Not only do they have beautiful clothes for a great price but their customer service is amazing. They truly listen to your reviews and accommodate you. They keep you up to date with the status of your order. On top of that, they award you coupons and percentage off make these clothes even easier to buy when you're getting so many discounts! Did I mention their clothes are BEAUTIFUL? I get compliments all the time on my clothes and I refer them to tbdress because no other site has pretty clothes for a great price!

Thanks TBdress! I ordered this in ivory for my wedding dress. The service was fantastic and it arrived in USA within a couple of weeks of placing the order. I wore a strapless bra with the dress as it made the bodice fit so much nicer. I loved the dress and have not seen any other dress that I would have preferred. The workmanship was great. I would not hesitate to recommend or reorder another dress from TBdress!

I had so many compliments on my mid length coat from TB dress. Many people couldn't believe that i bought it from an online store as they all though it was branded! The TB price is affordable and yet you get gorgeous fashion at the same time! I only wish shipping can be faster (as i am in the US) so it takes 3 weeks to 1 month before it reaches me.

This company will take your money and claim TBDress has shipped your item but refuse to give a tracking number. Very bad experience. I regret ordering from them. Doubt I'll see my money again. No merchandise, no refund, no cancelation.

After painful experiences with cloth retail outlets websites by not getting what I exactly needed, to delayed delivery and to over priced cloths, a friend of mine introduced me to tbdress.com. The first experience I had there was awesome and nothing compared to what I had been going through in the other clothing websites. Their inter phase was so simple and user friendly. That made me fall in love with it even before I could explore what it had to offer. I went on to see their stock and I found clothing makes that I had unsuccessfully searched for so long. In their website, I found the Glamorous floor length prom dress which I had searched for so long without success. This is thanks to their easy search system. Keep up tbdress.com

I placed an order in Nov 2014 and STILL have not received all of my items. Their customer service is not helpful nor trying to resolve. They provide tracking info from a foreign courier and it is never updated. I have disputed and filed a claim to get my money back. BEWARE!

DO NOT buy from tbdress.com. Their measurements are not accurate and they WILL NOT exchange an item if you order the wrong size. I ordered a beautiful coat and when tried it on, buttons fell off. On further inspection, the liner on both right and left side is ripped and stitching is loose. Tbdress blamed me for the damage and refused to return. After a few emails, they agreed to return; however, I have to now pay $50 s/h for a coat I paid $50 for.

I purchased two dresses via this website with horrible results. Their customer service is terrible. They make you jump through ridiculous hooos to request a return for defective merchandise and then just stop communicating. One dress arrived with a strange built in bra that I had not requested that prevents the dress from laying properly. Their response "take it to alterations and have the bra removed." How about don't send me a dress built in a way I didn't request? The second dress looks nothing like the picture and resembles a bad Halloween costume - and arrived with the top and bottom two different colors. Again, despite sending pics as they requested they have not responded and failed to make things right. Do NOT order from this vendor - the absolute worst product and experience imaginable.

I went to tbdress.com. Tried on 3 dresses and bawled my eyes out at #3. When i got this t-shirt i put on this and go to a club and that was the last I saw of her. Some random woman with another group zipped me up. LOVE my dress.

So I bought this dress and I tried to cancel my order before they shipped it out. The phone number that is provided is useless and I did email them requesting a full refund. They sent the dress and it was not what was pictured and was way too small. This is the worst company and they should not be allowed to sell their items. Please stay away. This Dress could have been made by some 5 years old and made much better than what they sent me.

I have just started using TBdress and I must say that they have some amazing products, all at very good pricing. Many categories to browse through to match the exact style that you require. I would definitely suggest this site to all my friends.

I have a very genuine reason to rate tbdress.com this way. This is in regard to an experience i had with them last year in november.my order somehow got delayed.it was worth $500 but on booking a complaint with them and following the right channel i am happy to say i got it back with an extra gift.

