I watched tracking proceed normally ending with "delivered" and "package in place." Where this item was delivered and in what place is a mystery. Customer service is unresponsive to inquiry. Lesson learned…
These people refused to exchange a dress that I had ordered and subsequently sent back. They claim that I "did not have permission" to send it back. Nor would they refund my money. I would NEVER deal with this company again. They have a lot to learn about dealing with American customers.
Tip for consumers:
Be very wary of this site. They cannot deal with customer service claims.

Has the variety of styles that I like. From the very classy and elegant, to very conservative. This is my first time offering from TBdress and so far I'm loving what I see. I haven't received my item yet but I'm excited and paint wait to wear it to my special event.

They send you things of poor quality, their customer support is bad. They do false advertisements because what you get is not what you had seen on their pictures. This website is a scam and I would not encourage people to buy from this site.

This site is a scam. Ordered the same pant suit twice as I never got the confirmation so assumed the purchase didn't go through and ordered a second time. The only confirmation I got was from DHL Express when duplicate orders were enroute and turned out shipped from China with no paperwork to allow for return. Net - I have two very cheaply made outfits that I would never wear and out $300 bucks due to this scam site

Being positive is my moto except when it makes no sense because there is absolutely no positive thought towards an experience. This company is fraudulent. I ordered a dress that didnt arrive in stated delivery time so the company sent an email explaining it was not ready. I decided i wanted to cancel the order per my right as stated on their website. They replied that they can cancel my order but could only refund me my shipping cost and keep the cost of the 150 dress! What type of business is that. Their rationale is that the size 6 i ordered is custom (huh... how?) I urge you not to trust this shady business! Trust me

Was very impressed with the goods ordered that were sent in undamaged packaging and the way I would have picked them in a shop - as well as packed in a box and dispatched soon after placing the order and sent with signed for delivery. I have no hesitation to order dresses from this company again in the future.

Tbdress has done it again! We were discussing what to wear to my cousin wedding anniversary celebration next week. She told me needed to get somethings that will match her evening gown. We both searched through tbdress products till she choose the yellow zipper envelope clutch bag and some jewelries also. We were expecting the jewelries faster than the bag but today we received the bag.we are also expecting the jewelries which is on transit.we will definitely come back for the yuletide which is around the corner.

Hi, I have bought several items from tbdress and the best being my wedding dress and also my daughter in laws wedding dress, both fit perfectly and were up to A++ standard. I have also ordered myself a mother of the bride dress even though I am mother of the groom lol. Can't wait for it to arrive

When I first ordered this dress, I had ordered it in Royal Blue. A few days later I noticed on the website that they had another Royal Blue color...(Dark Royal Blue)! I didn't realize at the time there were 2 Royal Blue colors. So word to the wise... check your colors & materials very carefully before ordering. I emailed Customer Service right away when I noticed the mistake. They answered me back promptly, but unfortunately the dress was already in the middle of being tailored. The color couldn't be changed! Seeing it was my mistake from the beginning I told them to go ahead & finish the dress. I worried for nothing because the Light Royal Blue is very pretty too... Dress is very well made! Couldn't be happier even though I had initially ordered the wrong blue color! Honestly, this blue looks better on me than the Dark Royal Blue would have. Impressive place for having women's fashion stuffs. I'm very happy to get the delivery on my order on time. The collection is awesome here and their huge collection helped me to get my own dresses as I wanted. The clothes are affordable too. Their seasonal collection and the trending super hot dresses are really beautiful. Also the jewelry collection is outstanding here.

I made my order and I got a message that is no items on stock. I then ordered again for other things and they I gave message again out of stock. I never got money back and another request. Been cheated... you be really careful... they are scammers :)

I've been waiting for nearly a month patiently. Hopefully the dresses will be A1 aka beautiful... Right nite I'm a little Leary but I reads the reviews and ordered just to see what the experience will be like. I need the dresses for 2 weddings. 1 is this week and the other is for a bridesmaid trial. If the bridesmaid dress is nice, I'll definitely order more for the other bridesmaids. Until then... I'm just waiting patiently since September 2nd.

