We ordered a pair of sandals in the beginning of February of 2020. First of all we did not receive the sandals until the end of July when it said it would ship within a month. When we finally received the shoes they were defective, smelled extremely like smoke and did not look like the picture. At this point I was extremely disappointed and wished to make a return. The company refused to follow through on the return until we threaten to contact the better business bureau. At this point they refuse to make the return and are only offering in store money. I left a nasty review on the shoes and they have to accept the reviews to be put up, therefore that is why their are only 4 and 5 star reviews on their website! This is a huge warning stay away from tbdress.

I ordered my dress 3 weeks ago and I haven't gotten a shipping number. I have two friends that ordered dresses here and got theirs in 2-3 weeks and mine hasn't even shipped out yet. I've called and emailed but no on will answer and I'm scared that I won't ever get my dress. Idk what to do! My order number is *******

Thank you, TBDress! I received my dress today via DHL, and the fit is perfect. The dress is beautiful. I will try to post pictures later. I am still waiting for the second dress I ordered to be delivered, but so far, I'm very happy with the service, will definitely buy from TBDress again!

I had ordered three dresses from the tbdress. The dresses were awesome and of high quality. The prices o the clothes are very cheap compared to other outlets. I really appreciated their service. The packing of the clothes was incredible. The delivery was on time no delay was made. The customer service ensured contact till the clothes were delivered. I wonder what else some other customers need because the service was super cool. The three dresses I hand ordered came exactly what I expected. Tbdress is one amongst many online stores that provide quality service to their customers. Tbdress is one of the shopping areas online where if you need quality service and quality goods you go for. I really was exited with the shopping and would recommend other buyers to get the clothes of their choice from the online store. As for me I will continue to be a regular customer on the store since I did enjoy the service.

Please do not order ANYTHING from this pitiful site. Also, newsflash if you are gonna have employees from TBdress submit all these fake 5 star reviews don't make every single one of them sound the same.The company needs to be shut down. Horrible quality and horrible customer service. If i don't get the item i ordered soon i will report to BBB and file a refund claim with paypal. It's as if 10yr olds are running this site. If i could give less than 1 star i would.

I love my over the black velvet boots! They came pretty quickly. I wanted to wear at Christmas and all six of my sister's loved them and we're telling all their friends and family about TB Dress and all the great items on the website!. My aunt had told me about this site, and as always I was eager to try it out. I saw a dress I wanted for my birthday so she bought it as a present. The dress came in and it was just like the picture represented! The fit was perfect and everyone complimented on it! I will shop more on this site!

Got my refund from my credit card company but that's not the point just be careful when buying through this company. Months go by items never arrived... Heads up

I just want to thank you for my dress I sent in my measurements and when I got my dress back it fit perfectly it looks just like the photo but in a different color they did a beautiful job looking forward to shopping with them again

Please can anyone tell me are the items coming from China? Are they delivered with international air cargo? Right why i am asking this is because on 1 st of november i ordered from ebay a coat, wich i saw it on tbdress as well.The problem is is almost Christmas and the coat didn't came. I contacted the seller of course he said be patientbut when i am tracking the pack it says "NuLL" and is blocked in a country for 2 weeks and not moving from there. I asked the seller to return back my money otherwise i'll open a case. Now because I had this really unpleasant situation i am really afraid to order anything from this website, even the clothes are unique and gorgeous. I need a honest opinions guys:)thanks

Wait and wait - then once you get the dress(after your event) and the material is garbage and the size is bogus, they don't return... and forget paypal helping (they must get part of the proceeds on this) they offered me finally a $20 credit on another purchase if I returned a $150 dress... are you kidding... RUN RUN RUN and don't look back... company should be shut down for criminal stealing

I am left tracking the items that I have paid for. The customer service staff are rude

Good quality of clothes with cheap price.
I was buying the dress and when the dress comes up, it's just the same as the display on the site with the best quality material.
This store was giving me great experience of shopping. They have an updated collection, never been so oldish in this store. The customer support service was very nice and very responsive. Fast in delivery.