Found the website on Google, really really pleased. Firstly what a bargain! And secondly I received my item with 14 days of placing the order. Communication was great. Truly recommend to all... i like the quality of the dress i got from them and i hope the next time i buy from here again it will be the same experience.

I am very big fan of sleeves dress. I always want people to be specific about the fit and quality, so here goes my effort. These sleeves fro tbdress.com are very comfortable and soft. The fabric is thick enough to not be see-through. I wear a size 18 and the XL fits exactly how I would want pajamas to fit, loose and flowing, but not too baggy. In fact, I would say, they fit me just like the model looks in hers. I washed and dried them with no issues. I also have bamboo sheets. I highly recommend both.

I would always recommend this site to any shopper who wants to enjoy the better part of shopping online. This store has proven very reliable especially the way they package their deliveries. They are always punctual in their delivery and also very straight and direct. Good job and thumbs up to them. I received my dress and I love it.

I ordered a Wedding Dress from here, it looked nothing like the picture and the quality is so poor! I should have known ordering from China. So hard to get in touch with customer service, and they are not sympathetic to your concerns at all. They would not give me a refund unless something was physically wrong with the dress, they didn't care if it didn't look anything like the picture. They wouldn't even let me exchange for another option (Even though I am sure it would probably be the same situation.) They were very rude, and I waited days at a time to get responses. My advice, STAY AWAY!

I purchased six dresses from this site, and not one of them was true to size or looked like the dressession on the site. They are so poorly constructed that it actually became laughable as I pulled each dress out. Another family member had the same experience. One dress was out of stock, and instead of refunding me the amount of the dress, tbdress decided to refund an arbitrary amount, justifying how much the dresses are discounted. With all the issues that others have had receiving refunds, I see this as a wash. I don't want anyone else using their money for these shoddy products.

I have purchased many articles of clothing from this site. Not one bad experience. Now if only the weather would cooperate for more than a day, I'd have some really great clothes to wear. I would highly recommend this site and the clothes. A+++

Stay away from them! I ordered a dress in dark brown for a wedding. They sent me a dark red dress. They refused to communicate with me for almost 2 weeks. When I finally got a response (I started demanding my pnoey back through PayPal) all they said that the color deviated on the screen and they won't take it back. There is a difference between red and brown, has nothing to do with the computer screen! They have the worst customer service ever, they scam you out of your money. My friend ordered the same dress for the wedding and the same thing happened to her. Try calling them. The phone number on their website doesn't even work! Neither does their live chat! If I could, I'd give them 0 stars.

I emailed the company several questions and they got back to me within 24 hours with easy to understand and nice messages (even when they couldn't change one thing I wanted), and the dress arrived on time and in great shape, beautifully and accurately tailored. The material was excellent and everyone in my family was impressed with its quality and workmanship. I have already recommended this company to friends. Perhaps some people who have written reviews are not pleased with what they ordered because they did not understand how to navigate the website. You have to read everything very carefully. It took me a while, but it was well worth it, and I am about to order another dress! P.S. There is someone to chat with.

I placed an order for a couple casual dresses and decided to look at the reviews... Needless to say I was a little worried!
However, less than 2 weeks later, my order came right to my door! I was AMAZED! Especially after reading so many bad reviews! The quality and fit was perfect!
The ONLY negative I have is that I had to pay an additional tax on my order when it arrived (which I was not expecting considering how expensive shipping and tax already was when I placed my order)
That being said; I would definitely make another purchase from tbdress again!

Terrible customer service. They do not know how to treat customers and how to respond to certain requests. Cloth they sell is not that cheap if combined with the shipping price they charge. Quality is poor. Never ever will spend a penny there!

This response from TBDress is total BS. It is automatically generated just to show that TBDress cares and wants to help which in real is opposite. Me, same as many, many other cheated customers tried to call these numbers, and it is not possible to reach anyone from that company. It does not make any sense to send them emails because they just will be asking you to send another email with more pictures of defected item, they will tell you to go to the tailor by yourself to fix an item, or will tell you to wait another month for an order to come even if it is already month late, and so on... This company has to be shut down!
