I watched tracking proceed normally ending with "delivered" and "package in place." Where this item was delivered and in what place is a mystery. Customer service is unresponsive to inquiry. Lesson learned…

I ordered a dress from TBDRESS.COM on April 8th and paid 2-5 days delivery. I know it is only day 3 now, however I decided to email to them just to check in. I did it already 5 times and no response. I am emailing them 2 day in a row just asking how it is going on, however, nobody replies. I emailed customer service, I emailed to their representative Aaron, and still no answer. If this rewiew is read, please let me know how is my order doing, it is not like I am asking something difficult, right? Or do you guys have only one way communication?

The delivery of the dress was a bit slow cause I had costume measurements and I got the dress about 1 month. Price was amazing and quality of dress was beautiful I will order again from this site thank you

I bought a coat for my daughter XL just to be safe and when we received it, it looked like it was for a pre teen very tiny person. I had a very small woman try on the coat just for comparison and it did not fit her either in the shoulders and back.
When I contacted TBDress they suggested that I give the coat to someone it would fit, that I would be a very nice gesture on my part. They also told me I could not return it.

I purchased a dress two weeks ago and the dress arrived ahead of time. I must say the party dress is a blast! When I fit the dress it looked good on me. I am going to put on this dress on my best friends wedding. I am the maid of honor.

The quality of the dress is very poor and it’s absolutely different than the picture. The Ruching (texture of the fabric), the sewing, the sleeve margin and the bottom margin is completely different. Also there is a zipper in the back of dress but for me it doesn’t have any zipper. Totally the quality is so poor and I like to ask for the refund. I am wondering how your customers give you high rate and comment positively. Don't buy from this fake site.

Ordered several shirts on January 27th 2020 and never received my order or a response from the company regarding my order until a month later with a fake tracking number, requested for a refund and they went silent.

I purchased a dress for my father-in-laws 80th birthday celebration in February. After placing my order I realized I ordered the wrong size and that I needed the armholes a little bigger. I immediately contacted TBdress.com and they made the changes. Whenever I had a question I always got a prompt response. I received my dress on February 1st, which was when I was expecting it. I will definitely be referring my family and friends to TBdress.com.

I was told to change my 1 star rating to 4 star and I would get a refund for the items which I paid for and was never shipped(2months ago). I took down my review and still no refund. I purchased 6 items and only received one item. And never received a refund for the items that were never shipped. This company is a scam. Stay away!

I was looking for a blouse for a costume party. Now that the party was in the summer season, I wanted something with a soft and light material. I explained this to the customer service and they gave me some products to choose from. I settled on one and ordered it. It didn’t take long to arrive. On trying, I was happy with how well it goes with the theme and it fits really great. It passed all the requirements.

I was pleased with the heels I bought because they look like in the pictures.
I have tiny feet (size 5) so if you have tiny feet and ankle like me, I recommend you buy those heels they look very pretty.

My review is about the customer service and claims personnel. I submitted a claim regarding a product with 2 months deliver delay. After I submitted my claim, the customer service react fast and refund my money within 5 days.

I placed an order on 3/12/2020 this company took my money from my acct on 3/16/2020 and I have yet to receive my order I have emailed them regarding this matter and too no response. Now that the month of April is approaching still no return email. I have contacted my bank so now it's a dispute I have to file. I don't recommend this website or company to no one. But they still sending me emails to purchase from them. Bad business

I ordered a garment and paid 179.00 for it. The online photo was beautiful. Shipping was supposed to take 12 days. After no seller response I opened a PayPal dispute. The seller then responded. It took 5 weeks from time of purchase to receive. The garment was of the worst quality, I even took it to a professional seamstress and was told it was not alterable due to it's poor workmanship. Another dispute was opened with PayPal. Once PayPal looked into TBdress account the case was closed in my favor for a full refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

It is easyis not easy to believe one opinion of something that one is saying for just some technical reasons but it only after trying out that’s when you will believe him or her. I know when I talked about good experience that I got by shopping with tbdress some will believe while others will not but for me I really like shopping at this site as I always get the best. I always get what I want from this site. I like their quality dress, shipping method and also refund policy. I got my package today and I'm so disappointed with the quality. So cheap quality, I ordered 5 and I only got 4. I called them and they said the other one is on the way. Don't ever buy on this site. Cheap quality I ever had.

I will NEVER deal with this company again. I ordered my dress and received the wrong color dress. I filed a dispute with the company and they said that they would give me a $25.00 refund and to keep the dress. I paid over $100 for the dress! What is $25.00 and a dress that I cant wear supposed to do.

ITEM NEVER DELIVERED - SENT FAKE CONFIRMATION INFO
You never receive an order confirmation after placing the order but the money is charged to your Credit card. They will initially send you a response to your email with FAKE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION NUMBER FROM CHINA to US. This number cannot be tracked. When you ask them to confirm the number and address shipped to, they do not respond. Should be Negative stars...
RETAIL CLOTHING *******@outlook.com is the email address used to respond to questions. Email shown on website is *******@outlook.com which is also used for a different website SHOESPIE.com (can only assume this is a SCAM as well)
