I'm so satisfied with a wedding gown I ordered from TBDress. I ordered on 7/18 and they took 10 days to made the dress. The shipping wow was amazing. I request express shipping and got it in 2 days. I definitely will order more items from here. I had a wonderful experience.

Order #1 so far so good. I was leery about all of the mixed reviews. I ordered an evening gown. It wasn't as gorgeous as the picture with model but I would be comfortable wearing it. It came folded in a zip lock bag all wrinkled. The construction was decent. The lace and satin was of medium quality. It hung nicely. No unfinished seams. I paid $88 for it. I think it looks like a $200-300 dress.

I am so delighted with quick delivery. As last Thursday I ordered a fancy dress for my youngest daughter. She told me that she need to wear it on this Monday. I realised that I already ordered it after I checked when it will deliver as says will deliver on either Tuesday or Wednesday. I start panckied and asked if they can quick delivery that I can pay extra but I was told it was too late. I had to keep it positive. Till then on last Saturday I was so delighted when I opened the parcel its for daughter's fancy dress! You made my daughter's happy! She won't take it off in whole weekend! Thanks so much! 5

I received $30 free dress from TBdress through a coupon which included free shipping. They were great to deal with, I uploaded my pictures onto their site and selected how many dresses I wanted and my order was delivered two days later. I'm impressed with the quality and efficiency with service and delivery.

Every single time I log in to tbdress I always find something to buy. I shop for clothes online at least twice a month and therefore prefer sites that are always bringing in new stock. This is what I love the most about tbdress. They always have something new in store for you. In addition to this, I always find discounts on items almost every other day. For example, the last time I was shopping for back-to-school clothes for my kids I saved about half of the budget I would have otherwise used on other sites. I made use of their coupons which was then added to the discounts they already had on the items. Unlike other sites that promise discounts and then just knock off a dollar, tbdress really has major discounts that really make a difference. In my opinion, it is a tremendous site that any online shopper should try out.

The jumpsuit i ordered has nothing to do with the picture. Not the same material or pattern even and not the same length. I regret that i bought it. The price of the item dropped after 2 days and i asked for a price match, but they refused. Also it was written on their website that the item would take about a month to arrive, it took more than 2 month to arrive and i asked for a refund in the meanwhile they refused. Now i received the item and it is crappy and i asked for a refund and a return and they refused. Worst customer service, quality, style, and material. I paid 70 dollars for the jumpsuit and its not even worth 10 dollars.

I ordered two dresses for my mother. It fits her well, although during the order I had estimated her size. She looks contended with it and I have found her many times on the dress.
One thing I noticed the site is good at is handling customers.

I ordered a dress and for three weeks it still hasn't shipped. I asked for it to be cancelled and they responded with please tell us why and can you except 10% off. I needed the dress for a Valentine's Day event and so I had to go buy another dress to replace the one that never came. For 2 weeks I never even heard a response to my messages for a status. I would never recommend this site ever!

I ordered a black lace dress of popcherry in a last minute desperate rush to have something to wear to a dance. The dress was very good value at only $30 and came with express free shipping. Great store, super easy to use and a cute range of clothing, my only complaint is that the shipping promised it delivered in two business days (when ordered before 2pm) but it came in 3. Apart from that I think the dress was a bargain and will be defiantly be telling my friends to shop here in the future!

I ordered a dress from TBdress and fell in love with it! For quite some time I was hesitant to buy without trying on, but then took a risk and it was absolutely worth it. I took the standard size and it was matching perfectly! Got to wear it already on 2 occasions and each time it is a pleasure. Good quality of material makes it pleasant to the skin. I ordered my wedding band from Tbdress and was worried as I was never able to see it in person before receiving it. Throughout the process, the cs was very attentive and available for any questions I had. When it arrived it was more beautiful than in any of the pictures and fit perfectly. I would recommend Tbdress to anyone who wants something one of a kind.

I made the mistake of buying quite a bit of clothes and shoes. The clothes were certainly smaller than they look on the website, but I can fit them. It just isn't the same oversized sweater look I was going for. The models are either the size of 12 year old girls or they are not shipping us the same clothes advertised. The quality was poor. The shoes were ok. Looked a bit unfinished, but I think I can fix it. I will try to fix all the threads hanging from sweaters. No point in trying to get a refund. In this case you really get what you pay for.

I bought a jacket on this website. The jacket pretty much looks just like the picture. The belt is only thing that looks different. The buckle is sewn too close to the edge so the flaps don't overlap as much as the picture. I moved the belt myself because I don't mind sewing. After a few uses of the belt though, it started to tear apart. Its a cheap belt. I decided to replace the belt by sewing three black buttons. It was pretty easy. I'm also going to put pockets in the coat. It looks so great and I might buy it in the color red. I receive so many compliments when I go out with this on and I feel fabulous wearing it! It's my favorite coat! I will admit that the fleece material it's made out of isn't the warmest so It's good to wear warm clothes underneath during really cold weather. It's pretty warm in weather that's about 40 degrees Fahrenheit. I love this coat so much and definitely recommend it. I have abnormally wide shoulders, about 41 cm, so it's a bit snug, but it still fits!

I placed and paid for my order on 11/29/2013. The order was to be shipped to Nigeria but I paid for it from my US credit card. It is now 5 weeks later (1/4/2014) and Tbdress has still not delivered the order to the recipient in Nigeria. All efforts to get information from their customer service has failed woefully. At first we were informed that the order was shipped out on 12/5/2013 and then the next time we called, we were told that the order shipped out on 12/16/2013 and now we are told that it has NOW left China.
This company is SCAM! Do not purchase from this company. I suppose if you're in China you may actually receive your product.
Oh and Yes the tracking number they sent does not work and the company refuses to tell us the exact shipping company they used, after charging almost $100.00 for shipping

I placed two orders last month with 7 to 8 items in each. I was surprised with the quality of the items and the accuracy of details. The colors were exactly the same and the sizes were perfect. I ordered a very affordable wedding dress from this site. It came exactly as expected and was custom made and arrived very quickly. Obviously it wasn't your normal $1000+ dress, so the material and stitching is not top of the line as you get what you pay for. I was very happy with my purchase, and a local seamstress was able to pull in a couple visible stitches.

Ordered a coat, paid with Paypal, never received item. I have sent this company several items on their website with no response. I have now opened a dispute with Paypal to get my money back. The poor grammar and misspelled words on their website should have been my clue! STAY AWAY from this "company"

So far, I have ordered two items from this supplier a gown for my son's wedding and a winter coat. I was very satisfied with the quality and the craftsmanship of each item; however, the formal dress was a little larger than expected and the coat was too small. But overall, a good experience.
