We got a dress which is a quiet different from the picture we saw on their website. We was looking for soft material, but the dress we got made looks like from plastic.

So, we decide to return it. With first email they offer $15 refund to keep this dress. I refused. Than they offer to refund 40% (the dress we bought cost $85) after returning their dress.

I never seen such a return service.

At least on their return policy there are nothing mentioned about such a way of refunds. Horrible service!

As you well know that shopping at the mall can be a bit over rated. If your a person who takes there time the malls is not for you instantly once you step into a store the words may unhelpful you is spoken and if you don't respond immediately after that you are followed around as if your about to steal a item and even when they do have it most of the time they don't have it in your size or the cost is outrageous amount so I'm very comfortable sitting at home watching TV or a movie and wham order a item and wait for it to come.

Their dress is very much like the picture. Make sure you note that this is a very good dress. I ordered it for a friend who is about 5'5" and it fell pretty high on her thighs. The sequins at the top seem a bit scratchy but no more than you might expect. The delivery was well before expected which is always a bonus especially for overseas shipping. This is not the highest quality dress but it is good for the price.

I ordered a dress that came and was not the quality or color advertised. I wrote them and they said they would not take it back because color is subjective based on your computer! I disagreed and have written no less them 10 emails trying to get their return address. They refuse to give it to me and you cannot find it anywhere on the Internet. If anyone has it could you please give it to me. I am returning this dress!

Customer Service will not provide information on how to return items, they will insist on giving you $10 off or a discount on another purchase. Very dishonest business practices. They refused to cancel my order after 30 days of not shipping the order then shipped it partially a week later and no refund for item not shipped. If you like the product then no problem but should you have to return they will hold you hostage and not allow it. Be Aware!

I ordered a pair of pant never received them the tracking number stop at your order was shipped. The phone they have is not in working order. Sent them a email and no one responded to my email. I will never buy anything else from this company. Please save yourself the trouble of not getting your things. Because you will not get a refund

If this company doesn't give me a full refund for my order, I'll be most unhappy. I wear an extra large in regular clothes. Just to be on the safe side, I ordered XXL. They are all probably a medium at best. I wanted them for vacation but that won't happen. If they don't have a simple return policy, I'll be posting again and it won't be pretty. If they refund my close to $100, I'll order from them again and order a much bigger size. We'll see. So would I order from them again? We'll see what their return policy is like and then I'll be able to answer that.

I bought this dress because I had a similar dress but what I received was far from the pictures shows. This dress is a printed version of the original and not worth the amount spent including having to pay duties which the site does not warn you about

I ordered this dress for a very special occasion, so paid expedited shipping. I kept emailing and getting the run around and excuses. I received the dress 1 day before my event. IT WAS A HOT MESS. It fit poorly, had cheap plastic straps to hold up a "strapless" dress. It had no sewn in bra or stiffness to hold up the bust. I was devastated and had to go out in a rush and buy another dress.

I beg of you for your own good never ever order anything from tbdress. They took three months to make an African shirt I ordered. The material and the shirt looks nothing like the pictures they have on their website. How can Chinese make African shirts. They don't have any idea how it is made. They try to fake it and it is so bad that I cannot use what I ordered. For your own sanity, please don't order from them. Safe the stress, the time wasted and your money.

I knew something is up when things are so cheap. I ordered 5 different items (top, dress, jacket) but none of them fit properly. Firstly they were made in China and got sent separately do we have to wait for the delivery to arrive. And then once I tried it, the waist would fit but the arms would be hanging. Or it is way too small for me (I'm a size 0 in Canada) so too small for me means like a child size. Maybe if it's 1 out of 5 then it's a bad luck but 5 out of 5 fail? It's a complete scam! I ordered five dresses from TB Dress after carefully measuring and consulting their own sizing chart.
All were tiny, it was obvious the sizing stickers were stuck on to the plastic bag to match my order while the garments had no sizes at all on their sewn in tags.
Not one came close to the size in their chart or close to fitting.
If something appears too good (or cheap) to be true it is.
