The product I received is beautiful and fantastic quality. The fit is perfect. Shipping took slightly longer than expected however for quality and beauty of product it is acceptable. Will definitely be buying more products.

So I brought a dress from this company before I read the reviews which was dumb of me. I got a dress that was cheaply made and looked nothing like the picture they use for advertisement. The dress cost $130.99 that I paid through PayPal which I thought would help in guaranteeing my money back all I needed to do was ship the dress back to the company. Went to ship it back and was told it would cost $200 to send it back. Called PayPal to see what could be done and a lady named Michelle told me I took the chance and it's my problem send the dress or no money back. The lesson I'm trying to teach through this story is... PayPal is $hit and so is this dress company

Throughout the whole process we were never pressured to commit to anything we weren't 100% sure we loved. They were even accommodating to our budget, redesigning to match what we wanted to pay. A wonderful place to look around and wonderful people to work with. I would highly recommend tbdress to anyone looking for a special custom made dress

Ordered a three piece dressy navy blue outfit. It arrived and the best thing about it was the plastic bag it was shipped in. M Poor quality all puckered seams- couldn't even wear it as pajamas. Website said 100% guaranteed- when asking for return address- they said I need to take it to a seamstress to fix it! Will not give me full refund. Shoddy quality- shoddy company!

This dress was exactly what I was looking for and was perfect for my beach wedding. I ordered custom measurements and it fitted perfectly and was made so well. I had so many comments on the day and I tell everyone how good tbdress is. A beautiful dress at a great price. Thank you for helping to make my day so special.

I ordered a medium size but it did not fit well, sleeves are too tight. My body measurement goes with small size, that are given in the website. But still I thought may be a larger size will be better. Therefore, I ordered the medium size. But it is very tight in sleeves and in waist area. So, I would like to request the company to update your size measurement chart.
The quality of the sweater is not bad. The material is fine, though a little bit thin. The neckline is pretty.
So, I would recommend to it other, but take a bigger size than you are.

This was my second time ordering from TbDress. Once again, I am a very happy customer. TbDress has a customer for live! Once again, the shipping/tracking made it very easy to keep track of my order. And when it arrived, my dress was absolutely stunning!

The dress produced was exactly what I had in mind. It was expedited to me so that it was on my hand before Valentine's Day. I would recommend tbdress In fact, I think I may start working on some party dress for my daughter soon.

I would never suggest this site to anyone! I ordered a dress from them, when I got it, it didn't fit and the quality of the dress is terrible. I followed what they said on how to return it. As we exchanged emails, they pretty much told me that the could give me $10 even after I told them that I was unhappy with the dress and wanted to return it. They charge a fortune for shipping and will not work with you to make a return. Their website says if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied you should contact them to get things resolved, however they will not help you. I have never gotten customer service like this. Bad product! Bad customer service!

I ordered 2 jackets and the quality was horrible, the materials is very cheap and finishing was below any standard. I am trying to upload pictures but it is not working. Please do not spend your money on this website!

Lovely dress. The dresses are lovely, high quality and will be lovely at my daughter's prom. The fit is what was ordered, the strapless dress has a bra like strap at the back inside to make the top fit and stay up. We are very pleased. Thanks!

I ordered the Black Short Sleeve Bodycon Dress for a Holiday party and It is beautiful. Delivery was also very quick considering it was free delivery. Omg, I got home from work this evening to find my dress had arrived in only 6 days from when I ordered it, awesome! I ordered a trumpet/mermaid scoop neck floor length lace evening dress in black for a ball I am going to. I couldn't be more impressed, you kept me constantly in touch with the whole process from order to delivery. I paid the extra to use my custom measurements (as measured by a professional tailor) and am so happy that I did. The quality, the lining, the boning and make is extremely high quality. You could not help but be impressed. The lace is beautiful. I had extra length added and that is the only tailoring it now needs to fit my heels. I really couldn't be happier! Tbdress's you have an excellent product and process and for someone who is not a standard size I can't say THANKYOU enough :) I will definitely be back for more dresses when I need them!

I ordered a dress through this company and paid additional to have it shipped to me within 3-5 days. When I realized two weeks later that it was not going to get here in time, I cancelled the order. Two days later I get an email saying they shipped it and I had to accept it. Worst part was, I had never orderd anything online except through Amazon. Less than a week later, my card was hacked and my account wiped put. Coincidence?
