I watched tracking proceed normally ending with "delivered" and "package in place." Where this item was delivered and in what place is a mystery. Customer service is unresponsive to inquiry. Lesson learned…
I navigated through tbdress, in search of latest designs, after I was introduced to the site by a friend. The site offered a great discount on their stuff. It was hard to believe them but the fact that my friend had her order delivered, I ordered.It was simply conveyed to me and I loved it.

I had not heard of TBdress before today, when I saw it on Facebook. I clicked on the picture of a dress I liked and was amazed at the low, low price. That dress is my first purchase from this site. The process was very easy. Based on the reviews posted about the dress, I am super excited to receive it.

G'day. Greetings from United States... A dear friend from states has recommended me to come to this website for my bridesmaids dresses. There aren't good stores I can find from here and this website has really given me a great deal. A minimal charge for rush processing, customisation on the length and International fast shipping. I look forward to receiving the dresses and I am confident they will be as better-looking than they are in pictures. I wish I could have ordered my wedding dress from them also. But I will be happy to use their service again in future events.

The dress bought from TBdress fit perfectly. The over all workmanship of the dress was excellent. Whoever the dressmaker was, she /he did a very good job sewing the dress, very clean seams. I needed a few jackets / blazers for work and i ordered 3 of them from TBDress. I am 5'8" and i am a size 4 so i ordered size M which fits me well on the body but even though the product description mentions "long sleeves" sleeves are short and have a length that does not benefit me at all. So this with the bad cut and color that is nothing like the ones on site made me decide to return the products and get my money back which seems it's going to be a problem since according to TBDress i have to pay for shipping because it's my problem if i like or dislike their products. So i wasted over $60 for nothing.

I brought a hoody for gf and she just loved. The website has great collection and ordering process is very simple. The only thing is shipping time and charges, if that could reduce, this is one of the websites to shop at!

I purchased the knee high fur boots and they came very quickly. Everyone I wear them I get maid compliments. They are do snuggly inside that I never want to take them off! Thank you TBDress for great prices and fast delivery!

Most of these reviews are written by people in the TB dress company.Be careful when reading the reviews, don't read too much into it, Trust the neutral and under ones. These companies are very sneaky and the monitor these sites everyday all day

I'm getting married in two months and bought a wedding dress from these people. The last update from them when trying to track my dress said shipped out October 6th. I never got an email or a date of when my dress will arrive. So I finally got my dress on Monday and I wrote them an email saying how I wanted to exchanged or return it for another dress that I saw from them for the same price. The told me lies saying that my dress has been delivered over 10 days and cannot be returned. When Is a complete lie because I just got this package on Monday October 21st. Now I'm stuck with a dress that I dont want for my wedding and the only thing they told me was that they cant do anything about it and that if I want another dress I have to buy a brand new dress with a little stupid discount they wanted to offer. Thanks TBress for ruining my wedding day. You guy ruin my special day! Be aware of this website. They are a scam!

Recently I have purchased several items from TBDress.com and I could not be happier. The quality of the clothing is great and the prices are fantastic. I just ordered another coat that I had already purchased (black coat w/ ruffled lapel). My niece liked mine so much that I am going to surprise her for her birthday with her own. I'm very happy with the service:
The item I ordered was several bucks cheaper@ tbdress.com than anywhere else I found, I was emailed to confirm my order had been dispatched, it arrived on time, and was very well packaged to ensure there was no risk of breakage. Oh, and there was a couple of tasty chocolates included in the box that I wasn't expecting!

The quality of the products are very poor. I ordered a bag and several dresses and they are all with very poor quality. The material of the clothes are so thin that it can see through. I tried to review the items on TBdress site and it won't show my review. I think they purposely block the bad reviews, so only the good ones are showing. To me this is not an honest practice. I will never order from TBdress again.

I was so happy with my dress. It was quite unique and very different from what I was seeing in the stores in my area. I was concerned with the shipment coming from overseas. It actually arrived 2 weeks earlier than was originally estimated! It was gorgeous! I ordered one size up from what would normally wear and it fit great. Now that I have received my first shipment, I am ready to place my second order right away!

Right now I am giving them a 3 because I do not have the item yet. I contacted customer service because we ordered on 6/22 and it is now 7/7. I was told that it was shipped from China and would tak 7-15 days. After checking that tracking I have traced the package to NY. After reading all of the reviews I was going to cancel my order but my daugher really wants the swimsuit. I should have checked the return policy and the reviews before I ordered. I have a bad feeling she just wasted her money and this will be a life lesson. They do not take swimwear returns. I will update when and if we receive the package.

TBdress has scarred my international shipping experience for life. I think I am the one to be blamed here. I read mixed reviews about TBdress on site jabber. But I went ahead anyway thinking about the good reviews. I wish I had not. I wish I had taken a lesson for the bad(and real) reviews.
I paid extra 35 dollars for faster shipping. Haven't received my order yet and it is close to a month since I ordered. TBdress should realize the value of their customer's time and money.

I ordered and paid for 5 dresses for my daughter please extra for expedited shipping.
Imagine my surprise a week later when I check my order to find one of the dresses was suddenly out of stock, then 3 days later, another one of the dresses is also out of stock. I went on the chat line and when i questioned them suddenly they are "on the busy" line, then another person comes on and tells me that they have a national holiday and to be patient, national holiday will end in 5 days.
I guess we should have looked for reviews before we placed the order, and to date no mention of when the remaining 3 dresses will be shipped.

I should have read the negative reviews more carefully! I purchased 2 dresses for a holiday party. I didn't like the style and I didn't have time for altering since it took so long to receive them. When I contacted them to return they said they only return for quality issues and not because I didn't like the style. I copied their website policy that states that returns and exchanges are accepted if you aren't 100% satisfied. They still said they only return for quality issues. First they offered me $15 to keep the dress. A dress I do not want and cannot wear that I paid $119.99 for! Then they offered me $41 for the return and I would have to pay return shipping reducing the amount I would actually get back to around $20. This is a complete scam. Their last offer was for $31 to keep the dress. Amazon offers free shipping and returns with no questions asked. Do not buy from this vendor!

I bought this dress for my prom and really it is amazing, the model of the dress was just like the picture ( I choosed the colour Dark Navy). I very like this dress, now it's my favourite dress.:)
First i was really scared to order online because it went bad before a couple times for me on other online shopping sites but here they helped me a lot. I ordered my prom dress a little too late. So i was scared that i won't get him on time but everything went very well.
Tip for consumers:
Don't order it too late or last minute because you will have a lot of stress that it won't arrive on time. ;)
