I watched tracking proceed normally ending with "delivered" and "package in place." Where this item was delivered and in what place is a mystery. Customer service is unresponsive to inquiry. Lesson learned…

Butterfly sandals are spectacular and very beautiful though are comfortable. The second sandals are very beautiful and look loke a jewels.
