a beautiful dress that fitted perfectly.On this dress, you could be surely the focus of the party. You can get all the attention just like the princess.

This is the second or third time I did the shopping on line with TBdress and I am very happy with this. They have many items for me to choose and I can spend time as much as I want to shop. I can look at the products again and again before I buy. I like the easy way to add or subtract to the shopping bag, especially the price is affordable with discount and free shipping. I am the luckiest customer to this store. Just recently, I purchased a very beautiful dress. I must say the services I received especially at the customer service part was very pleasing. I understood every step of the transaction and felt very assured of the safety of my order and also the reliability of the store. I received my dress and would love to shop here again.

It is the exact same as the picture (upon receiving, it could use some ironing) the quality of the fabric is not as stiff as expected and overall very good a little short (aka dont lean over when wearing) the waist could use some cinching though would definitely recommend to a friend and i look forward to shopping here in the future

I bought a wedding dress here and I am very happy with this site, everything is crystal clear and prices are very good. Also - the customer service is excellent.

This is the first time I have ordered from this company and I can honestly say, I thought they were brilliant. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick and very good value. Oh and I love what I ordered too! Would definitely recommend!
