I was told to change my 1 star rating to 4 star and I would get a refund for the items which I paid for and was never shipped(2months ago). I took down my review and still no refund. I purchased 6 items and only received one item. And never received a refund for the items that were never shipped. This company is a scam. Stay away!

I explained this to the customer service and they gave me some products to choose from. I settled on one and ordered it. It didn’t take long to arrive. On trying, I was happy with how well it goes with the theme and it fits really great. It passed all the requirements.

I placed an order on 3/12/2020 this company took my money from my acct on 3/16/2020 and I have yet to receive my order I have emailed them regarding this matter and too no response. Now that the month of April is approaching still no return email. I have contacted my bank so now it's a dispute I have to file. I don't recommend this website or company to no one. But they still sending me emails to purchase from them. Bad business

My review is about the customer service and claims personnel. I submitted a claim regarding a product with 2 months deliver delay. After I submitted my claim, the customer service react fast and refund my money within 5 days.

I was pleased with the heels I bought because they look like in the pictures.
I have tiny feet (size 5) so if you have tiny feet and ankle like me, I recommend you buy those heels they look very pretty.

I always get what I want from this site. I like their quality dress, shipping method and also refund policy. I ordered a garment and paid 179.00 for it. The online photo was beautiful. Shipping was supposed to take 12 days. After no seller response I opened a PayPal dispute. The seller then responded. It took 5 weeks from time of purchase to receive. The garment was of the worst quality, I even took it to a professional seamstress and was told it was not alterable due to it's poor workmanship. Another dispute was opened with PayPal. Once PayPal looked into TBdress account the case was closed in my favor for a full refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I got my package today and I'm so disappointed with the quality. So cheap quality, I ordered 5 and I only got 4. I called them and they said the other one is on the way. Don't ever buy on this site. Cheap quality I ever had.

I will NEVER deal with this company again. I ordered my dress and received the wrong color dress. I filed a dispute with the company and they said that they would give me a $25.00 refund and to keep the dress. I paid over $100 for the dress! What is $25.00 and a dress that I cant wear supposed to do.

TB Dress is not only good for clothes but also for expert suggestions as to what is fit for what occasion! The categories are made according to occasion! The exchange policies are not as flexible as it looks though.

Among the dresses I purchased with them, 2 were very small, very poor quality. One dress (Item Code: *******), item of sub-order ******* in order ******* which was too small, very bad quality material, not at all as advertised. I ask to return the items to them but received a nasty response from their customer service agent that I have to pay myself for return and if they send me a replacement dress I have also to pay for the ship fee. They are thieves, liars, they have different company names but sale same items...
