Rep sent me in circles and rude and unprofessional and disrespectful and after the fact deleted me and my paid order and no confirmation and no discount for new customer. So have receipt from pay pal from not even any verification from TBDRESS.

It was awsam to get dress i like most and was searching here and there but always failed, and finally i got bumper stock. It is very exiting for me... i m here frst time but definitly not last time,, u rock guys,,,,,,,

The gown is simply gorgeous! It truly looks like a fairy princess dress, exactly as pictured! I ordered it to wear to prom, and I can't wait! The shipping was super fast; I ordered on Thursday and it arrived Monday! (Skip one monday in between) The dress comes with straps that you may attach on your own, and although I had to shorten them a good 6" (this is a common problem for me since I am very petite), it took me only 20 minutes tops. It also comes with a light purple shawl. Be careful when you measure, however. I used the sizing chart and ordered a small accordingly, but the dress is a little big. I will probably have to take it in a little in the waist and bust. This gown is very well made. Nothing like those cheaply made dresses you find in other stores. I received it in perfect condition, and have found no loose threads, rips, tears, or missing beads. The fullness of the skirt is beautiful and flowing. I would highly recommend it as well as the company. Their service is "top notch" and I love dealing with them.

I odrered dress 1 month ago, and still dont have it. I send to them already 4 mails, and still no response from them, I will never trust to this company again. Higly disapointed! Not even 1 star for them!

DON'T SHOP ON THIS SITE! They have the worst customer service in the world. I have just lost my money on this site by paying my daughter's dress. I never get it until now since June and when you ask them, they give answers like: hello, I'm busy now, wait a minute please... STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!

Whoever actually managed to get what they ordered from this place is so lucky. I spent $75 on this website and only received 3 of the 4 items I had ordered. Not only that but it took 3 weeks longer than I had been promised to expect my items. I had ordered one dress in particular with plenty of time extra so I could wear it for New Years and never received it in time, let alone at all. One of my dresses was not even sewn together, and the shirt's arms were sewn together at the back. I spoke with 4 different agents, all of which supplied me with different information than the next. When I asked what happened to my missing dress they just said "confirmed lost" and refunded me the price when I told them I would contact PayPal to get my money back. Horribly run company, and what they don't tell you is that they ship from China after hand-making you your orders. Extra week or two for that.
My advice? Stay away from this place. I ignored the reviews because I thought I had a chance of getting my order right. Instead, it was 100% wrong.

I will never return to shop on this site after spending more than $530 till today I have not receive all my items. Those received are very low quality products.

ABSOLUTELY A TOTAL SCAM - DO NOT SHOP THROUGH THIS COMPANY

I wish I would have seen all the reviews first. All the bad ones are true. They sent me the completely wrong dress; after countless emails back and forth where they tell me to give to a friend, why can't I wear the dress, what are my measurements, can't I fit into etc? All total b/s, and then they want me to pay for shipping back to them!

WHATEVER YOU DO, IF YOU'VE MADE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING WITH THEM, LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH PAYPAL AS ONCE YOU GO 45 DAYS BEYOND THE PURCHASE DATE, YOU HAVE NO RECOURSE WITH PAYPAL - TBDRESS KNOWS THIS AND USES IT AGAINST PEOPLE.

I am so disgusted with them, and I only wish I could stop their trade in the USA.

Everyone I've seen who ordered from TBDress has been ripped off. I didn't even get half of my order and I still cant get someone over the phone. I have been emailing these people back and forth and they still wont give me a refund for clothes I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED! They will rip you off. There are plenty of other places to buy clothes. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! If you don't believe me, or you are still unsure, look up the TBDress Fail Facebook page.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I have ordered from them in the past. And I had an OK experience. It took over two months from my clothes to get delivered but, the clothes were good quality clothes. I ordered the second time, and two weeks later all of my clothes got delivered except for one jacket. This was in JANUARY when I had ordered. IT is now MAY. And they said that my jacket got shipped back because the shipping company could not find my address? So how did all of my other clothes get delivered if that is the case? The customer service is horrible. Instead of being a regular company. And realizing that because it took SEVERAL months to deliver they should probably ship me a free one? This idiot ' BURHARIN ' says that I need to pay $16 if I want it to be shipped back? And claims he will ship it in the next 24 hours? When CLEARLY That is not the case considering that it states that is the policy on there website and they deliver months after.

This website is a legitimate joke.

The site have perfect dream on good price, and they make it easy to shop online, I wish we can have that store in canada, I would never do my shopping anywhere because the price is amazing

I placed my first order with TBDress a couple months ago and the overall experience was above my expectations. I got the dresses in the expected time frame and the quality of the prodcuts were very good. I expecially liked Doll Collar Lace Women's Long Sleeve Dress.

This is one online shopping stop where I always find something new and attractive. Thanks to TB Dress my closet is unique and fabulous! I only wish the prices were more reasonable.

I ordered ONE dress on March 10th... STILL have not received it... now, May 6th. They have given me nothing but the runaround. There last correspondence stated it was "on its way". I filed a grievance with PayPal, they found in MY FAVOR (company has bad history). Thank goodness, I got my money back! DONT ORDER FROM TBDRESS!

I bought an item for my wedding and received nothing. No email confirmation or tracking number. They sure did take my money. I've tried to contact them and am getting no response.

It took over a month to receive my order, with many excuses from the company that the garments were "being made". At the time of their arrival, my husband was diagnosed with gastric cancer and I was focused on getting him treatment. When I was finally able to try on the outfits, they were cheaply made, fabrics were thin, and, most of all, the sizes were not similar to the measurements of the U. S, even though I used their measurement guide. I immediately wrote to them, and was told that they could not be returned because it was after their 7-day return policy. IT WAS ONLY AN EXTRA WEEK! I explained my husband's medical situation, but have had no option to return the merchandise and be refunded the money sent. I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, AGAIN.
