I am the luckiest customer to this store. Just recently, I purchased a very beautiful dress. I must say the services I received especially at the customer service part was very pleasing. I understood every step of the transaction and felt very assured of the safety of my order and also the reliability of the store. I received my dress and would love to shop here again.

I went by the measurements that they had, dress is way to big by about 2 sizes. The coverage on top is less than shown. Was disappointed, I was looking forward to the dress and with the problems with the dress, I can't wear it. Won't order from them again

I love the back zipper style of these pumps, which i bought from tbdress online store. These pumps gave an exceptional look to me when I wore it for my graduation. I can easily put on and throw off these pumps using the zipper in the pumps. Love it.

I just absolutely love the maxi skirt i got from tbdress. It's beautiful, the color is gorgeous, the material is sleek and thinning and the length is just perfect. It fits me perfectly and when I wear heels it look amazing. You can't see through the material at all. It look like maybe you can but as soon as I put it on I asked my husband and he said not at all. So all in all I'm really loving my new maxi skirt. I super glad I got the opportunity to review it in exchange for my honest opinion.

I have been hearing about online spam but I am somebody that love to take risk and do not like to stress myself most especially when shopping. I discovered various clothing materials in Tbdress. I decided to take risk in buying it and considered that if I did not get it, then I did not get it more so it is not expensive and it is the type of material I cannot find anywhere else than Tbdress. I placed my order but to my greatest surprise, I received the order few weeks after I have placed the order and was just exactly as I saw it online. I love the site! Even though, I mailed Tbdress on the lateness in delivery but they said they are still working on that so that they can meet up with the consumer’s demand on time. In fact, I believe in Tbdress and can now commit my hard earnings on it for bigger purchase.

I ordered a dress from this website to wear to my best friend's wedding as her maid of honor. Not only the dress was delivered later than the stated date, the dress was 2-3 sizes bigger than my custom measurements I had entered when purchasing it. I requested a return address and a full refund. They said I cannot return the dress because it was custom made for my measurements. I argued that these were not my measurements. They requested pictures with my measurements and measurements of the dress and I sent it. The measurements were 5-6 inches bigger than my size. I explained that the item was faulty. The size was completely off, and I have no use for the dress, as it was not as described, and does not fit its purpose. They offered me $50 credit to make alterations. I spoke to my seamstress and she said that the dress is so big that adjustments were unattainable. Now I am stuck with the dress with no use for it.

This company sucks so bad. I ordered plus size clothing and the send me child size clothing i wasted my time and money and then they didn't even want to refund my money. They are horrible never will deal with this company again

I bought a wedding dress here and I am very happy with this site, everything is crystal clear and prices are very good. Also - the customer service is excellent.

I was referred by a friend about tbdress.com so i ordered 4 dresses, 1 of the dress is my ivory wedding dress and 2 others for the wedding reception for me and my mother. I was even planning on buying the bridesmaid dresses and forget it. 1st the wedding dress did not fit me at all too big and long and another dress was too small for me. I contacted for refund or exchange and i they told me i have to pay shipping around $100 plus they want to refund me only a 60% of what i paid. I was like what? I don't think so, never again. Very disappointed with this ordering and operations process. Not recommended.

I really like the quality of the cloths and how i can get them in two weeks sometimes less. I also love the fact that i get too many options to choose from. The only thing is that i wish i could get more discounts.

I was so excited to receive my dress but I was so worried that the colour might not be perfect, but it is absolutely perfect! I ordered a dress in 'watermelon' after reading some reviews that the dress was more of a coral colour than pink. It is definitely more coral which is what i wanted so anyone who picks that watermelon colour thinking it will be pink beware! The dress is prefect, fits perfectly except i measured my bust wrong and it needs taking in just a little (wishful thinking i reckon) and the quality is awesome. Will be recommending this site to anyone and everyone looking for a dress and I'm a customer for life

I was checking my email when TBdress ad came up. I couldn't believe the prices! I ordered 3 coats one red, one blue and one pink. I have wanted those color coats for 3 years now but just haven't been able to afford them! I will be ordering from TBdress from now on!

Ordered 6 dresses, chose them according to their sizing chart and not one dress was correct. More than 10cm difference in measurements. Their reply was sorry keep them and we will give you $10 off your next order. I will never buy from them and I don't recommend anyone to buy their items.

I emailed tbdress almost immediately after my order was delivered to return one of the items. They responded requesting the reason for return. I responded with the reason etc, and i did not hear back. I sent another email a week later, but did not hear back. Once again I sent another email and did not hear back. Finally they respond over a month later stating that it has been over 30 days and I can no longer return the item. I responded saying I have sent numerous emails prior to the 30 day mark with no response... and they said they emailed me (their one and only email asking for a reason for return) and did not get a response from me. I had to scan and email the copies of my multiple emails to them that were ignored to prove to them that they are liars. They purposely ignored my emails until after the 30 day mark and refuse to return the cheap dress I purchased from them. Will use it as a rag for cleaning I guess.

I had initial concerns... No swatches for the sequin fabric from which my dress is made (it is slightly lighter than I expected, but it is absolutely beautiful so I am not dissatisfied) and worry that the dress might not fit correctly... but overall, my experience with TB Dress has been amazing and I will be back for any dress needs I might have. My dress is gorgeous and fits perfectly; I couldn't have asked for better.

I order this outfit before my event that and I received a message stating that ran out of stock. So I never received my refund back. So I email them can get something else for the item that was out stock. I send extra $20.00 for the items that I ordered and still didn't received my items. This website to order clothing is bad. Please don't order from this website.

I recently just purchased this dress from Tbdress and I honestly have to say I am very impressed. The quality of the dress is incredible and I am very overly impressed. I would recommend this dress to anyone if you are looking for a beautiful, elegant gown/dress. I know it will be perfect for my occasion.

The website is a scam and I'm willing to bet most of the positive reviews come from the website's own staff. You'll notice the poor grammar is consistent and the "voice" of each good review is mostly the same.

All of the dresses on the website have 5 stars -- clearly a scam.
