I had a tremendously fine experience when I purchased a shirt from Tb Dress. Com. Although it took some time to arrive but the feed back was exceptional. Amanda was wonderful and kept my hopes high.

THERE IS NO "CUSTOMER SERVICE" PERIOD. YOU WILL NOT GET A LIVE PERSON TO TALK TOO!
DRESS DID NOT FIT PROPERLY AND WHEN I CONTACTED THEM (via email) FOR THEIR REFUND POLICY, I WAS INFORMED THAT I WOULD ONLY GET BACK 40%! NOW I HAVE TO GO THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO HANDLE THIS MISHAP!

I got 4 dresses for my bridemaids and they really love them. The dresses appeared in amazing good material and good crafting technique. They are thick with layers and look so elegant in picture and the wedding day that they put them on. I recomment this dress for any occation from wedding to graduation party because they look so nice and amazing.

Ordered my dress 1 July 2015 for a function the 30th of July 2015. Dress was delivered at my doorstep yesterday 15 July. Gorgeous, the pictures doesnt do it any justice.

This place never ever again I paid for an outfit in March and its April going into May no outfit and they email me back saying go to you post off and the penmanship and grammar was $#*!ed up so I knew then it was some bull$#*! I am contacting my lawyer and doing a police report

Lace looks elegant and amazingly feminine and I buy my lace dresses only from TB Dress as they offer fabric that I’m comfortable in and that is strong enough to not keep tearing off a little at every accidental poke!

Please save yourself the trouble. This company does not have a real customer service phone number that you can call in regards to any questions about your order nor will you receive emails from a real representative. Due to the lack of a company contact number you are forced to deal with a copy and pasted (grammatically incorrect) robot response from a "specialist" that takes a minimum 24 hours to update you on your order status. Oh, and don't bother paying extra for quick shipping because it'll take an entire month for the item to be shipped from its country anyway. I paid for 2 to 5 day shipping on an inexpensive winter coat and here I am literally a month later still awaiting it's arrival. Within the past few days I have been receiving text message delivery notifications but that is it. I have asked for a refund but no response on that issue either. I pray that I didn't throw away $60 and the quality is decent because I am in dire need of a weather coat and the temperatures have dropped.
