Quality sucks! Apparel looks nothing like the photos and the materials used on all the products I purchased from a jacket(felt!) to sweatshirts(see-through!) horrible! Total junk!

I love the way this TB Dress site has divided clothes into different season categories. Everywhere else it's like the same type of clothes over years!

If I could give no stars, I would! I ordered two items. 3 weeks after ordering I received an email stating they shipped. FROM CHINA. I kept checking my mail, the package never came. I emailed their customer service and they replied quickly stating it was delivered and to check with my neighbors. Obviously I did but no one saw it. I emailed back and explained this and never heard back. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I bought 3 dresses at the same time I just got 1 after 9 days and the material it's so ugly it's come with pearl and looks so ratchit!. Guess what! I trow away?. And then I'm still waiting for the other 2 dresses;(;(;(;(. This place it's terrible!
Another think I bought another item 2 weeks ago but I paid a fast delivery from 3-5 days delivery and I'm still waiting for that! Its been 2 weeks... and its suppost to be a jean jacket like its looks beautiful in the picture I'm just waiting for that how looks! Probably it's gonna looks terrible as the dress I just trow away!
I DON'T recomend this place to anybody they stole your money and they LYING!

When I made my order/purchase my product from TBdress on line I was a bit skeptical and afraid wondering if what i really ordered for will be sent to me, But i am glad to say that i am really impressed because the gown look perfect no any adjustment or amendment or anything so ever.

I hope everyone reads my review, to be warned about this website. It is the worst place to buy from! I haven't received my package, I ordered it 1-28-20 and it is 2-21-20. I looked to see where it is and it says that my package is still processing! I have sent several messages and nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I ordered a dress online and I am so amaze of the service of your agents. She is very accommodating. I am going to use this dress for my cousin's wedding next month, I ordered ahead of time so that is ever the dress will arrive to me and I will not like it I will still have a chance to change it or look for another dress BUT I am so thankful with tbdress that the dress I ordered is so beautiful and when I got to fit the dress I look stunning. I will be ordering another dress from you again, I still have another affair to attend to by October. And I might order my wedding gown also, I saw a few bridal dresses on your website that is SUPER!

I ordered 3 coats from this site for a steal. I wasn't sure what to expect, but all coats arrived within a week, they are very nicely made, fully lined, stylish and warm :) I am extremely pleased with my purchase. THANK YOU SO MUCH <3

I placed an order for a dress in October 2013. I received an email from the company asking to verify my size. I immediately responded with the verification of the size of my dress. A month later, I had not received my dress. I emailed them for status and they didn't respond until November. This is when they informed me that the dress had never been made. At this point, I cancelled the order. Although it was not my fault for the cancellation, they will not refund my money because they said I hadn't cancelled withing 48 hours of the order. WORST comapany ever!

Back in July, I ordered a dress. It took over a month to arrive. The dress was nice, good quality fabric but unfortunately it did not fit me very well so I sent it back following the instructions they gave me regarding the return parcel. Since then, they do not keep in touch with me, I have to do it. They keep asking me for the tracking details, so I send those details and the answer I get: please could you send us the tracking details. It's been 4 month now that every time I send those details, they ask me for the details! 3 options here, they are stupid, they can not read but I think they are just a bunch of incompetent retailer but competent thieves.
DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS WEBSITE!

I recently bot a long sweater for my wife and she wears a US size Small, after waiting over a month it arrived in the mail, she tried it on and it was way to small, like extra small! We didn't return it because it was a really nice sweater, it fit but she couldn't button it up! I bot a nice button up jacket and a nice long sleeve shirt to go under it, I looked at The sizing chart and for my size it matched my US size which is a Large so I thought It was a safe bet, the order arrived 3 and a half weeks later since it came from China. When I opened it it looked like my 8 year old son could wear it, I could even get my other arm in the jacket, my wife tried it on and it fit her just fine! Im bummed out because now I have to send it back to China and reorder a XXL if they even have that size! If you buy anything from them expect long delivery time and order 2 sizes up and it should fit just fine!

I ordered online and my dresses came within 2 weeks. Not bad considering how far away they were! The holiday party dress I ordered fit exactly as described and I can't wait to wear it! Thanks!

I was pleasantly suprised by this site when I logged on and was browsing and reading the reviews were a great help in deciding what to purchase. Thanks this will be my little secret lol ;)

This place is a total scam. They sent the wrong size, then tried to scam more money out of me to fix THEIR mistake. Operates under multiple names / email addresses to confuse the customer and Paypal. Offers refunds of $1.00 to make the problem go away. Sends emails from different "customer service" people with different email addresses to further complicate a simple problem. STAY AWAY. PAYPAL IS CURRENTLY INVESTIGATING THEM. Not worth the hassle.

I seriously just got the dress I ordered for my wedding lucky my wedding isn't until 2015 because the dress is nothing like the picture of the dress I ordered honestly I don't even have the money to buy another dress with all the medical issue that have been going on well tbdress definitely got me I'm a sucker for ever buying from them

At tbdress.com I get exactly what I want but of course, at a higher price than anywhere else. As usual, the high discounts are not flat discounts, they have their conditions.

I have ordered a high class dress off of TB and been stunned with the amazing quality! It comes fast and of course has great prices for the produces you get.

Such a online shopping, it's great, but i prefer cash on delivery. Some people may not have bank card or can use only salary card. But I really like the product.

TBdress has wonderful products that are stylish and versatile. They also have some of the best prices I have ever seen. I love this website and will be using very often.

I haven't worn many sweater dresses until this winter, but I love this one bought on tbdress! It's warm and comfortable, not too short, and clings to all the right curves!
