I watched tracking proceed normally ending with "delivered" and "package in place." Where this item was delivered and in what place is a mystery. Customer service is unresponsive to inquiry. Lesson learned…

Never got my product. I was informed of a delay of 7-9 days that i was happy to deal with considering Covid. After one month the item was not shipped. After another enquiry, i was told item is not available and do i want to get something else. GET *****.
