I watched tracking proceed normally ending with "delivered" and "package in place." Where this item was delivered and in what place is a mystery. Customer service is unresponsive to inquiry. Lesson learned…
I loved the boots so much I ordered them in all the colors.the delivery was fast I got the boots a week after I ordered them.
