I watched tracking proceed normally ending with "delivered" and "package in place." Where this item was delivered and in what place is a mystery. Customer service is unresponsive to inquiry. Lesson learned…
My daughter picked her dress from this site and I was so afraid. We ordered it, came in enough time, and the size was prefect. Had to only a little alterations done. Her photos are amazing to me. Prefect choose and love the price.

I got the jacket delivered on Tuesday this week. I have checked it and the quality is great; not toyed with at all. It is amazing and fits me well. The price was also reasonable. I am very pleased and willing to shop here again in future.

This retro dress is really cute on my daughter. She loves the full skirt. It fit her just right--we measured and used the measurements on the website to find her size which was larger than her usual size. We were surprised at how quickly the dress arrived.

My custom sized (my daughter is very petite) was made to perfection. Accurate to description and photo provided on site. Fit was PERFECT, and customer service was very helpful. Quick delivery. They've made a return customer out of me, will definitely buy from website in the future.

I can't say enough bad things. My dress never shipped. The event came and passed and when I reached out for a refund, they shipped it instead. I'm only getting married once, and I paid for expedited shipping for nothing. I am still trying to resolve the problem but can't get a response from them.

I was so excited when I found this site. I bad, y needed a dress for my sisters wedding and there were so many to choose from here. But I soon learned that it was too good to be true. I ordered 3 so that I could try some different styles and I had already checked their return policy so that I could send them back if need be. Well little did I know those 15 days you have to return your dress get eaten up with fighting with customer support. It's a 12 hour time difference and half the time there is no one answering the phone. My first email never did get a reply and it seems the only return your email after you start hounding them. Then they require pictures to see why was wrong and now they are telling me that they only refund 50% of the price. No where in their policy does it say you need pictures or that you can't get a refund ( you do have to pay shipping). My dresses were not a custom order job it was a standard size 16US, but they tell me they will only pay half. CRAZY!

This company takes your money and doesn't give you the product then alleges they never received it back when it was never delivered to my address. They do not help and worst customer service. Honestly go else where and save yourself the headache and worst experience ever. Not worth it will never shop here again.

I needed a flower lapel pin for resurrection sunday and i needed it within two weeks this was my first experience with tbdress.com and I am well pleased with the timing and the prices this website has i would like to see a bigger variety of lapel pins but that's just my thing. I was in shock over how many reviews were exactly as mine was going to be, not kidding. I got my second dress today from this TBdress and its absolutely crap. I cant describe it any better. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PHOTOS. These dresses are not made with the same quality of materials or sewn properly. They are junk. I have wasted over $500 on two gowns and the photos are not photos of their work, it is from the sites they rip off to make the so called dresses the same! The colors and quality of the stitching on these dresses are like a poor copy. I think I could have made better dresses at my first attempt to sew, not kidding. Save your money. I have a dispute going on with PayPal to get my money back. They need to read these reviews and see what kind of company's are out there ripping us off.

I buy mostly all my clothes and accessories here. I love that I can be fashionable and yet not lose all the $ in my pocket. Yes, the clothes don't last long, but totally understandable; you pay for cheap but trendy clothes, you wear them for one season and that's it. If I want something classic that will last for years, then I'd also be willing to shell out the big bucks for it.

Worse company ever for a wedding dress. Ordered mine had to give them my measurements 4 times. When they FINALLY sent it, it was wadded up in a flat shoe box, looked nothing like the pictures and not even close to my size, trying to get in touch with them after they get your money is a joke, so now i have to buy another dress but i will go to a shop. Thanks for taking my money stressing me out more and not responding, customer service my $#*!

This was my first time ordering off this website. I paid $37 EXTRA for express shipping which said 3-8 business days. Mind you, I ordered weeks ago. So all together i spent $77. Well it's past 3-8 business days. I have missed the deadline I needed my order. And when I try to talk to someone, no one is available. It's bad that as a first time customer, I had to deal with this and to spend that much money to never get what I ordered. I advise you all to never order from here! I don't want what happened to me, to happen to someone else. I will NEVER order from this company ever again. And I will continue to tell my peers to never order from here.

For once I loved something that had been bought online. Sometimes you get that when you buy something online, what is delivered is totally different. TBdress delivered my dress just the way I had ordered. There those online stores that can even send you wrong orders and when it comes to refund it will be a major issue. The dresses arrived late, didn't fit, and they will not issue a refund. The website advertises easy returns, but when I requested one, they informed me of how difficult it is to send back to China, and they can only give me a 40% refund. I have emailed numerous times, and most of the responses are the same thing, avoiding the questions, or stating the loss for them if they do the return, despite what their return policy states. I even copied and pasted their return policy, as well as a photo of it, and the response is still the same. After nine emails, and even uploading unnecessary photos of the dresses (per their request), they spoke to a manager and offered a 50% refund. That is not what their return policy states.
