I watched tracking proceed normally ending with "delivered" and "package in place." Where this item was delivered and in what place is a mystery. Customer service is unresponsive to inquiry. Lesson learned…
This was the very worst experience of my entire life.
I ordered an A-Line dress in burgundy from TBDress. When I received this dress, after an extra week of waiting, I opened the package to a bright red dress that was most certainly not an A-Line dress.
When I contacted them about it, I received an email that stated they were out of the office for the next two weeks. I had to wait and never received a reply. I ended up emailing them again regarding this situation. After about seven or eight emails back and forth, with my supplying close to a dozen photos proving that this dress was not at all what I ordered, they told me that they were unable to do anything for me. They said that their product was excellent and I didn't know what I was talking about.
Do NOT order from TBDress. Ever. This was the worst experience - both with the extremely poor quality and the seriously awful customer service.

My order was placed on 03/10/2015 with EXPEDITED shipping paid for. Estimated time of arrival when the order was placed should have been 3/16/15 at the latest. It is now 3/18/15. No dress. No shipping confirmation. TWO emails to customer service for a status update with no response and if this dress is not here by 3/20/15, there is no need for the dress. I am not impressed thus far and will tell everyone I know what a scam this retailer is! I am about to dispute the CC charges as fraudulent.

I took a serious gamble buying a wedding dress online, sight unseen, but I have to confess that the dress I received was absolutely exquisite. Come April 2018, I will confidently walk down to the aisle to marry the love of my life, wearing a beautiful gown that only cost me $168! I am so happy with my purchase and the dress is fabulous, trendy and will probably last me for a long time, since I didn't go for the classic white gown. Also, the tbdress team has made the entire shopping experience very comfortable. They are very friendly and precise and eager to discuss any detail you want. Goos!

I have to say my experience with TBdress have been horrible. I tried to cancel my order but instead they shipped the dress out anyway. The dress looks nothing like the picture on the website and the material is horrible. When I contacted customer service and provided them with the picture they informed me that they don't see anything wrong with the dress and they hope I can keep it. NO NO NO I want a refund. It's a shame they are allowed to even sell products that this. The only reason why I gave them one (1) star is because that's the only way I could leave a Review. I WARN YOU please don't order from this website. Now I'm out of my money and have a horrible dress.

Ordered denim jeans jacket which looked very beautiful in the picture but when I received it was $#*!ing bad. It's like they made out of old grandpaa's pant and made it. Was super big, very poor quality, threats hanging everywhere, no where to see denim tag even though they fully said that it's denim jeans hood jacket. I regret buying from this TBdress :(.

When I came to know about TB Dress I did not have to look anywhere else for any clothes at all. Winter-wear, summer-wear, casuals or formals, I get it all at this one-stop online shop. It would be awesome if you guys can add some variety to the accessories as well!

Materials will vary. Each arrival I find was totally a surprise in the fabrics they used. For most part, will use them, but one was way too sheer and photo looked like a solid fabric, so that was a shocker how flimsy it was. Another was a defect in fabric shading, I reported and I am having some problem with interpreting language with them. But Im sure they will at least credit me or something. If not, I would wonder if I should buy again. Im a new customer, so Im still seeing how things look when they arrive. One more still on backorder.

I just last night placed an order for my wedding shoes(*******). The shoes are beautiful however when I placed my order my total was a little over $80 with the cost of shoes and the $27 shipping price. However when I received my pay pal alert I was charged $196 for 3 pair of shoes that I did not order one of them are even a duplicate of my wedding shoes. I am extremely upset that I cant get in contact with anyone and none of my emails have been answered yet. I will never in my life shop with them again because I feel they just stole my money. Please be very cautions ordering from this site.

It was a horrible experience to order dress from this site... I ordered medium size dresses which should length 78 cm but they were 60 cm in length. It looked as If I wearing simple tops and not the dresses... if possible from my side I would raise a legal complain against this site for fooling people... this site should not receive a single star rating

Tbdress offers a wide range of dresses and other fashion accessories to choose from. This is the main reason I just loved their work. Furthermore talent is a plus thing for them, the designers gave me the perfect dress which I have always wanted. Just a week ago I received the dress which I had bought and it is just amazing. Good store keep it up.

Joke of a company. Customer service is an absolute joke as well. Their products are just cheap imitations of high quality products. All pictures on their website are stolen from different online stores. Spread the word. They can't be scamming people like that!

I have ordered jewelry twice now from TBDress. I love the earrings I bought. The website has such an awesome selection of items with great descriptions and reasonable prices. I ordered a chiffon scarf which I wear all the time. I know I will return many times when I need a gift or something special for myself.

I ordered my dress on Aug. 26,2014 and just received today Sept. 04,2014. I was first impressed with the speed of my delivery. I was very nervous ordering a dress I had not tried on, but this dress fit as if it was made for me. I order a size closest to my measurements. The quality of the dress is more than I expected. I am very happy and will order from TBdress again in the future,

Hi, I've here in dubai for almost 6 years but never seen the design and prices like this. The TB dress website have a lot of items to be choose and prices was reasonable and cheaper compared to the other.
I'm have been suggested this to my friends and family to buy on TB dress online website.

The experience I had was absolutely wonderful! I suggest this place to everyone! They are very accommodating at a reasonable price. I had the dress custom fit and am very happy. I ordered a sweater for my daughter and when it arrived I loved it so much I ordered one for myself! It is true to size and the yarn is very soft and comfortable. In California, a heavy, thick sweater doesn't get worn much, but this is perfect! I have ordered a number of things from tbdress and I have been happy with all of them. Another plus is they are VERY prompt in responding to any questions via e-mail. Great customer service.

I ordered a winter jacket for my fiancee on Jan. 29th for Valentine's and was supposed to be delivered in 3 to 7 days. I even paid for Express delivery. As if now, nothing has been delivered, no communication. I sent an email 4 days ago to no reply. I now think this business is a scam

Haven't received my item of a 1.5-month-ago offer. I have tried to contact TBdress so many times by phone and online live chat, but they are always too busy to answer me. Not to mention I haven't get any reply of TBdress even if I have sent tons of email to them.

This dress is the perfect color for my daughter's Homecoming this year. She's going with a group of friends who want to dress up in their version of the princesses and she chose Belle. I love how the dress is pretty and modest so she doesn't have to be uncomfortable all night!
