I also don't know where all these positive reviews came from? Products were very poorly made. I ordered 2 dresses and they arrived in a timely manner but look nothing like the dresses I ordered! Poor quality and stitch work. Never ordering again. Thank goodness I did not waste more money and only ordered 2 things.

Be careful ordering from TBdress. I ordered a prom dress for my daughter in May 2021. The dress was never delivered to me. They took 6 months to confirm this. Then they said they can't refund fully because it was a 'special piece'. I have been chasing for a refund since then. No reply to my emails. They have put me off buying online completely.

My girlfriend loves this site, she's on it everyday and I have to admit myself that it has some pretty cool dresses. At least the ones she bought, they make her look gorgeous, not that she isn't already :)) I recommend this site as I personalty am very happy to see my girlfriend ecstatic every time a package comes from tbdress. Although as a down side she complained a few times that it takes too long for the dress to arrive, but on the other hand she's a pretty impatient person too.

I order 3 dresses for the flowers girls in my wedding received them and were extremely disappointed with them. They don't look like the one in the picture, the color is not like what i had chosen. I believe that this site just took photos of dresses from other sources and marketed them as their designs where they tried to follow the design with inferior quality and taste. When i contacted them to process a refund, they kept giving me the run around even after i agreed to pay all shipping cost to return the dress as stated in their website, they still refuse to refund me. Stay away from buying from this site. They are a fraud.

tbdress.com is one of my favorite online shopping site. I used to shop from them time to time. Actually I love shopping from them for various reasons. First of all, they have an enriched collection of different dress of very good quality. Secondly, they always maintain accurate measurement. And thirdly they never miss shipment and the price is also moderate. Last time I bought an evening dress for me, that was pretty cool. I'm highly satisfied with their service. So I always recommend here to my friends and families.

This is a nice dress with the possibility to adjust it according to your style. I ordered an XL knowing that Asian sizes run very small and following the size info on their website. Well, it was very large for me, so I think I should have ordered an M (which is usually my size) to make it fit like in the advertised picture. Material is not silk like at all, it is more like combed cotton, but a good quality.

This is one of my favorite sites to order everything from shoes to purses to cute tops, leggings, sweatshirts and sweaters along with jewelry. Almost anything you can think of that you may want you can find at this website. Orders always come on time or even sooner than expected and the items always look exactly how the pictures are shown. I needed a white crop top to wear underneath a Wizard of Oz style costume, so I went straight to TBdress for basics. The top was $12 plus shipping ($8.50) which worked out well. I used a 10% off discount code at the time too, so I was happy with the pricing.

It shipped the next day and arrived to me in less than a week. I was very happy with the service and professionalism displayed by the TBdress team. I had no problems and will always go back to them for basic clothes. :)

Tbdress.com sells dresses and beautiful tops and accessories also! My favorites are the casual short dresses. Being a customer for over a year, I am amused by the way they regularly update their collections with fresh designs.

Just ordered my first dress. For a first time online shopper this was fairly pain free. Now just waiting for delivery. If this is successful I will be ordering LOTS of gorgeous dresses available on the site

I don't even want to give any stars to this ridiculous site. I saw a cute pare of jean that have bows up the side of the legs. Once I got them, they looked like the picture BUT didn't fit me at ALL. I made sure to match their size charts and everything and even sent pictures. It said SMALL on the tag, when I ordered medium and the actual measurements were even smaller than their smallest listing size on the charts. It was ridiculous. Also, super short. I messaged them and they told us that we could pay for shipping for a new one to be sent and that was IT. Well, today I see that it's been shipped and they charged us for shipping alright, as well as for ANOTHER pair of pants. I completely just went off on them. They are completely unprofessional and take people's money. I'm beyond pissed and will never deal with a joke site like that again. You think you're getting a great deal, when really it's just a complete pathetic waste of time.

I recently ordered from this website with good thought in mind. I bought a cute Galaxy Swimsuit, and was really excited to receive it. When it actually came getting my order and checking it out, it was too translucent to wear and it put my lady-bits on full display. Unhappy, I contacted customer service, via email, and was told to pretty much to sell it or give it away to a friend. I'm kind of pissed off knowing that on their website, it says "if the material doesn't match the description then contact customer service and get a refund (with evidence)." Well, it doesn't match it and I did what they said only to be shut down! And if I did send a picture for evidence, it would be considered child pornography.

There's no way in hell that I am going to re-sell and/or give a product knowing that its inappropriate to wear due to it's semi-transparency. I was hoping for a good experience, but was let down. I do not recommend buying anything from this website.

I've ordered some shirts, dress, and a pair of shoe and till today more than 3 months ago I haven't received it. When I send a text, they gave me a tracking to call my local postal office, and when I provided them with the tracking, I was informed that they don't see anything about the tracking aka the number doesn't exist in their system. I've been writing back and forth, they'll either tell me to check with my local post office or the it was sent back to the sender. I doubt why every time have a different story. This is not the first time, if you buy more than one item from them, they'll send you just one and with poor quality. This is not how business is done. So buyers beware, you put your money at your own risk.

I recently order dress for my sister before one week of her birthday and i was surprised that i got delivery of dress in 5 days because i expected 10 to 15 day. It was so quick. And their support team is awesome they are giving answer within 2 to 4 hr. Thanks tbdress to make my sister's birthday very special.

Well I believe every person's experience will differ from one another. Personally I loved the services offered to me by tbdress.com. I got to view a wide range of dress categories and was impressed by their design. Just to prove it was not all a scam as claimed, I decided to place an order. I received my order just in time as the site suggested. This is one store I would definitely do business with in the future.

Please be aware that there is no return address or phone # associated with this company. The address listed in San Francisco, CA USA was confirmed non-existent and returned to me by UPS. Although there are some good reviews, my dress came too large and smelled of chemicals and cigarette smoke. I was told via email that I would need to order a new dress exchange online before they would provide the new/real return address, in China, and be penalized because the original dress had that smell. I have returned the dress buy they will not send the new dress and will not refund the full amount. Tough for me because they are in China. Buyer Beware!

I have placed an order on the 13/10/15 it says 5 to 12 days to receive in uk but when I check the reviews some customers wait fir a month to receive their order but as you want people to post reviews how can customers give good reviews when you take so long to deliver and your size we don't understand them at all my heart is bleeding hope my dresses will fit and your postage is high

I am thoroughly satisfied with my latest item ordered and received of a long dress with cute floral hemline. It is suitable for fall and casual events. I was worried about the shipping taking a long time but customer service assured me when it will arrive and it did accurately. Wonderful tbdress!

The jacket that I received looked very different from the one I orders. On the male model is looked great, fitting well at the waist and shoulders, with an appealing texture to the leather. I'm not even sure if the jacket I received is made from leather, and I'm thinking its really vinyl. The fit is horrible, with the length far beyond my waist line, and looking more like a short coat than a waist length sports jacket. This oddly proportioned jacket seems more like a strange vinyl shirt. I'm in the process of trying to get a refund and they've given me options but not mentioned a full refund. Also, as per their email, I'll be paying shipping back to wherever it came from, probably china. BUYER BEWARE and I would strongly recommended not purchasing anything from TBdress.

I live shipping tbdress! As long as you're patient for the shipping time and realize that you'll probably have to go up a size due to US vs Asian sizes, this site is fantastic! The quality is far better that what I can buy in a US store at these prices. I've never had a problem with shipping. They are great!
