My husband tried to suprise me with a beautiful dress for Xmas and guess what we still waiting on that suprise... he placed the order on November 19/2021 and today is January 10/21022... yes its a new year and no dress yet. Same as every other bad review on here, they take long to get to your email and it's always the same $#*!. "Hot item, we need 5 more days, please don't worry, be patient blah blah. How many reviews will it take to put this site down an out of ripping people off? Like who handles this type of $#*!? You already are robbing the world of so much and here we dumb $#*! keep supporting you! If you read these reviews and still go and purchase then you deserve what you get, just saying not trying to be rude but if the shoe fits. Reviews need to start with 0 as 1 star is to dam much...

I ordered these dresses 2 month ago. I got 2 dresses at first (was waiting 1.5 months for very bad quality) and just got 3rd one week ago (very poor quality). 4th I NEVER got. I contacted their customer service last week, but nobody replied to me.

I ordered a bridesmaid dress from this company per the bride's request. According to the bride it was the "perfect" dress for her bridesmaids. Little did she know it was going to be the worst NIGHTMARE ever! The dress came and it was far too big ( but was measured by a seamstress as per the company's requirements) around the waist and bust but far too small in the sleeves.The dress was also made poorly. At the time I ordered I thought that it was like any other item you order on line... not made by hand? This company takes a picture from another company, copies it and then tries to have a seamstress recreate it. The seamstress makes it alright but... it is very poorly made with cheap zippers and unraveling seams. I am questioning whether this is a legit site with legal workers working for them? When I tried to send it back for a refund they talked all around the subject of return but that they could fix it if I sent it back (they would not be paying the return shipping and then they would send it back to me with another cost. I told them that I wanted to just get a refund. I have been trying to get my money back for 3 months now. I am ready to send this off to an investigative company that wants to make a lot of money busting their fraudulent ways of cheating their customers. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER from this company. I believe that they use this site to have employees write fake reviews for them. Do not order from them! They are the WORST!
I purchased 2 dresses thinking they would be easy to return if they didn't fit. THAT COUKDNT BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH! Over $ 300.00 then $60 to return to C H I N A and they said after 4 months they never received, they are the worst company to deal with! DO NOT BUY
DON'T SHOP ON THIS SITE! They have the worst customer service in the world. I bought the shoes and they are not what they look in the picture, poor quality, I made the big mistake of ordering $180.00 on merchandise and it was a waste. Shipping charges are so high in money... If you want to return, you will never get your money back. STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!
After requesting some money from dad, we browsed with my sister to find a pair of dresses. She is in fact my twin sister. The dresses came and fitted like gloves. We just love looking like copycats.
TBDress doesn't seen like a legitimate business, I haven't received any feedback back from them in a month. I don't even know how to contact them about a refund.
