I watched tracking proceed normally ending with "delivered" and "package in place." Where this item was delivered and in what place is a mystery. Customer service is unresponsive to inquiry. Lesson learned…
Although It took a little long to arrive it is a fact that the dress I ordered was made and shipped to me. It is designed to my size and so fits me. It is well designed. The color varies a little bit from what I ordered, as in, It is brighter. But it is still within my color range and I like it. Hope next time it would be shipped faster than it took.

Ordered a standard wedding dress and based the order on US sizes. Beware, there sizes run very small and the dress did not fit. Wanted to return it and order a bigger size but after lots of emails basically they will not exchange for another dress unless I pay for a new dress. They did offer a discount on the new dress but I am stuck with the old one and the full price. Return policy is HORRIBLE. Dress is nice but make SURE you have the exact size or your stuck. Communication if difficult as they do not have a great command of the English language.

This dress is good quality and true to size/colour. Only snag is having to wait so long for the goods to arrive, otherwise I had a good experience with TB Dress.

I ordered the dress to wear to work on my casual dress down. I order a medium size, however they sent me a large. I did call customer service to make them aware of the error. They were amazing! They immediately sent me a medium size shirts and I have received so many compliments. I was to return the bigger dress but one of my friends chose to buy it from me so I paid it on the site.

After a few back and forths with TB Dress, I have changed my opinion of the firm. The item I purchased was too small, rather then return the item, the company will be offering me a refund. I will be donating a jacked that is way too small for me to someone in need.
Seems like a win-win.

I have purchased tops and dresses from this website and have never had an issue with anything I have purchased. Sometimes it takes a little longer to get but it is coming from overseas so that is to be expected. I will continue to order from them and save a ton of money!

Bad service ordered January 27 and still waiting. Liars when it comes to delivering withint 28 days Its march 11 and still waiting. I will never order from them again and I am giving bad reviews. They don't give a $#*! about the customers, keep giving bad service and lying and you will end up with no customers. LIARS

It was an enjoyable, a creative process and a rewarding experience where they really understood what I wanted. I designed a mother of the bride dress that I ended up using to my daughters wedding. I ended up spending more than I had initially planned because of some accessories I saw it necessary to add but the whole designing process was both fun and enjoyable and I was kept in the loop the whole time. For what I was asking for and the changes I kept making the design and building process went fairly quickly.

Sent the wrong size dress and they will not communicate with me to resolve it.
It is very frustrating and stressful as for my wedding. I purchased 2 dresses in different sizes and they sent the same size. All I wanted was for it to be resolved but they choose not to get back to you...
Would NEVER reccomend them. DOnt use them

I am impressed with the nice and awesome black color dress, which makes me sexy. This dress is slim which is perfectly fit to my body and makes me comfortable. The light color dress is easy to wear and I prefer this dress for all the events.

I ordered a dress from TBDress and my order was to be delivered in 10 days and I received it in 2days! For the price-I must say these garmets are worth the money! Very nice quality and fit perfectly. However, I am a size 6 and I ordered a large it just to make sure that the garment fit me and it actually fit perfectly so I would suggest ordering one or two sizes up from your normal size. Great experience working with this company however!
