I watched tracking proceed normally ending with "delivered" and "package in place." Where this item was delivered and in what place is a mystery. Customer service is unresponsive to inquiry. Lesson learned…
I love TBdress, for me is the best online store of ever. Products are just like in the pictures, great quality, took about 2 weeks to arrive to Portugal, as I expected.
The costumer service are very good always helping me whenever i needed.
I would definitely recommend this shopping to everybody.

Beautiful dress, needs a little alteration because i took standard size. Normally my size is 38 and I took size 10. Dress was big from waist but otherwise it fits perfectly. My colour choice was regency. It took only few days to get the dress. I will use tbdress again. :)

I have only bought once from tbdress and therefore i cant say much but i know it is not a bad store as others may try to protray it in this forum.The high heeled shoes that i bought from tbdress three years ago are still in good shape anyway.

I simply love the last two sweaters that I ordered from TBDress. They came in super fast and they are just like the pictures and I can't wait to order more. I also got this fancy blouse and it is beautiful! My daughter is always borrowing my awesome stuff from TBDress.

Received the dress I ordered but the zipper was broken and have been working with customer service and finally they just stopped responding all together. I ordered shoes with my dress over two months ago which I still have not received. They will take your money! Do not buy from here!

Overall it is a clean, smooth process. After a few clicks you can easily pay and the order is being processed in 7-10 days. At the end you will receive a tracking number for the shipment.
I've places 3 orders so far and so the process is actually very user friendly!

Dress was very low quality, and looked absolutely nothing like the image that was displayed. I the dress has 1 layer of silk that was basically see-through then a cheap mesh material over that. When I called customer service to get a refund they told me I could keep the dress and they would give me 8 dollars back! (I payed $65) when I stated that I would like a full refund they said I could send it back and they would give me the proper amount but i would have to pay for return shipping. Overall I wouldn't trust this site. I was very disappointed.

I ordered a wedding dress on this website, and it looked exactly the way it was on the website... Amazingly stitched and perfectly finished good. Amazing fit. I ordered this white sweetheart beaded floor gown! It was a beautiful dress as I was hoping for,! My daughter was very happy with the dress. We were able to trace the shipping of the dress from China to actual date of delivery. It was just one day delay but the dress was really beautiful! I purchased a wedding dress and ordered the size based on my measurements. When I received it the "dress" under the lace was so short in the back my butt hung out. I immediately contacted the company and they refused to let me return it. They stated that it was a size issue and my fault and told me I could have a coupon to reorder

I ordered two pair of shoes and they were exactly like the picture, they not cheap looking either. Ordered some shirts too, they also looked exactly like the pic, it's just some shirts were smaller then it looked in the picture, so if the shirts are fitted with no stretch and you have big breast order a size or two bigger, once you start ordering overseas more frequently you will get more in touch with what fits and what won't

I ordered a wedding dress after my friend told me about her amazing experience. I even paid the extra money to have it custom fit. It came in at least 2 inches too big everywhere, and it is impossible to get it tailored to fit me. The ruching and ruffling is completely off and the beading is nothing like pictured. I have been trying to return it and get my money, but they refuse to do it because "it was such a low price anyways, just accept it, okay?" I have now had to get paypal involved in helping me get my money back. Do not do business with this website, their customer service is horrible!

I wore this dress to a university ball. I had so many wonderful comments about how stunning the dress was. I can't wait to wear it again! I was worried that the colour would wash me out or that the quality wouldn't be compared with that found in a physical shop, but I was corrected. Such an incredible dress at an even better price. Will buy again from TBdress.

It was really easy to shop and find items for what I am looking for and the fact that they have different colours that these come in as well. The only other suggestion that i would make is being able to see that colours that they come in rather than just having them listed and guessing what they are going to look like :)

If it is too good to be true then it is. Purchased dress for 208.59 for wedding. NEVER received dress and asked for refund. Have not received to this day!

I would not recommend TB dress, its a total disaster. I bought my debs dress and when it arrived the zip was fitted incorrectly & there were pins left in the material, when I contacted them they said it had passed there quality check and there was nothing they could or would do,

The item I ordered was inadvertently 'out of stock'. However, their Customer Service Department was prompt and efficient in informing me of this and offering a workable alternative. I chose another item and the process was completed in a timely manner. Delivery was quick and item arrived in good condition and as described.
Planning to make another order... maybe 2 more dresses and one top.

The dress that I bought from this company was nothing like I got. When I got the dress and asked the company for a refund they ask for pictures. So I sent them pictures. They sent a response back telling me that the dress was not the same and wanted to give me a $5.00 credit. And then told me I would have to pay for shipping. How is any of this my fault when the dress is nothing like I order.

Everything was handled quickly and professionally, and the dress was done a few days ahead of schedule.

I was waiting for my dress to be delivered to me. I was so impatient at the day of my purchase which is pretty obvious for any online shopper. When I finally received it, I realized that it didn't even take long, unlike in other sites. I was so impressed especially with the fact that the dress was of high quality and exactly my size.

I bought a wedding dress from this site and never received it. It wasn't that it was lost in the mail, the site never sent it out. After a long drawn out process, I had to buy a new dress last minute and still have never received the dress. Would NEVER recommend this site. Pretty sure it's sent from over seas and they do not communicate well via the site. Save your money.