I recommend this store to my bestfriend and she was satisfied too.

Most of these reviews must be fake, some are the same with different users! Bad knock-off and horrible customer service. See http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/tbdress-california-c*******.html or www.bbb.org. When I received the dress I thought "Ok, so it's not the best knock-off, but I'll just return it." I'd send an email and wait 24 hours to receive a response that did not have anything to do with the email sent. It's like whomever responds copies and pastes a template without reading the email. I discourage anyone from ordering through the site. If you are going to purchase a knock-off (which I occasionally do) order through Ebay.

The shipping was fast and the dress is amazing. I was worried to order online and I've seen a lot of negative reviews but I have no complains. Very high quality and now I can't wait to walk down the aisle :)

I need to know when I am getting the dress that I ordered! The website says that once the item has been purchased it goes into processing and then it is shipped. The website specifically states that processing takes 7 to 9 calendar days and that shipping takes 2 to 5 calendar days. When I received the confirmation email for my order, it said that when it was out of processing they would send me an email with a tracking number so I can make sure that it is on its way. It has now been 16 calendar days and I have not received an email with a tracking number. I have sent numerous emails to the customer service people and I have received ZERO response from anyone! This is ridiculous. If I had known that this was a company that treated it's customers so badly, I never would have purchased anything from them. I will never do so again and I will tell everyone else I know not to either.

Ordered this dress for a friends wedding (I was matron of honour), there were 4 adult bridesmaid in total and we each had the same dress. Although we were all different shapes and sizes the dresses looked amazing. I ordered a standard size which meant I had to take the dress to the tailors to be shortened, also as I have a large bust and small waist I needed some adjustments to the top, although this was my fault I should have paid for a custom made dress. The tailor was very impressed with the quality of the dress and said it was much better made than some high end high street shops. I was so impressed with the quality of the dresses and speed of delivery, I recently ordered flower girl, junior and my bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding as well.

My daughter is in a pageant and TBdress has the perfect dress. Yet it difficult to get in contact with anyone to check the status. I paid to expedite my order and still no one is available. I need the dress like yesterday. Order number *******. I really love the variety and styles, but customer service has to kick in soon.

Beautiful dress, can't wait to wear it for my reception. I ordered this nervously, wasn't sure if it would look quality, but it looks fabulous. It also came incredibly quickly. I will need to get it taken in a bit, ordered a size 4 which I thought would be tight, but it seems to run a little bigger than I thought. Well made, beautiful fabric, I will definitely be purchasing more items from here. Very satisfied.

I ordered 4 dresses and 2 were damaged beyond repair. (quality on all of them are subpar) I sent pictures to TB Dress asking for a refund. They told me I have to pay for the return shipment. I told them I don't think I have to pay for the shipment when products are damaged, but they kept on telling me I had to. I gave up after emailing back and forth for 4 times. I told them I don't need the money back but I will write reviews how they handled the issue. Trust me, don't buy from them. You will regret it.

I was a little hesitant when I ordered because many of the reviews said this dress ran small. I ordered the Large according to the size chart and it fits perfect, and it looks adorable. Especially for the price, this dress is a steal. I also received it along with a bolero from the same place and it came really fast!

I got a very beautyful black leather handbag and a grey jacket for my boyfriend from tbdress.the reason why i may buy from tbdress again and again is because of they have no hidden charges and their goods are averagely cheaper compared to other stores dealing in clothsline. Tbdress also has efficient delivery system.

Terrible experience with this company :(: ( :(: (such a waste of money! I order a winter jacket and it arrived after 2 months and chart size is bad did not fit me and i asked before to make sure and they say its good but in the end i end up without jacket for the winter! Waste of money. Now they want to convince me to change my review and they will give me back my money and they LIE! NEVER HAPPEN
