I watched tracking proceed normally ending with "delivered" and "package in place." Where this item was delivered and in what place is a mystery. Customer service is unresponsive to inquiry. Lesson learned…
Dress up magic! The quality of tailoring is simply stunning. Only here was marred in several places, but I'm faded, and her hands all over, even a trace remains. She took the color of champagne, she was afraid that the color will be as dirty, but in vain, the color is very soft, like a little on the peachy! Thank you very much, Very beautiful!

It took over 3 month and over two dozen emails to get three coats I ordered. I ordered 2XL coats, that ended up being just barely big enough to fit my 15 yr old niece. The company was was rude and absurd, saying they are the #1 distributor in Europe and have never encountered any issues. Packages came from China, in three separate packages, over a span of a few months. Go-Daddy is aiding to conceal the companies registration information. Please report this company and Go-Daddy, to your local law enforcement and email the consumers protection bureau.

I am 69 years old and have been taking chemo treatments for cancer for a year which caused me to loose all my hair. This dress is so beautiful it makes me feel confident and happy while forgetting my bald head. It is very comfortable too. Wish you would make your dresses longer, especially since it is a cold winter in Alaska.

Phew! I was so so nervous about buying a dress at tbdress due to the mix reviews I found. But thank God I can say I made a good choice. I bought an A-line Jewel neckline dress and it is exactly what I wanted. Very nice fabric, non cheap looking. Its great! The only bad thing I can think of was the customer service mail service. I tried contacting them twice since they didnt provide a shipping estimate and never got a reply but luckily I got my dress, fairly quick (two weeks). Would definitely shop again.

After reading the reviews im second guessing whether i should have made my purchase. I ordered 2 pair of shoes on the 27th n still have not received a email to say that they have shipped. Im a regular online shopper n they should have at least shipped by now. I sent email but no response from Tbdress. If i dont hear from them by 10/5/15 then i will file complaint with paypal n request refund. I can only hope the outcome will be better is so i will write a revised review. I read one review where it took over 30 days to get their item

Dress took almost 6 weeks to arrive. Once it did, it was very poor quality. Their customer service is even worse. They failed to provide any information as to where to return the dress. They also didn't answer any of my emails. I've had to go through my cc company to stop payment

Contacted the company before ordering was told it would be here in a timely matter when i ordered its processing for 5 days then it would take an additional 2 weeks for it to deliver asked for a refund couldnt get it luckily i paid with PayPal and filed a claim with them

I was excited when I found this site as their dresses appeared to be quite nice with a great price. Unfortunately after placing and paying for an order with expedited 2 - 5 day shipping for an additional $29.00, my order was marked "expedited shipping not available." Why that information wasn't provided prior to placing the order and paying the additional shipping costs is beyond me. Additionally, I've contacted customer service numerous times via email and have had no replies at all. I've tried to reach them by phone and the phone is never answered. I would say my experience is VERY disappointing and I will have the charge removed from my card as soon as possible.

Delivery time was good. We opted for some of the extras for the costume and we are happy. By no means the cheapest, but the quality of the costume is that much better than the downright bargain basement prices you can pay elsewhere. That's not to say you can't get better quality if you're willing to pay more, but this was a happy medium. We'll be using them again.

I wish I could give zero stars as that's what they deserve. My sister made the mistake of buying her wedding dress from Tidebuy and it was a disaster. A cheap badly made rip off with poor sewing and cheap fabric and plastic beads. Thankfully she still had three months to find a replacement so it ended up costing her hundreds of $$$ more than she had wanted to spend. Before buying my dress I did a lot of research and found out that Tidebuy.com, Tidebuybridal.com, TBDress.com and other sites are all the same so please check before you buy.

PRAY NOTHING GOES WRONG! If it does they could care less! Customer satisfaction is not their top priority. I ordered a dress from this site. My shipping date came and went without notice. Suddenly the dress arrives with loose beading and I am ticked off! I request a refund for the dress and they say "sorry, can you fix it yourself." Who does that?! I have been requesting a refund for two weeks now, and now they appear to be ignoring me because I am asking to speak with someone higher. They have tarnished my wedding experience with their lack of customer concern and unprofessionalism. They have also been boosting their own ratings on some sites. Beware!

I purchased a dress from TBdress and every time I wear it, I get lots of compliments. I have passed the website around to my friends and they are all happy as well.
The important thing is to size yourself based on the provided size charts. In some dresses I am a L and others an XL, but they have all fit based on ordering by the measurement chart.

Buying on this site can be risky especially when the item is not as described. Return shipping is just too expensive and their store credit is only a few dollars (around 20% of the item). The customer service is great however.

They were very interested in designing our wedding rings which truly represented our style and symbolized our love. We had originally wanted something very simple but while working with the artists at site, we went with a design that was more unique but still elegant and understated. I forgot to update my review after receiving my dress I ordered, but the dress came in 12 days after placing the order. Right on time for the party I was attending. The dress is just as pictured, a bit too long, but I am short so I can understand. I got so many compliments on this dress. Looking forward to the next evening gown that I order. I know some people have had bad experiences but tbdress has been great in my case.

Unless you want to wait a whole month or more for your order, I recommend paying for expedited shipping if it's something you need right away.

I ordered my daughter's prom dress and paid extra to have it expedited in time for her prom. I e-mailed them several times after 2 weeks of waiting to see if it would be shipped on time with no success. Her prom is 4/5/14 they sent me an email 4/3/14 saying they had just shipped it out and it would arrive on 4/4/14 but as I was tracking it there was a delay because of weather and wouldn't be shipped until 4/7/14 which was after my daughter's prom! I tried to dispute my order but the item isn't disputable. We were forced to shop for another dress hours before her first prom and she's very upset she's not wearing the dress she wanted. I'm going to file a complaint and will never order anything online ever again.
