Let's just say you always get what you need. I have had several bad experiences when it comes to shopping online but nothing ever went wrong when I switched to TBdress. I have spent most of my time referring my friends to the online store to enjoy what I also enjoyed. Just a quick reminder, the site really offers you an easy way to make your payments and can also offer a full refund if you are not satisfied with the job done by them.

The agents who had a chat with me were incredibly friendly, and that extra hospitality goes super far in my book—I would highly recommend this site to anyone and will definitely go back for any future fashion needs. In fact, I might have to come up with more reasons to start a fashion center and import stuff from this site.

I have to update as I feel it's only fair. After writing my review i sent a copy to the store as they had asked me to write the review. They replied and gave me the information that when my order was processed, the boots were then requested to be made. No wonder they are such good quality. It does not say that on the site. A week to make the boots is completely different to a week to get a pair off the shelf. Silly sausages. That's a selling point. Don't hide it. As the only reason I'd withheld one star was for the delay I've now given it so yes five stars. Well done

I purchased two pants outfits from TBdress. I got two different sizes because sometimes I need a bigger size on top and smaller pants. It took weeks for the items to arrive and, if you want to check on your order, there is no reasonable way to do so. When the items arrived, they were awful; very poorly made, and, neither of the tops came even close to fitting even though they were my size. I have been attempting to find an address to return the items but have been unsuccessful. I sent them an email, as requested, with all my information and also, pictures of the items. I have never received an answer. Nothing works with this company. I can't believe they are allowed to do business in the US! Total Scam!

The number of compliments I get from the jacket are uncountable. It is a cold shield delivered cheaply to me by tbdress.com. I am confident about shopping from them and will definitely go for more in their site. I appreciate the lovely and caring customer service.

Please do not buy from this company the material they use is worthless and the pictures they show of their coats are fake they look nothing like them. Can't get your money back so don't give them a dime. Scammers and thieves.

The moment I received this website I have been shopping on it, especially since they offer plus sizes. I usually don't shop on line because I like to see in person but these items are too sexy and priced well not to.

I wore this dress for my best friends wedding.
It was so well made, comfortable, perfectly fitted, looked a million dollars. My dry cleaner asked if I paid over $3000 for it.

This is not my first experience with tbdress. As always dress arrived earlier than was stated in order confirmation, so I was nicely surprised. I assess that quality of dress is very high, and fits as expected to person who requested it.

If you were ripped off like I was, you can contest the charges with your credit card company! Don't let these crooks steel your money! I got ALL my money back through Visa, didn't settle on 30% of price I paid. Don't just complain, get even!

I ordered a new wardrobe for the season. When I finally received everything, my daughter saw it ended up claiming everything for herself. I am very happy with purchases, and apparently, need to order again. Shipping did take a long time though.

I purchased my first pair of sandals from TBdress in June. When they arrived I was impressed with the looks. They looked exactly as featured. And they were very comfortable to wear. I wore them out shopping and a total stranger came up to me to compliment me on my sandal. If you are those people(as I am) who don't won't to see themselves wearing the same shoes as most individuals, then I definitely recommend these sandals and virtually all sandals featured in TBdress.

TB Dress is one online shopping company I can rely on for quality products and promising exchange offers. I’ve been a regular on the site but recently I’ve been encountering problems placing orders and logging in. Hope this bug is fixed soon.

Nothing beats the red color fashion dress from tbdress online store. They make me look very elegant when I wear my diamond jewelry. I wore these dress to my friend’s wedding party. I could not stop blushing due to non-stop flattering comments.

So hard to find clothing in dark brown. Length is good, wish it c/be longer but I knew what I was buying. It does fit a bit snug so did order up. I'm a 10/12 right now so bought a large. It's very stretchy though but w/out stretching out. It is super flattering. It's my favorite sweater right now. I'm also buying it in the light brown color & the black. Wish it came in dark grey because I'd buy that too. I'd like to see exact same style (bit more length) in a lighter weight sweater for summer. Thanks for the great item & if you're on the fence on getting this, go for it.

I just won a refund from PayPal for 2 dresses I ordered from this company. After 2 months and no dresses received I finally got my money back. Every time I wrote to ask them about the status of the shipment they would say it was coming. Then they gave me a tracking number that was fake! They are very apologetic every time I complained. They stall and stall hoping that the customer will get frustrated and give up. Thank goodness I used PayPal because I got my money back and lesson learned. Don't order from this company!

I also don't know where all these positive reviews came from? Products were very poorly made. I ordered 2 dresses and they arrived in a timely manner but look nothing like the dresses I ordered! Poor quality and stitch work. Never ordering again. Thank goodness I did not waste more money and only ordered 2 things.

My girlfriend really loves this site, she's on it every day and I have to admit myself that it has some pretty cool dresses. At least the ones she bought, they make her look beautiful. My wedding will be in may. I bought my wedding dress in January. After two months I received an email that they had already delivered my dress a week ago. I never saw the dress. Unfortunately I didn't get it! I don't have money to buy another one and I don't know what to do. Please do not buy from this site! They deceived me.

Be careful ordering from TBdress. I ordered a prom dress for my daughter in May 2021. The dress was never delivered to me. They took 6 months to confirm this. Then they said they can't refund fully because it was a 'special piece'. I have been chasing for a refund since then. No reply to my emails. They have put me off buying online completely.
