This place is a total scam. They sent the wrong size, then tried to scam more money out of me to fix THEIR mistake. Operates under multiple names / email addresses to confuse the customer and Paypal. Offers refunds of $1.00 to make the problem go away. Sends emails from different "customer service" people with different email addresses to further complicate a simple problem. STAY AWAY. PAYPAL IS CURRENTLY INVESTIGATING THEM. Not worth the hassle.

I seriously just got the dress I ordered for my wedding lucky my wedding isn't until 2015 because the dress is nothing like the picture of the dress I ordered honestly I don't even have the money to buy another dress with all the medical issue that have been going on well tbdress definitely got me I'm a sucker for ever buying from them

Only thing I did not like it's the fact that it took a month before I received it. I order it on the 3rd of August and i received it on the 4th of September, and i wanted to wear it for my sister wedding which was August 11th.

I ordered all my gowns from Tbdress.com. Tina was the one who assisted. I want to thank her for being patient and for her unending support with my orders. I ordered my wedding gowns, bridemaids gowns, flowergirls gowns and my pre nuptial gowns! Indeed all the gowns were in really good quality! I looked amazing with all the gowns i ordered. I gave them all the measurements and have delivered the same. Except for my wedding because i suddenly lost weight but we were able to manage it because it was corset in style. I couldn't wait to get the dress for my friend's bridal, I was so excited to wear it, waited anxiously for 3 weeks for the dress to come. I open the package excitedly the dress is beautiful but no way it's a 2X. So I move on to the jacket I ordered it supposed to be of 4X it was a size of an extra large Maybe. They both items to my sister didn't want to go to the house so sending it back, now I have nothing to wear to the shower.

TERRIBLE! If I could give negative stars I would. Dress took far too long to arrive with no updates on the shipping. When it arrived it is poorly made and the sizing is way off. I ordered a few sizes larger than I usually wear in a dress to allow to alter down. I cannot even zip it and the arm holes are incredible tight. The length is way off. The train is far longer than the photos show. The "belt" is a bunch of sequins sewn to the dress. Not a belt at all. I ended up having to go out and find a replacement dress and bought my normal size that fits perfect but now TB Dress wants me to send photos of the measurements and whatnot and basically jump through hoops for their poor workmanship. Two weeks before my wedding and honeymoon I have to provide them photos of what they did wrong to attempt to get some sort of a return while then finding time to take it to the post office if I get the return information from them before I leave so they can't say the time frame has expired. Terrible company. Terrible workmanship. Horrible service. Very frustrating. Will not order from them again and will post on social media to warn everyone to not order either

I ordered for the first time and I am extremelly happy with the clothes I recieved. They look exactly like the pictures, the fabric are better than I expected for the price and the sizes are right! I give 4 stars though because I wasn't so happy for the shipping time.

I ordered a dress with a slit on the side. There was no slit. I sent six pictures and they are still saying they do not see the problem. Also the dress is a foot longer than the measurements indicated. They will give you the hardest time returning a product--still no success. Every single positive comment is a fake, just like their website reviews because there is no option to leave a comment! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!

I live in the Netherlands, so my english isn't very good;-) Well... i did order a coat at TBDress and payed. But "the site" said i did not pay. That it wasn't succesfull. But my bankaccount tells me i did pay! I'm now very scared that i am framed. I've send a email to TBDress, but i have no respons yet. I hope it's not a fake site. I don't think so, but what have gone wrong then? I am scared that i don't get that nice coat and i've lost my money:-( They can react very quickly on this site, but not on my email... I will try to get my money back from the bank.
