I ordered two items the cardigan with fur on the collar which looked long and beautiful on the model, in reality it is cheap and comes half way up my back does not bear any resemblance to the photo. I also ordered the black swing cape again it would fit a 9 year old and the button holes are too small for the buttons. I thought it was too good to be true and it was. Do not order from this site it is just a rip off.

I ordered a pair of heels for my friend almost a month ago and it still says it's processing. And when I wrote two messages about the order I got no reply! So I personally do not like this site. It looks good but really it's pure problems. I just want my money back honestly. This is ridiculous

We needed 96 black dresses and white blouses for our call center workers. We got a tailor take their measurements and ordered here. They made them perfect and shipped them to us. I ordered two dresses for my son's wedding. They took 5 weeks to arrive then didn't even come close to fitting. (I ordered according to their size chart) I paid $245.00 and they offered me $80.00 refund IF I ordered another dress. Please let as many people know as possible that this is a sham company. If I knew it was a Chinese company beforehand I would've NEVER ordered from them.

TBdress have been online for some time now and based on many reviews, the site can be trusted. It was just a few months ago I decided finally to give it a try before I could write my own review about the company. The customer support was good and they helped me a lot with my questions. I had to make sure that whatever I was paying for was worth it. It a few weeks my dress was delivered and since then it is a store that I can buy more dresses from.

I am a regular customer, I love this website, always come with something unique. Very famous among teenagers. It's just the time the order take to reach you otherwise it's amazing. This app is really dope. Quality is lit. Sale's are extraordinary!. Damn, I really love shopping. Some of the best kind of outfits available which other online shopping brands fail to produce.

Thanks I have received all the merchandise, all very nice except for a dress has a wrong color compared to my request and I also had to pay 21 customs fees that no one had informed me properly, I did not know, if I knew of customs fees I would absolutely buy anything in your site. Ordered two dresses for my fiance Jan 05. Web site says dresses will arrive in 10 days. It is now 1. 29. 20 company has not responded to 4 customer service request asking for order status. I called their customer service number. Someone, not a company, answered. Could not understand his Chinese. Called my credit card company and DISPUTED the order. Bogus company.

I like this champagne wedding dress, it's so charming... I received my dress yesterday and it was what I expected. Elegant very feminine N absolutely brilliant... Wonderful! The dress was perfect... I cannot encourage you enough NOT to engage at all with this company. They are a FRAUD! I cancelled an order for over $100.00 within hours after seeing reviews. They would not refund my money and I have been in a battle with them for weeks now. They shipped 1 item that appears was $16.00 to have a tracking number. I refused the package and I am now awaiting the outcome. RUN>>>RUN>>>RUN>>> as fast as you can!

Please do not order from this site... I read the reviews before ordering but I ignored them and now wish I would have listened!
Ordered 5 items 01. 12. 13, it is now 01. 02. 14 and I have still not got the full order that I paid for! The items I do have arrived separately (a month after ordering) I am now awaiting 2 more items which seem to have 'disappeared'
The first time I messaged I got reply to say my order has been shipped so 'just be patient' they will be delivered within the week... that was 3 weeks ago! I have sent them yet another message and got no reply this time!

It is such a shame because they are cheap and the quality is actually really good, the sizes are on the small size though, I am a UK 8 and I found the medium to be a little tight but wearable

This site should be regulated as I've read quite a few comments where people have not received the goods they have paid for... is this not called fraud?

Were unable to provide any details about when the items would be made available, took over one month for them to finally get back to me and let me know that they were out of stock.

Customer service is non-existent and it took the threat of reporting them to Paypal before they finally provided a refund.

Would not use again and would not advise anyone else use this website if only to save your sanity!

They still in money how old is the sequin jacket a structured sequence jacket and I got a kids jacket and it's not structured very well at all they are stealing money it should be against the law no return label so you can't return it somebody needs to call the police because they're still in your money he stole my money

I placed my order and was a little hesitate with it being shipped from so far away. I emailed an inquiry with the convenient message box on their site. I got immediate responses and an update at each inquiry. I received my order much sooner (about 4 days) than was listed. Let me tell you. I am so pleased with my purchase. The quality is outstanding and was just like the picture on the site. I will be ordering another of the Leopard Print Three Piece Women's Tote Bag set. Did I mention the pricing was phenomenal!?!?!

Bought this dress for my daughters prom. Went for custom made and I'm glad we did as would have been really difficult to alter it! Tbdress were brilliant at double checking the measurements. We had the train removed as thought it would get stood on at a prom, and it didn't detract from the dress at all. We put a flesh coloured slip underneath too as the split is very high. Stunning dress, and loads of compliments! Definitely i will recommend it to my friends!

I just received one of the four dresses I order from tbdress, honestly the dress is the same as advertised on their websites. It so beautiful. Though it took one month to arrived Nigeria but it is worth it. It fits like a glove. Am a size 14 I ordered XL and it's just my perfect size. I had given TBdress a poor review a few weeks ago. Since then I have received 4 emails from a guy called Aaron asking me for an ID. I gave him what the site gave me in all their email communication with me. Apparently they could not locate my order and cannot track it. My credit card has been deducted. So I am wondering if
1. TBdress really has a problem with tracking their orders
2. Their back office support is not working
3. Or it is just a game.
Readers, what do you think? I am getting more upset by the exchanges of email with TBdress. They appear to have no sincerity to help me out on the return. However because of the bad rating I have given them on Sitejabber, (read by 8000 already) TBdress wants to appear to be trying to resolve the problem. Am really cheesed off by the situation.

I finally settled for the purple dress although everything on tbdress was simply adorable. I love the quality, collection and prices. The vast collection blew me out. I tend to fall for every single clothe here. I never knew it was possible to get dresses online because most sites I am familiar with have wedding apparel. But I learned it after my order was delivered.
