I am very disappointed that after 2 - 1/2 months, I still have not received my order. After follow up long distance phone calls ( the cost is far more expensive than what I paid for the order!) I've been told that it got lost and they can't track the order.

Thank you TBdress... I love this dress. I wore it to my Christmas dinner and dance last night and won best dressed lady. The material is lovely and very well made. I will certainly be placing my order for next years Christmas ball.! A huge thank you again :D

Ordered a month and a half ago, supposed to have dress within 22 days. Can't get a reply to an email or answer to a phone call. Need our dress in a week. Will never use this site again and will advise everyone else to do the same. Now we are going to spend more money we don't have on a dress we will only have a day or two to find. Very disappointed and so is my 15 year old daughter.

In all sincerity, I was a bit skeptical about the prices who would blame me though?. I gave it a try and now I'm hooked, I buy all of clothing items from there and I have a couple of my friends asking about tbdress and they don't believe me. Best decision ever. So far I I’m really upset with this company. I have sent two e-mails asking for the status of my order, while I realize that shipping may be slow I just want someone from this company to focus on customer service and e-mail me back. They were quick to take my money at this point I’m ready to contact PayPal.

My tomboy daughter refused to go shopping to find a dress for her cousin's wedding. We looked at a few sites online and she liked a few dresses on the tbdress.com site. Once she found the dress she wanted, we had it custom made. That small investment was absolutely worthwhile. The dress fit perfectly and my tomboy was transformed into a gorgeous young woman. She got many compliments and next time we need a dress, I know exactly where to start.

TBdress site is easy to navigate and the pictures are generally nice. Ordering was also pleasant and smooth, the shipping was a bit higher than I expected but the cost effective prices more than negated the cost of it. I chose the cheapest shipping and was told to expect my package within 10 working days but I already received my package in just 6 days, which is great, so thumbs up for that. The quality of the dresses I had ordered were generally high, nice fabrics, stitching was all right, the fit was great on the majority of the items. I would do another purchase in the future. I have already recommended TBdress.com to some of my colleagues and friends, especially those tying the knot later this year

I like giving credit where it deserves no matter the prevailing circumstance and in this case i am exactly doing that. Come to think of it, i placed an-order of a very nice sweet sixteen dress from tbdress and i received it in good condition and in time then what would you expect me to say about tbdress? I guess just perfect.

Nothing worse to say then they are scammers taking people's money and not answering emails and giving the money back or sending the item. I didn't buy much from them just one pair of shoes but they are pieces of $#*!s and this website and their Instagram page needs to be shut down immediately cause people are still trying to buy from them since they don't know. Its not fair to people it's $#*!ed up.

I ordered an item for my son for Christmas. I ordered well in advance, no last minute Lucy here. The tracking information provided is very vague, not helpful and queries to customer service just keep repeating their processing equation (also not helpful). The time to receive order is NOT clearly outlined and it is very misleading. I don't know what the actual item is like, but I'm not hopeful. Maybe get it before Christmas 2021.

I just love to shop on this site. Its got most of my dream dresses. Lets see i have ordered one skirt this time 4 xl size made me so happy. Wish i could get emails of clothes 4 to 8 xl sizes will make my work to order easy to select, specially the day dress i just love them all.

Saw ad for tbdress.com website on one of these facebook advertisements so I decided to click on it. I notice ALL reviews on tbdress website are 5 stars, and I do mean ALL! That was a HUGE RED FLAG! Thought I'd google them to see what others had to say, and it was exactly what I expected! Yes, this company is a racket. I haven't clicked on one legitimate company who is advertising on facebook yet, lol. Avoid them like the plague. Their actual reviews on review report websites are awful!

I ordered a beautiful pair of white shoes encrusted with pearls. They arrived in a timely fashion and the fit perfectly. The company did a good job communicating to me processing time and shipping time. I'm a very satisfied customer. I have placed another order for three pairs of boots and I can't wait to get them.

I ordered my wedding gown from this site three months ago. I gave out all the sizing and supported it with my picture sizing. I wanted to avoid errors as much as possible because this is an event that needs to come out in a realistic way. Great enough, the designer seemed to have followed all my request specifications keenly because what I got is amazing. My wedding was two weeks ago. I still love the dress and maybe I could use it in my wedding anniversary next year if my size will be fine.

This is the third time i have bought a dress from tbdress. I have not had any real issue of concern since i started buying from tbdress except for the fact that they at one time delayed with my order but i later learnt it was due to unavoidable situations otherwise tbdress is just cool for me.

Stock a good range of products at good prices. Delivery tends to be very efficient. Staff provide a good level of service; following up with the occasional phone call to ensure everything is OK and offer solutions to any problems that arise.

As you well know that shopping at the mall can be a bit over rated. If your a person who takes there time the malls is not for you instantly once you step into a store the words may unhelpful you is spoken and if you don't respond immediately after that you are followed around as if your about to steal a item and even when they do have it most of the time they don't have it in your size or the cost is outrageous amount so I'm very comfortable sitting at home watching TV or a movie and wham order a item and wait for it to come.

I ordered few items in TBdress. Actually I was worried because I've seen some negative reviews about this website. But the shipping was very quick and their customer service was pretty good when I contacted them.
I'll definitely use this website again.

This has been my first ever purchase of clothing online and it was the easiest, quickest and most user-friendly experience I have ever had with a website. I would seriously recommend using TBDress as a viable alternative for mall shopping - It's fantastic!

Paid only $25 for the dress, received it after 3 weeks, but the dress looks very cheap and not exactly as on the picture. Yes, they offer returns, but you pay for return shipping, which is about $20 from US and $30 from Canada (I live on the boarder and have a choice to ship from US or Canada). So, no point to return this dress, will go straight to Value Village. Learnt my lesson...

I understand this guys liars don't want to refund my money back.Don't have a deal with this thief's!

So, will try to find more similar websites to inform entire world about them. Don't waste your money.

We got a dress which is a quiet different from the picture we saw on their website. We was looking for soft material, but the dress we got made looks like from plastic.

So, we decide to return it. With first email they offer $15 refund to keep this dress. I refused. Than they offer to refund 40% (the dress we bought cost $85) after returning their dress.

I never seen such a return service.

At least on their return policy there are nothing mentioned about such a way of refunds. Horrible service!

They have got what you need to look great ranging from dresses to other fashion accessories. They’ve got you covered. Just received my dresses and I love them they fit perfectly and look great on very pleased. Shipping took a little longer then I was expecting but I'm very happy with my order and I will be buying more off this site.
