TBdress

I've had no luck tracking this package online. I placed my order back on 4/27/2020. Still haven't received it yet. Can someone help me? TB Dress is not responding to my requests.

I ordered a lovely blue and white lace bodycon dress from TBDress. I was a bit sceptical at first because I have never bought anything online but I was very pleased with the result, the material looks and feels great and just a great product overall.

I purchased what I thought was the perfect wedding dress 2 sizes bigger than I normally wear. The dress wasn't what the picture showed and it was 4 sizes too little. I couldn't even zip it up. When I contacted customer service I was offered a $20 refund by the representative and told to keep the dress. $20 didn't even cover the shipping cost paid. I will never purchase from TBdress again. Worse experience ever!

The undewear looks nice, and unlike any other brands of underwears I wear, this one don't have any cartoon characters on them, which could be useful just in case anyone besides my mom or my sister ever sees them. They're neither childish nor granny-ish, which is hard to find in anything that's not a thong (or just horribly uncomfortable). Plus the 'ballet pink' even matches my exercising tights So incase of see through when am exerscsing i would be difficlt to notice the difference :)

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. Well 4 months later and i finally started to receive some parcels firstly with a hefty import duty to pay. They make no concession to amend the parcel type, so that you shouldnt have to pay those hefty charges and never mind that its one parcel but individual ones. Excited to finally get some goods you open up packages to find that the item is not as per the one you ordered and some items missing and some duplicated. Then never mind that with the mens clothing i cannot wear anything as its all way to small. Im mostly a medium with my clothes and ordered large and it still does not fit. Dont even bother trying to phone, you get nowhere

TBDRESS is a scam website. They rip off customers - the quality is horrible, and they copy branded dresses. And once you have ordered, there is no way to get in touch with them. There is no phone, no address. They are fraud and cheating consumers. PLEASE STAY AWAY from them, and invest in a branded dress instead.

Pls produce more elegant dresses & blouse so that we have a lot of option. Since I discovered TBdress I stopped my shopping in the mall.

I have never in my life had bad experience with online shopping like I have with tbdress. I ordered a dress for $46.15 February the 12th 2020 until this day I still haven't received the dress. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Each time I contacted them with an email they send me another lie two more weeks ect. One more month smh. This is absolutely poor customer service. I wonder how many more senior citizens been treated like I have with the false online deals from this company its really sad. So keep your money dont order from tbdress at all. I think it's a money scam frfr. And its sk sad to be treated like that.

I ordered a dress for my grandson's wedding. It arrived stuffed in a plastic bag; the color was not representative of the site; asked to return this unworn garment; got no instructions on where to ship this for a refund. They offered a $20 discount as "the color not bad". DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people; waste of money and time.

Love the different styles, as I am a larger lady now, hate to shop as unable to find a nice but different style of dress, its normally same style and it gets boreing, love the colours bright vibrant, all round what a difference my wardrobe will look, keep the differece comeing in styles

Received the dresses two weeks after I purchased them, I am soooo happy with the quality they are superb, just need to get the dress taken up a notch as they are a little too long but that is to be expected when ordering online. I bought the dresses in pink and got a lace coat made for my maid of honour also from TB DRESS. Bought a size 2, a 4 and a 6and they fit perfectly.

I just received my wedding dress and I'm in love with it! I love tier wedding gowns that's why I choose this one, I had such a hard time choosing a dress because I liked all of them but I love all of them. I never thought I would be able to afford my dream dress but thanks to my soon to be mother-in-law I could because she lead me to your site. I have to admit I was skeptical about ordering online because I was afraid it wouldn't fit and I'm not 100% sure wait size I am but I was shocked to see that it fit almost perfectly. I would defiantly recommend your site to anybody and everybody, because there's so many beautiful, professional, affordable dresses and its shocking how fast it got here, I can't wait to wear it at my wedding in Oct. I was apprehensive because I saw the bad reviews after I placed my order. I asked them to add a custom lace to the top of the bodice because I had a mastectomy and needed extra coverage. When I received my dress I was terrified it wouldn't be right but it was EXACTLY what I asked for. Thank you TBDress! I only had a little issue with it being too big in the bodice area and too long but I was expecting to do alterations anyways before the wedding since I am going through weight loss. I am so pleased with my dress that I plan on getting my mother a dress for the wedding as well.

