I had to change my size after I ordered - I did not see size chart. They quickly responded that they would notify the factory of the change. I hope it works and I get the correct size. We will see but they were prompt!

I love the clothes its great for me to by it on... great price I buy stuff off here all the time and most and likely I got my boyfriend his birthday gifts off this and my family love the fashion it got great taste.

The dress on the website was very attractive. But in
Reality it's not worth the purchase very inexpensive. Will not give this dress to
goodwill. Not worth the hassle of returning. Keep your money, read a truthful review.

Yes this website is a ripoff the pictures they post are not what your getting i do a lot of online shopping this is the worst. Very disappointed on how they handle things hard to get a refund never a live person to talk to. I shop at ASOS now the quality is great the returns are easy the shipping is in 2 days. I will never shop at TBDRESS again you been warned Save yourself the headache

This dress is the best dress I have seen so far, its floors so smoothly on the body that it gives it the best shape ever. When I show the dress to my friends, immediately everyone fill in love with it.

I bought 124.00 in dresses. When I received the dresses one had a side seam open and the other was described as "sequins" when it is glitter. They offered 10.00 for a refund. It will cost 50.00 to fix the one with the side seam open. And the other has glitter falling everywhere. They told me I could return at my own cost. I will NOT buy from this. Again. I will buy from AMAZON. THEY HAVE GREAT RETURNS.

I ordered a wedding dress for my daughter. It was too small, and the bead design on the front of the dress was not symmetrical. I emailed the company two days after receiving the dress, and they said they would respond within 24 hours. It has now been four days and I haven't heard a word from them. I tried to open a dispute and I was unable to do that. I sent an email with pictures of the problems with the dress. This company needs to be investigated. IT IS HORRIBLE and NOBODY should trust this company!

These clothes fit a small person living in china where these dresses are made. Not for a regular size medium person. Clothing is cheaply made and material appears cheap and flimsy. It does not apppear like it is on model. It has taken a over week to receive a refund.The refund and return process is difficult

Do not order from TB Dress. The product order is a scam to get your money. They don't really have the product you order. You will receive an item, but it's not what you ordered, and you will not get your money back.

I received a package from here that was not the item I ordered. I have been in contact with them through five emails going back and forth so they can send me the correct item and I keep getting the run around. They have asked for a sku number however I have sent them every number possible that was in the package and on the item yet they still haven't sent me my item. Don't order from here because the service is horrendous and because they're in China you have no recourse. Awful company.!

I purchased a dress two weeks ago and the dress arrived ahead of time. I must say the party dress is a blast! When I fit the dress it looked good on me. I am going to put on this dress on my best friends wedding. I am the maid of honor.

Ordered several shirts on January 27th 2020 and never received my order or a response from the company regarding my order until a month later with a fake tracking number, requested for a refund and they went silent.

I ordered a dress from TBDRESS.COM on April 8th and paid 2-5 days delivery. I know it is only day 3 now, however I decided to email to them just to check in. I did it already 5 times and no response. I am emailing them 2 day in a row just asking how it is going on, however, nobody replies. I emailed customer service, I emailed to their representative Aaron, and still no answer. If this rewiew is read, please let me know how is my order doing, it is not like I am asking something difficult, right? Or do you guys have only one way communication?

The quality of the dress is very poor and it’s absolutely different than the picture. The Ruching (texture of the fabric), the sewing, the sleeve margin and the bottom margin is completely different. Also there is a zipper in the back of dress but for me it doesn’t have any zipper. Totally the quality is so poor and I like to ask for the refund. I am wondering how your customers give you high rate and comment positively. Don't buy from this fake site.
