I had much skepticism when I initially ordered. I was concerned about the quality of the clothing and about the sizes. I did find that the sizes do run small for my size but were perfect for my youngest daughter. This is a win win for me because I now HAVE to lose weight to fit my first dress. My daughter is ready for order #2.

I shopped at TBdress and I had a great experience. I bought a dress and I paid a total of 9.19 dollars. It's a great looking dress for the money and I'm thinking about buying a beautiful necklace and matching earrings for 9.19 dollars so I've really had fun shopping there since I'm on a fixed income it really helps.

I want to share my story on this item. I ordered this costume and got what I wanted. The quality of the fabric is nice and the elasticity of it is just what I expect it to be. The costume is so cute and real looking. I enjoy wearing it the entire event.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a beach wedding dress that was nothing like the picture. Paid for 2 day shipping. Took 7 days to get here. Read that I have 7 days to return it. I emailed the company and it took 3 days for a response. Not able to return if for a full refund. So ladies don't buy a dress or bridesmaids dress from here if you aren't 100% sure you'll be satisfied.

My daughter and I were so excited to find dressy shoes with straps in bone color for a wedding she was going to be in. They were rather expensive but we did not care because they were so exceptionally pretty and were perfect for the dress. She wore them the night of the rehearsal and on the wedding day. At the reception she had to take them off because the sole had separated from both shoes. So disappointing. We emailed the company and they asked for a picture which we sent. They offered to replace the shoes if we sent them another 15.00. Oh noooo I will not send them another dime and I will not order another thing from them if they can not back up their products. So beware... It also took three weeks to get the shoes delivered.

I wore this skirt to a church service, and had so many compliments, I couldn't politely keep up with the 'thank you's'. There is a steampunk black jacket on Amazon which goes with it perfectly. The sizing is small. I am a size 12 and ordered XXL, which fits perfectly. Ordered one in each color, and I'm so happy I did! Standard shipping is slow, but consistent with Zulily.

This site was great, and i am happy that i ordered my dress from it. It was exactly the same as advertised on the site, it was at a great price and was perfect. The dress was made on time and shipped to me on time i had no problem.

The dress is great! It fits well, is a good length and the quality is great. The only minor issue I have with it is that the sleeves tend to ride up at the shoulder, which covers where the holes are supposed to be (where the shoulder shows) so I have to pull the sleeves down every so often so that my shoulders show. Besides that, there is nothing wrong with it at all. I LOVE this dress!

Do not buy any thing from this company. They do not go by there return policy. They do not give you your full amount of money back and they lie and say dress is custom made so they have to take money from you return amount. Also it take they long to return your funds to your account

I ordered a dress from this site one month ago from this site. I always fear being scammed and usually when am ordering from a site for the first time, i look for something cheap, just in case am tricked. Luckily my dress got to me last Thursday, I tried and it was fit so I used it to church this Sunday. Most people seem to like the dress. Hope to try a more expensive one soon. The overall procedure was not tedious.

I must admit, I was drawn to tbdress because of the unique shades and colors of fashionable designs... BUT I am now a FAN of TBdress because not only are these designs of great quality and an amazing way to make me feel beautiful, but the option to customize fit and fast delivery adds the stars. Ordered an item, they charged my card, realized it was probably a scam, requested a refund, they ask me for an order number, they had not given me an order number, without an order number they can't refund my money. SCAM!

I emailed them about my order (order number is *******) wanting to know why a few weeks had gone by and I still hadnt received an email saying it was shipped or a tracking number. 2 days went by and although I never got a response from my email I received my tracking number this morning. Now I cant find any information on my items. Every time I type in my tracking number it says it doesnt exist or there is an error. I am very disappointed. I very rarely order anything online and I never but myself anything (kids come first). I hope I receive my items soon and they are worth the money I spent. Wish I would have read these reviews first.

I actually was having trouble Finding a wedding dress my size, tb dress had my dream wedding dress and I was able to find it in my size. I measured myself and looked at the size chart and it fit wonderful

At TB Dress, I have found the best bags and shoes that go with any kind of clothes. However, many of the shoes I like aren't available in my foot size so I have to settle for the second choice. I suggest the website stock should have a enough shoes and outfits for all sizes.

I was having doubt in tbdress because of the reviews i have read, but it was not true. Tbdress is a good online store. The dress that i ordered for my girlfriend for her birthday was immediately delivered within the calendar day they alloted. Tbdress has a good service, i recommend it to you guys.

I ordered a sweater. Didn't receive a confirmation. Now they claim that they can't find the order, but they sure took the money from my credit card pretty quick. Payment came out Jan 13th, still no sweater but 10 emails back and forth with them stating that they can't find the order. Just give me my money back then!

Hi I have ordered my item from TB Dress and its been three week still on status is showing me preparing. I don't understand what's going on because I tried to call on customer service but no one responding I also tried to send them email but still no one responding. What should I do now.

I got a men's outerwear (coat) as a gift from my friend who bought it from TBdress. I loved it. It is comfortable, very stylist and when I heard about it's price I was shocked, that such a great item in such a low price. So I am here to shop some products for myself and for Christmas gift.

The dress that I purchased was not sized correctly. I immediately tried to contact TBDress by using the phone number provided. The number did not work.
I sent several emails, explaining the situation. I keep on getting stonewalled and getting asked for pictures of the issue. The website promises a full refund, however when I tried to return the dress on my own, the instructions are too vague on the website, the cost to return it, is almost the same as the cost of the dress. I have asked repeatedly for my refund and for TBDress to arrange for a pick up at no cost to me but I continually get evasive answers. I have even been told to keep the dress. I will never again purchase anything from TBDress.

CAUTION! Please do not waste your time or your money! Its almost been two months that I have waited on a dress that needed NO special alterations! These people will not communicate with me at all! I want my money back but I can't even get the dress so I know I won't get any money back! STAY AWAY!
