These positive reviews are false. Look at the better business bureau. They have a warning out against this company. Look at other reviews. They are 100% negative and people have been ripped off over and over again. The positive reviews are writen by company employees.

Seriously! This site doesn't get any worse than this! STAY FAR FAR FAAAAR AWAY! I placed an order for a dress and was charged for the dress in my bank account via paypal. Thank heavens for the paypal dispute center! My account on tbdress says the item is still in my cart and that I have no open orders through them! I read their reviews on here and immediately began asking for a refund. Decided to try their "online chat", HA! WORST customer service I've EVER had. "Nikita" placed the blame on me and asked question after question as to why I wanted to cancel my order. I told her and she complained that I didn't give her a chance to talk me out of it. Seriously?! She also said she couldn't help me because I was being rude?! NEVER EVER EVER! Order from this site! I'm thankful for paypal's dispute center and I look forward to shopping with an actual reputable company that doesn't hire 12 year olds for tech agents!

Both my orders came in on time and love them. I want to do more business. I want the light shoes and I need them before a show I have to do next month. I don't trust alot of stuff on the internet. I put my true in the next shoes. Thank you for the shoes

Really like TBdress. Their customer care services are A plus and their designers seem to keep up with latest fashion trends. Style and elegance is a guarantee. The shipping took a while, but that was expected. But this dress is absolutely gorgeous! Looking at a picture of me in the dress, and a picture of the model in the dress, I noticed that the skirt is completely different. It's not all tulle like I first believed. It's a thicker underskirt with a few thin tulle layers and lace appliqués applied to the skirt, so the skirt is not extremely thick and tutu-like. But to be quite honest, this dress is absolutely breathtaking.

I had a problem on the sizes and i recieved the order after a month from payment date
Also you issued the orders in 3 shipments where i recieved 2 of them together however the 3rd one is yet to be delivered to me

The jacket I ordered was not the color I ordered and the quality was very poor. I have emailed customer service 5 times and they have still not given me proper feedback on where to ship it or when I will recieve my refund if I do ship it back. They asked me to keep it for $7 in store credit. Are they joking? The jacket was $40 and shipping was $27 and they want to give me $7 in store credit. Not a real retailer. Overseas scam.

I ordered several dresses according to their sizing chart which is WILDLY inaccurate. Due to that, I ended up returning all the items I purchased which ended up costing me more than I actually paid for the items because I had to send them all back to China. Then after about two months and never receiving my refund I contacted the company and they claimed to have no record of the return despite the proof of my USPS tracking number showing that it was received by them. After many hours and days of going back and forth with them they refused to issue a refund. This was a HUGE waste of time and quite a lot of money! Save yourself the trouble and buy somewhere else!

I have just received my order and I would like to make a complaint. First, the clothes have nothing to do with the pictures on the site. They are much uglier and of very bad quality.
The jacket that I've ordered has big shoulder pads that didn't show on the picture, which looks very ugly on a person. Also, both fasteners broke in my hands when I tried it on because the stiches were of very poor quality.
When I tried one of the dress, the 3 buttons also broke in my hands because the stiches were of poor quality. Also, the dress looks nothing like the picture.
Finally, the other dress was very ugly, of bad quality and didn't even include the sleeves.

To summarize, I am very disappointed of my order and the site in general. I will never recommand this site to anyone. It's false publicity and it feels like a scam.

The hoodie I got was fabulous. It fits me perfectly, and the quality was on top. I got a scarf as. A surprise and it was a pleasant experience.
I loved shopping here. I'm going to do it soon and more often! <3

I recently order 7 dresses and one coat from this site. I received 7 items, I did not receive one of my dress the price was $41.17 US. I emailed the company and received no response. I started an issueand when I checked my order listing on my account the dress was removed but the cost remained. I am still waiting for a response. I did not get a refund or my dress as of this date January 17,2016. I calledmy credit card company and PayPal I was informed that if I do not get a resolution by Tuesday January 18,20 16 they start an investigation. This is very sad as I do love the dresses and coat that did arrive. This has spoil my shopping experience with tbdress.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Do not make any purchases on their website. I purchased two flower girl dresses off this website for $400. The photos online look NOTHING like what the actual product looks like and they are REFUSING to refund me.

I ordered a dress for my wedding, and it was NOTHING like the picture! They do not give return slips to send it back, and they do not give a full refund. It is located in China, so it was too expensive to even return! Do NOT buy from this company!

I ordered a winter formal dress & Crystal tennis shoes - the dress came 4 weeks late after paying expedited shipping & I NEVER received the $100 Crystal tennis shoes. I contacted customer service they didn't reply for over a month - they told me they would give me $77 refund & I would have to pay shipping back to China! No mention of my never received Crystal tennis shoes! Disgusting - They are a Scam! DO NOT shop here!

Do NOT PURCHSE anything from this scam of a site. Biggest problem I've ever gotten myself into its been nothing bit a headache they took my money and i never got my item after waging 4 weeks for it I cancelled my order and all of a sudden they were ready to ship out my item. And they called me constantly bothering me telling me to pay them again. Waste of time. I wouldn't even give it one star but I had to to post this.