Beautiful dress! I LOVE the dress i choose. The fabric is exactly what was described the color is elegant and nice. This dress is just a little too long but nothing a little tayloring cant fix. Just hope i can losee. Little more weight for my cousins wedding lol! But was ordered at the end of march and delivered in a matter of 3 weeks! VERY VERY PLEASED! Would order again from here

I did business with them. What I ordered and what they sent me was horrible and they was not trying to give me my miney back. The items I received were defected so I should have got a full refund. They advertise items on their website they do not have in stock and then give you hassle about getting your money back... this is fraud! They were suppose to process my partial refund on Feb. 11 and didn't process it until the 24th only becaused I send them a message back asking about my refund. If I wouldn't contacted them they were not going to process my refund. Shop at your own rick, but this company is a pure mess! They send you defected items and don't want to give you a full refund. They advertise items on their website knowingly they do not have the product in stock. They are crocks and try to scam you out of money. If i could give them 0 stars I would ‼

I order my dress on 4th june from tbdress, and i received it on 30th june, I am really glad with the unique design which makes the bridal dress completely different and mesmerizing in which i bought from tbdress online store. It makes me the centre of attraction wherever I wear this and gives a nice look to my body.

I have a problem I ordered two pairs of pants are only received one and the one that I do have the sizes too small I need to return them can you please email me the right address to put on the package to send back and can you please send me my white pair of blue jeans

I customized my dress but it was made way TOO SMALL. It's 6 inches (15.24cm) too small for the jacket. For the dress it is 4 inches (10.16 cm) too small on the chest; 6 inches (15.24cm) too small for the hip, the waist is exact measurement with no room to breath, the length is 6 inches (15.24cm) too long.

The reply from the customer service as follow:

"Dear valued customer, Thanks for your concern and interests. Sorry, they confirmed that the size will be little difference, it may about 1-2cm, it is inevitable Would you please keep it as gifts to someone who like it? Best regards, Customer service "

Hello!, 1-2 cm is inevitable, but 10 to 15 cm is unacceptable. Told me to keep it as gift? What a joke? Who has 30 inches hip and chest? A small child, maybe.

My advise, do not listen to the reviews they posted on the website.

I ordered a long outware top, and it came in much sooner than I expected.
Also as it was my first time to order on thus site, I called before I placed the order, and my call got answered right away and he was very patient with me, and answered all my questions.

About a month ago I ordered my wedding dress from TB Dress. It wasn't until after I made my purchase that I saw all the terrible reviews. I'm not gonna lie, I was extremely nervous. I was certain that I was going to get the complete opposite of what I ordered or that I wouldn't get it at all. After finding the bad reviews I felt that every good review must be fake. I would like to make it known that I am a real person and this is my real experience. I had not heard anything in about 2 weeks about the progress of my dress so I emailed them to make sure everything was still on schedule. They replied stating that it would be sent at the end of February... which it was. Every part of my transaction with this company was nothing like how the reviews made me feel. I had a great experience and would recommend this company to others. Good luck to you all. I hope you all have an experience as pleasant as I did.

I bought the dress online without having been able to try it on because the return policy stated that I could return the unworn, unwashed, unaltered dress within 15 days of receipt. When I received the dress it wasn't what I wanted so I contacted the company to return it. They offered to give me a 40% refund provided I send them detailed pictures of the dress and then ship it back to them on MY dime. 40%? No. After much, much, much back-and-forth between myself and the company and many, many scathing reviews on my part, I was finally contacted and offered a full refund, even though I still had to pay for the return shipping.

I'm glad to have gotten my refund (even though I had to fight tooth-and-nail for it) but I will not ever be returning.

Wow! Im soo happy to have discivered tbdress, I must say your products are very appealing to the eye... im currently awaiting my order and I cant want to receive it, hope ill love the jacket and dress I bought. Im now glued to the site and itseems as if I will be buying something weekely, lolest. Keep bringing us those goodies so we can look the part always.
