I ordered a wedding dress and when it arrived it was missing sequins, had an ink stain in the front and a pink stain on the back. The sizing was also off and looked nothing like the photo. TBDress refused to give a refund if I paid shipping to return. This company is fraudulent.

This is one of the only times I will write a review and send an item back. I will never ever deal with this place again, and I know because they have so many followers that my not liking them really don't matter. But I would like it to be known I paid a extra $26 for rush delivery for a dress for my birthday and that was stated to be 6 to 8 days I got it in about 2 and a half weeks. I knew when I opened the package it was not even close to what I ordered but I tried it on anyway. I had 4 family members over all of them I showed a picture that the site showed then I put that dress on. Thay were in disbelief that this is what was sent to me. I will send it back and never again order from here.

I ordered from this store mid December and received my items in a very acceptable time even if they are very far from where I am (Canada). I was very pleased with my items. Some of them were out of stock when it shipped out but the company arranged for a refund. My items were like I expected. They looked exactly like on the site and are of good quality for the price I paid for them. I was very pleased with my experience and through my purchase I had questions that were answered each in a one day delay which was very appreciated. I will definitely order from them again. Cute and super affordable!

TB Dress opened a whole new range of options for me on branded apparel. I don't have to depend on my U. K. based cousins anymore to get branded clothes and accessories. I wish the shipping time for the items was shorted though.

This is an UPDATE: my stuff finally all came! It took almost 4 months. I would say over half was so cheaply made and not like that picture that it will be going into the garbage. But there were 2 items I really liked. So good luck if you buy from this site. It might be good or it might be garbage...

So after I wrote a review on here, Summer emailed me and told me that they would give me $103 back for two of the dresses that I bought. Originally I paid $123 for both of them. She said that they could not pay back for the shipping so I just said whatever and excepted it and shipped out the dresses. I emailed her the tracking number, just like she asked, and the dresses were delivered two days ago. I have not received any emails or my money and I am completely frustrated and so done with this website!

Bought a coat was very cheap. Like they say you get what you pay for. The zipper was junk, can't even get it to work. Before buying it I was trying to figure out the material. I won't say. Well is spandex. I went buy there measurements and not even close. This crap is made from Hong Kong that's why. Plus trying to return it. That's another problem. Its only by email so u have to wait until they email you back. There telling me they can't find my information so I gave it to them and they still don't have my info. So they emailed back sorry there's nothing we can do, thank you for kindly understanding. Ohhhh hell no! There's no understanding here. Plus u only have 15 days to return it. They play email games with you until it's to late.

At times we book things online however when delivered we feel like it was something else that we booked.
I bet you all here you wont feel tis way, you will get whatever you see & moreover you will be happy with the products.

I absolutely love my dress! It took a while to get here since they were having a two week holiday at the time I ordered it. But when it finally got here it was good quality and just what I wanted and expected! Thanks!

If you want to buy fashionable clothes at a low budget visit TB Dress instead of falling prey to the hoax discount offers on overrated websites. Yes, TB Dress didn't offer me too many sales but when they did, they were real.

I want to thank the staff working at TB dress. Last month, i made several phone calls to enquire about my order and the staff were able to help me make my decisions. They were not only friendly but patience as well. My dress and blouse arrived within three weeks from the date I placed the order. I will be ordering more outfits from TB dress.

I ordered the dress in an XL and it fits very well. I am tall, so the waist falls a little high for me, but adding a belt helped move the waistline down a little bit. It is also machine washable which is nice

I can't believe that this dress is only 20.62 USD, where I come from this dress would cost at least 5-6 times as much, they sell the most amazing dresses on this site I wish I was a bit younger I would have a new dress for every day of the month. Keep the dresses coming.

I ordered a gown in dark brown, custom measurements for a Blacktie Fall Ball. I received a red gown with the wrong measurements. I would have worn the red dress, but the measurements were so far off, It wouldn't zip. I had to run out and buy a gown last minute. Not a fall color. I tried to resolve with TBdress. I sent many pictures. They finally agreed that there was a problem. The only solution they could offer was for me to return the dress, but I would have to pay for the shipping. Or, they would send another dress at a discount. Things happen in business, but if you are a reputable company, you take responsiblity for errors and do your very best to fix a problem.

Tis has been the most phenomeno shopping experiences I had on line ever. I mean I ran across a lot of good sales but none as good as the ones from jabber. There's a blizzard outside and I have the chance to get what I want sitting in the comfort of my own home can you say "Awesome"

Back in August of this year i ordered a romper through TBdress. When it came in september it was the cheapeast material and poorest quality i have ever seen in a garment. I contacted them via email(thats the only way to correspond with them) and told them i wanted to return and refund my item. They went back and forth about why i should get another item etc. I kept explaining i wanted a refund. They finally sent me an address. Mailed the package off in september of this year and as of today December 11 they are saying they havent received my item. They r crooks and thieves. Clothing is horrible do not use this site to order clothes period

I ordered 2 different costumes and chose this company based on price. They were selling the same costumes for less than their competitors. The costumes arrived very quickly and exactly as I had ordered. No complaints at all.

Based on my experience, The products are high quality, prices very reasonable. The shipping cost is great because when my purchase goes beyond 100 bucks I get the shipping done for free! Customer Service goes above and beyond.

I placed my order on January 24 for my wedding dress. It is now February 24 a month later and I still haven't received my dress. They said it is going through the inspection process (who knows how long that takes). My wedding is next week I hope my dress arrive this week or else I will be super pissed.
