I ordered a coat for my daughter. They stated in the description that the coat was wool, it was fleece blanket materiel, The buttons were hanging off like someone used too much string, String was hanging all over the place, I measured my daughter using their measurements on the site. What I received was coat(and I use that word lightly) waaay too small and too short. I was totally ripped off and I have been trying to return it for a refund since the day it arrived to my home and they will not respond. STAY AWAY FROM THESE DISHONORABLE LYING CHEATS. I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY. TWO KIDS IN COLLEGE. I DON'T HAVE MONEY TO GIVE AWAY!

As many others on this blog I am also a victim of tbdress I ordered a blouse on the 5th of april and is close to the end of the month and no answers, even tho I sent two messages to their site was totaly ignored I will take this to the better business Bureau I will fight

TBdress does have good prices, however the finishing and quality of their clothes is very questionable. I ordered several items ranging from dresses, to shirts to outer wear, all with manufacturing faults. The jacket I bought had two different cuffs, one had elastic band and one did not. The dresses I bought were too short for my height, but I knew it may not fit perfectly since they only have the one size fit all option. Most of the seems were not well finished, lose threads everywhere. I had to manually fix it all. Additionally, some pieces that had to be made on demand were poor representations of what the picture represents, plus the material was not ideal. Again, I re-iterate that you can't expect much from such a cheap store, so I wouldn't bank on quality goods or spend a bunch of money in this store. It's a good store for cheap wear that you're not planning on lasting a long time (one season max). If you are ~5'5 and below, ~120lbs and below most of the one size fit alls will be good for you.

My daughter is tall and she does not like to show too much her skin so she was so happy with her new dress and not only the length of her skrit but the quality also pretty good.

I placed an order on the 11th October, I have not yet received my item! I have sent e-mails as the live chat is not live! I have had the tracking number but when I click the link all I get is a blank page, therefore this is a route not available and has been created by tbdress for no other purpose than to waste the customer's time.
If and when I get my item, I will post another review on the quality of the item but one thing for sure, I will not use this site again

NEVER AGAIN

This company is a con, they have stolen $220 from me and will not refund or mail my item. I have disputed my bank with themthey have lied and even convinced my bank to not refund my money. They also are telling me that my dispute is with PayPal when my CC is not even connected to PayPal. I have even asked this company to send the item or refund me and they want do neither. Hey just keep telling me the dispute is with PayPal and I need to cancel the dispute first. Then they contradicted themselves and said they contact PayPal and the claim was canceled may it may take 70 days for a refund. Their refund policy is a joke and so is this company. Said part is they continue to get away with ripping people off. They are in humane and pathetic. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

My first order just got to me today. 12/14/15... everything just as expected... that's why I am putting my 2nd order immediately!... this is the place I will shop for my wardrobe... just love it!

I checked this TBdress cocktail dress in full details and find it really fascinating in terms of design, make and material. I will recommend it to everyone and even post it on my Facebook timeline.

I have just placed an order from Canada #******* on 10/03/14@ 75% off sale?! Paid extra for quicker delivery (would like it before all the snow melts and turns in to mushy dirt) I know it will take weeks but! I ordered three jackets, pair of boots and lace top. Thought I would take a chance since they all looked great... did read the reviews and thought I would post as I start with the order and keep everyone informed on how it goes from here. The order process was ok until I went to the check out page and the 5% FIRST PURCHASE DISCOUNT disappeared from the total $ amount and did not show up again. I made a note to them on the order regarding it. I paid with PayPal in case of any problems mentioned on earlier posts from others.

Mar 10/14 - received order confirmation with order number via email. The waiting begins... I guess no sooner than April 10. Let's see.

Mar 18/14 I RECEIVED 80% OF MY ORDER. I tracked the rest of the order and it is in Alaska and due to be delivered on the 20th. My 3 jackets are really nice, 2 better than they looked on line the other's fabric wasn't as nice as expected but great anyways. All 3 jackets were fully lined. I usually wear a M but I ordered a Korean L and on one jacket should have ordered the Korean XL it just didn't fit my upper arms! The lace top was exactly like the picture showed and is beautiful. Will keep you informed as to back order on boots. This is what I ordered in the first place.

Mar 20/ Boots came in although I have not seen them yet, they are at our work. Will get them tomorrow.

Love every thing about the jackets and men tops you don't find it every where and i will be happy to buy some thing from this wep sit i heard so much about it i hope it is that good.

I received the following message from tbdress regarding the refund for a dress that wanted to return. I would like to reiterate that it is extremely hard to get an address to return the item to, and then tbdress decides how much of a refund you will get. They offered me 85% - not good enough for me so I posted the first update. Since then I received the following message from tbdress, "I have consulted our financial department, and have been told that we are in our boom season right now, everyday numerous payments and reimbursements are waiting to be processed, and normally large amounts will be processed in priority. I sincerely want you to get the refund as soon as possible, so I have talked with our manager, and our manager agrees to let our financial department to refund you 90% of your payment(133USD) in priority if you could kindly help us make your view on jabber disappear. I have already informed our financial department, and they will immediately issue the refund for you once you have made your view disappear." You can see that I did not withdraw my review from this sight and would have forfeited my refund just to let everyone know what scammers they are.

I will never order or advice somebody to buy something from tbdress they are scammers i bought a wedding dress from them but the dress that i got didn t have nothing like the one that i purchased looks like they force children to make those dresses because the dress was haft way done and so bad i am so desappointed of TBDRESS...

ZERO STARS! TBDress are SCAM artist and will take your money! These reviews are fake! They stole $200 of my hard earned money I worked for not stole. I never received my dress nor refund.

I was totally bored with online shopping because all the sites had the same or highly similar clothes and then I found TB Dress, which is slightly more expensive, but worth it!
