The experience of shopping on tbdress.com is just amazing. So, when it is come to buy anything, I can’t leave this site aside. Each and every tbdress is too much trendy and eye catchy.

I waited quite some time for my shipment from tb dress and began checking review sources online and saw many people giving very bad reviews of tb dress, saying they are a scam and clothes are crappy.
This is not the case. I purchased three dresses, three sweaters, and a coat from them and they were all exactly as pictured, very soft, and a great deal for the money.
Many ladies seem unhappy with the dresses saying they are "see-through" but if you wear a slip underneath they look very classy, even conservative (I bought long sleeve maxi chiffon dresses)
The sweaters are soft and warm, and those purchased with lace and designs, again, exactly as pictured.
I did get a weird call from Jamaica from them about something two weeks after buying-- I don't know what they were saying-- may have been an explanation of the long wait times... so I can't speak much to customer service as I'm terrible with accents...

I would also like to add to be wary of certain styles if you have bigger breasts as they may not fit as well-- but if you have bigger boobs you can probably avoid those if you keep it in mind while buying.

The products I received I am very happy with, and don't believe I could have gotten at a better price (3 dress, 3 tops, and a coat for $80 including shipping.) Worth the wait (1 month.)

I'd like to add, I'm not a fake reviewer and I think some of these negative reviews sound like teenagers who think buying a dress over the internet for $10 is the same as getting a hand tailored gown.

I purchased a wedding dress from there. I, like so many others, expect that these items wont be exact as pictures, especially for those prices. What kills me is the sellers denial of this lol. As if they truly believe they can convince you that theyre selling the designers dress from photos. I model for the real people in some of those photos, I know better. Anyway, they pick and choose the reviews so you will never see the truth. It is a nice dress for the price. I didnt want to pay $3k on top of the $10k spent already. You get what you pay for. I will never do business with your company again. Every time I tried to reach out to inquire about the status of this order I got no response. I received one of the two items I ordered from your site and the product I received was cheaply made and poorly crafted. It looked nothing like what you have advertised on your website.

I will definitely be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but I'm sure mines won't be the first. The first package was stuffed in my mailbox, and now you're sending me an email at 6PM after USPS has already closed for the day to tell me that my package has been lost in translation. Clearly, there was an error or discrepancy on your part. Or you never had any intention of sending me the merchandise I purchased with my hard earned money to begin with.

I don't see your company going the distance with the way you all choose to do business or rather the lack thereof; coupled with the complete lapse in communication and professionalism. Hopefully the money you stole from me takes you far because I can guarantee you will never receive another dime of mine.

The site worked with me fro the first hello mail to the last mail I informed them about the product being delivered and that I was satisfied. Not to sound cheesy but if you don't notice a huge difference in the first 10 minutes of interaction with the store's employees here to ANY other online store; you're simply not paying attention. FRAUD Company! Don't order from here! They try to imitate dresses but they come short on the resemblance. If a company that has been doing business for quite a while and has a refund policy like this company, "YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK!" No matter what you do. I found the hoodie to be true to size. Fit perfectly. I'm normally a 2x, so I got the 2x size. I wondered if it wouldn't fit right, since some clothing items are sized small. But this one was what it was supposed to be. It's warm. I got the pink one because I don't like to wear black; I wish the hoodie came in more colors. And I like the quip on the front.

First off, I have NEVER ordered internationally on clothing. I was VERY skeptical. I figured at 25.00 plus small shipping, if it didn't ship or work out, then I learned a 30.00 lesson. I ordered the princess neckline dress and WOW WOW WOW! It DID take about 3 weeks to get, so if you are in a rush, this probably isn't for you, HOWEVER, the dress is beautiful, it fits PERFECTLY and I am thrilled! I am definitely coming back for more from TBDRESS.

The customer service will tell you "it's not that bad" meanwhile I had threads popping out and pearl details falling off. Further. They REFUSE to refund you and instead offer you a minuscule fraction of what you paid for a return (when you really just keep the item - but honestly they're not even wearable). I went to tbdress to get something warm for a child of a friend. Korean Long Sleeves sweater particularly impressed me. I would choose the apricot sweater because the color is so pleasant. The cotton material is pleasant to wear and will keep the kid warm.
This shop is particularly suitable for women who want something special. It has a large range of wedding dresses and accessories. I will recommend it to another friend of mine who is getting married next month.
Perhaps I will also stop over at Clothing Section for Women to see if I can pick something up for my niece too. I was thinking perhaps a nice top and a matching pant. There are blouses, shirts and knitwear in exciting colors and designs. I am still undecided. Knitwear looks pretty or perhaps a lace T-shirt will do nicely. For the pant, I think the Korean style pant with Leisure bow Knot will be great. I must check if there are enough color matches. It has a price of $16.29, which fits my budget exactly. The top sets me back $19.63 so that with shipping and taxes the entire thing comes within $40.00. Lovely!

INCREDIBLY disapointed with this company. They advertise a 5-8 day turnaround on ordered material, andI ordered a jacket on 01-21-2014 03:07:00. It is now a month later, and I still have not received the jacket. I looked on the "My Account" portion of the website, where they gave me a tracking number, but did not name the company through which they are sending it. I've checked DHL and UPS, as stated on the website, and the tracking number is not valid for either one. I've tried messaging twice, and have been ignored both times. SUPER disappointed with this company, and will most likely NEVER shop with them again.

I am very happy with my Hoddie. Just please order one size more that your normal size, it fits little, due to Asia ladys are smaller. I am Medium and I ordered L, even Large is little beat to tight. I recommed to order LX it wil fits more loose.

F rating! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! It takes forever to get the item, No paperwork arrives with the garment so you have to search for how to return. Turns out you have to open a dispute and request a return. I requested a return on day 7 and they refused it because they say 7 days had passed, contrary to their return policy. After about 5 attempts to argue my case to an illiterate person I gave up. Very poor customer service!

Im not sure what is going on with my item purchase, it has said preparing for about a week. What does that mean? My item was estimated to be here 09Dec-11Dec it is the 9th today and my order is still on preparing, should i worry? It also notes that there is a sub-order what does that mean?

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of my trainers when they eventually arrived. This made the wait worthwhile. It has restored my faith in tbdress.com and I will definitely be coming back.
