My husband tried to suprise me with a beautiful dress for Xmas and guess what we still waiting on that suprise... he placed the order on November 19/2021 and today is January 10/21022... yes its a new year and no dress yet. Same as every other bad review on here, they take long to get to your email and it's always the same $#*!. "Hot item, we need 5 more days, please don't worry, be patient blah blah. How many reviews will it take to put this site down an out of ripping people off? Like who handles this type of $#*!? You already are robbing the world of so much and here we dumb $#*! keep supporting you! If you read these reviews and still go and purchase then you deserve what you get, just saying not trying to be rude but if the shoe fits. Reviews need to start with 0 as 1 star is to dam much...
Just received the dress this morning, tried it on and it fit LIKE A GLOVE! The dress I ordered was in black and it still looked exactly like the pic and with the steal of a price, I will be doing all of my dress shopping here:-)

So nice flat sandals and I choose a pink one pair of sandals with not much money.The shipping time was too long. Fortunately, I was well-content with my sandals.
I made my entire life mistake when I decided to purchase a dress from TB Dress. Their service is terrible.
It took 12 days for delivery although it's by Aramex. Wher I recieved the item I found its color is different, finishing is very bad, I decided to return and refund immediately as per their announced policy, which is another jock,,, they are simply liars, they don't return, the agent in the customer service who claimed she is professional started to ask: why,,, send photos, and she asked me to keep it, she was pegging me to keep it, and not to return, I insisted on return and refund as per policy. I returned it as per the address she gave, the parcel is still in the UPS office there and she refused to receive, she just disappeared, no replies to my e mail. Until now I don't know what to do, sorry for making my story long, but these people are totally u professionals and they claim what they really don't do.
Never be victimized by them. For sake of you, stay away from these jerks.

I receive my knitwear yesterday. Very nice fabric and the inside material really smooth and soft. Very warm, for all day long. I choose the apricot color and it the same as the picture.

This website is a good choice for shopping. I bought a dress here, the dress makes a great piece for fall. It is long enough to cover you but thin enough material it is still breathable.

Very poor customer service. I bought a dress over a month in advance for an event, and it should have arrived within 2 weeks. It was taking exceedingly long for the dress to ship, and I needed to reach out to them. When I asked what was taking so long, they said it was out of stock and the factory was preparing it. They did not feel the need to tell me this themselves, but instead waited for me to ask about it. The lady said it was packed and would ship soon, but three days later and it had yet to ship. She should have upgraded shipping speed free of charge but instead kept saying sorry and doing nothing. When I asked about upgrading shipping speed free of charge on the live chat they said they couldn't do that because it had apparently already shipped. When I asked them to send the another of the same dress in the faster speed, they said that was not possible. When I expressed my disappointment in the situation, they only offered me 4 USD as compensation. This business does not know how to prevent and then handle mistakes. Very poor experience.
EDIT: They have emailed me with no other help other than the tracking number (which I had already). They asked me to change the rating to 4 or 5 stars, even while doing literally nothing to help or compensate me. If I could, I'd change the rating to 0 stars.

Not as pictured and arrives very, very, very late they. They make it impossible to get a full refund. You are promised a 10% refund!