"Fell in love with this dress first time i saw it. I knew i had to have it! I want it in every color! I contacted customer service before ordering just to make sure i will get it on time before the event date which is 12/10. I paid $130 for a dress for my daughters wedding. It was defected, very poor quality. They will not give me address to mail it back, and will give $30.00 and keep the dress. That is poor customer service. I am out $100 and still need to buy a dress for my daughters wedding. Would be nice to get more than $30!

I was chosen as "Employee of the Month" and was of course very happy about it. But I don't have anything to wear. While browsing I stumbled on the site tbdress.com and checked out their designs. The prices are very reasonable and the shipping time is realistic.
I had a hard time deciding since I like a lot of the evening dresses. I finally ordered the Sweet Sheath/Column Spaghetti Straps Evening Dress. I tell you, I felt like the most beautiful woman in the room as I was receiving my award. It is one of the most memorable nights of my life. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends.

Please, Please, Please DO NOT buy from this website. The outfit that I received looked NOTHING like what was on the website. I could only get in contact with someone through the message option. They will not give me a refund. Lesson learned.

I wont ever order anything from here again. Ordered a dress custom made and they didn't do it correctly. Also was a very cheap version of the picture model. They blame it on me measuring myself wrong. But is just bad quality. Smells weird too. They didn't refund me either or fix my problem. I had to email rhem many times to get only a portion of my money. Also orderer a garter and the detail fell off when I took it out of the bag. Was just glued with silicone. Save your money and get local product with good return policies like macys. For same price I could get way better dress. Don't let their pictures full you

I ordered a custom sized dress. When it did arrive though, the length was WAY longer than it should have been and the bodice ballooned out. I would have been perfectly fine with exchanging for a different dress but I couldn't get ahold of ANYONE. I sent them two emails within a span of three days and never heard anything. I then tried even live chatting with someone, hoping I'd maybe have some luck there, but almost as soon as I began, they'd say they were too busy at the moment. That was when I just wanted to return my dress for a refund of my money. The problem is I can't get a hold of anyone! This was definitely the worst online ordering experience ever. Do not order from them!

Tbdress is no better than JollyChic, Ericdress, or Twinkledeals. They all suck. The clothes do not fit a normally sized person, they fit some teeny tiny waif with a 2 inch waist. The prices are great but the headaches caused by these China-based companies are just not worth it. Buy in the U.S. It costs more but it saves more in time, asprin for your headache and Valium for your nerves trying to deal with these morons who do not understand what you want or why you are upset at not having received an item ordered 6 friggin' months ago. Total morons. The only thing I want from China is a chess set made of marble. Keep your friggin' cheap $#*! clothes.

I usually shop from Tbdress. When it comes to my experience with Tbdress, all I have to say is that tbdress is a very serious online store. They have a great collection of dress. They mean business every time I place an order here I get fantastic help from the staff at times I want a dress but am not able to choose the color or may be type but once I inform any of the staff, the problem just vanquishes. I just love tbdress.com. They also offer great discounts.

Although it has been several months since my wedding, I do not want to lose the opportunity to do a review of my wedding dress. I can tell you that the delivery was fast. The quality of precious stones and organza fabric as well as the seam was very good. The dress was my size because I ordered it to custom made. I just had to fix it in the back, because the transparent fabric was wide. Her train had the perfect cut and she slid gracefully, being perfect in all the photos. I recommend this website for their good quality, customer care and great prices

Awful. Just awful. When you order it doesn't say that they are in China or that the clothes need to be "made". Took 8 weeks to receive. Total joke. Looks absolutely NOTHING like the coat I ordered... wasn't even a coat - it's a sweater. Kind of... it's a rag! This "XL" coat wouldn't fit a 5 year old. The measurements on the website mean absolutely nothing! Thank God my credit card company agreed. Run as fast as you can away from these bozos. Now I know what TB stands for... TOTAL BULL****!

So after receiving a truly poorly sewn dress, customer service was quick to respond. I sent photos, and they gave me two options, neither of which was a full refund. I was able to recoup $80, which was the best they offered. In exchange they asked for a 4 Star review. Thats not happening. If the full purchase price had been refunded I wouldve done so. My advice would be to read the fine print carefully. Dont purchase the dresses that are made in China or are custom sewn unless you want it to look like a 3rd grader made it. I will, however, say, that Sherri, the customer service person, was pleasant, and Im sure she has to deal with a lot of complaints. Its not her fault, but I wont be shopping here again.
