This company is fraud and a scam I have been waiting 2 months for my order and i never received anything and because of this situation I cancelled my order and demanded a refund and they had ongoing excuses and said they were gonna refund 8-15 business days I've been waiting quite some time now and nothing yet I am now filing a dispute on this so called company and court proceedings due to not receiving my items or refund! I ordered a coat which took longer than the advertised 5-8 business days. When I received the coat it was not even close to the XL size. It is a piece of garbage not even worth the cheap $30 i paid for it. Will never buy from this company again.

I purchased a suit for my son senior prom. I paid extra 30 dollars to receive the suit in 5-7 business. I did not get a track number by the way. I wait a week and email the company several times without response. I received a tracking number the day after my son prom. Very upset. And I expressed to company I want my money back because prom had past. Mind you I still haven't received the suit 3 weeks later.

Ordered a dress for my 21st birthday on May 18th and paid $18 for shipping to arrive within 3-8 days. Never received a confirmation email and my account says my order is "preparing". Why pay over for shipping when it will never come in. Wish I could sue.

They sent me a dress that had the neckline completely crooked. Instead of hitting at the middle of the chest it hit off center to the right (and no it's not an asymmetrical neckline in the description). I informed them I wanted to return it and requested an address. The response told me I had to pay shipping and then urged me to give it to a friend or relative "to wear as a present." I told them no, I still wanted to return it and needed the address, and they responding again telling me I had to pay shipping, but still gave no address. I'm in my third request for an address and if they don't respond this time I'll have to send the dispute to my credit card company. What a load of garbage.

I purchased a coat in purple... it came fairly quickly because I paid almost half my order was shipping. The fit is nice but... its magenta not purple cheaply made thin, the hood is detachable but has gaps so my neck is always cold. And one of the buttonholes was not open. So I can't even button the last button... the return policy is so tedious and time consuming so I really have no choice but to keep it. Really disappointed.

They are the worst company to do business with. I spent my money back in February 2020 and they have refused to give me my money back and we are into April getting ready to go into May 2020. They are thieves. I just checked my email and now they have shipped the item out. I have asked to just cancel the items with all that is going on around the world with the Pandemic. Their clothing is horrible. I received one top and it is the ugliest top I ever received. It looked so much better on the website. I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau because they are thieves. How can you send me something when you feel like it? All I wanted was my money back. I messed up and purchased from them. I will never purchase from them again!

I was impressed by the latest collection of clothes you offer at tbdress. From the pictures of clothes displayed in your site, I realize that you have different colors and designs. I also realized that you offer discounts according to the amount of orders one has made. I have not personally bought clothes from you but I would like to order 2 dresses: one for my homecoming party and another one for my evening pleasures especially for weekends.

I wish I would have found this review site prior to me ordering my dress... the dress I ordered isn't the same dress as the one they have pictured! It is a cheaply made replica! When I received it I tried it on and it did not fit. I am usually a size 9/10 and I order a size 12 to be on the safe side! The dress was poorly sewn and the seams were crooked! The items are made and shipped from China!
The reviews that say they are completely satisfied are most likely false in nature! I will never order from them again! I did send them an email stating I wanted a refund due to the above reasons and have not received a response! Do not take your chances with this website you will be disappointed!
