I wish I had read the reviews before my purchase. I order my item back in February. It is now May 11 and I have not received my item. I have contacted them several time only to get the same results. Please save a headache do not order. Rating negative if it was an option

I used to prefer shopping for real instead of shopping online as all the websites had the same limited designs. However, TB Dress changed my point of view as I get unique apparels and accessories here though again, they're not available in all sizes.

I ordered a veil and a ball wedding dress on the 5th of december 2015 and it arrived today 21st december 2015, less than three weeks.
My exclusive account manage was excellent. I got replies to all my mails and on time too.
Dress was a perfect fit, excellent tailoring, everything was on point.
Am so happy with my dress and the customer service and updates throughout my order. I will sure buy from them again and soon.

Love the dress very much, material exactly like in the photo, received the dress earlier than expected. Though earlier they didn't reply on my enquiries, the dress is almost perfect to me as the top part is a bit tight for me. I would advise those who plans to wear push up bra, it is better to key in slightly bigger measurement at the bossom and waist area. I need to lose some more weight as the top is just fitted nicely without any bra. I m flat chested, so it is kinda makes me look a bit too flat, but is ok, i m satisfied overall. Worth every dollar.

This is the worst company to deal with you can listen to the few good reviews that the company post but if you do get something it's of poor quality and you get your stuff months later and it's garbage

I ordered a purse from TB dress on June 25,2014 and have still not received the order. Order number *******. I have sent many emails to the customer service with no response. The phone number they have on their wbsite to call is BOGUS.

After couple of months someone finally contacted me by email after I have sent numerous emails questioning on when the item was going to arrive and demanding a refund. Very stressful experience and will not recommend doing business with them.

My order of 20 items arrived today. The clothes are great quality, the sizes match and except for a couple loose buttons they're in perfect condition.
When ordering from TBdress you need patience. The order will take at least a month to get to you.
It was worth the wait in my case. I recommend this site, the admins are friendly and the clothes look as advertised.

I live this site I bought a beautiful spring coat from hear it arrived a few days early and in perfect condition! I couldn't be happier with the service I was provided! I plan on doing all my shopping here

Good day I'm officially lodging a complaint with regards to the invoice that was attached to my parcel which was not tallying with what we had. Declaring a lower cost than what we actually paid has gotten us into serious trouble with our government. Our customs have fined us for under declaring and we have not received our parcel to date. The total cost of our customs is $459.46 which is from the actual $544 of the dresses order. We are in trouble and we request that you assist us in paying for these customs before our dressed are destroyed. Looking forward to hearing from you soon Regards. I ordered this dress because it was in "sale" and looked super cute in the pictures. It took 6 weeks for the order to come and I'm very disappointed in the product. The material is super thin swimsuit type material and the overall quality of the dress is very poor. I am a size 6 so I ordered a medium. It is very tight. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this dress or the retailer. The first picture is what the dress was supposed to look like. The others are what it actually looks like.

I order a dress from TB Dress on January 17,2014 and it is now February 18,2014 and still have yet to receive or hear from this company. I needed the gown for the weekend of VDay, I emailed them and they respond with they would do all they can to have the gown to me. Guess what? I had to go out and purchase another dress which isn't fare given the amount of money I paid for this dress. I'm still try to contact someone but it seems as though when I provide my order number to check the status of the dress since I've paid for it you are being ignored. They have a computer generated to answer your questions it's not even a live person. Very disappointed and I will NOT! Refer them to anyone.

For me, this was false advertisement and a complete waste of time and money! There is no protection these crooks outside of our "reviews" on services like this Jabber. The products shown at tbdress.com are not what you request to purchase from the website. This is yet another CRAPPY ONLINE STORE that makes it difficult for those trying to do honest quality work.
This website is not worth your money.

What a lovely dress! It took ages to arrive but I'm very glad I got it. Nice material, lovely yellow (the picture on the website is quite realistic), good shape. Only things that bother me a bit: the waist is quite high so I try to low it a bit with a belt most of the time; and the collar is quite tight and high too, what can struggle you if you're not comfortable with this kind of things. Otherwise a very very lovely dress to bright the day.

Well I don't go on reviews to be honest, I'd like to give a chance and experience myself! I had an amazing experience with them, I ordered 3 floral dresses and they did arrive on time! I don't think I've anything to complain about this site but just a compliment!

I chosen the standard 7 to 12 day shipping, 20 days now and still don't know anything about my order except the initial email that I got to confirm payment, I need to know if this is a legit site or a scam? This is my first experience with Tbdress

My order was made on May 30,2020 and shipped June 14,2020. Today is August 23,2020 and up until now I have not receive my order. I send messages through the app several times, and the said oh give it two weeks or give it two more weeks. The tracking number they gave me cannot be found. They said the order is shipping with USPS however when I went to check several times the tracking number cannot be found. I also checked UPS as well just to see if the person made a mistake but nope nothing found there as well. I made them aware of the info and once again they said give it two more weeks. I checked both companies again a short while ago and still nothing was found. I asked for a refund on August 2,2020, and once again they aside give it two more weeks. I am very disappointed with this company and I know I'm going to get my money back.

My clothes came in the mail today and I just love them. The colors were so vibrant and beautiful. Everything fit perfectly except one piece but I love the look of it, so I am going to exchange it for the right size :) I will definitely be shopping here again!

I had a really great first experience with TBDress. The prices were great, the dresses were all of good quality, and when they were really kind to work with about an out-of-stock item.
I did not, however, expect the very long shipping time. I would order again, but with much more time before the item was needed.
