I watched tracking proceed normally ending with "delivered" and "package in place." Where this item was delivered and in what place is a mystery. Customer service is unresponsive to inquiry. Lesson learned…
My experience is great, I love what I ordered, it looked better than the picture on the website. And I will be ordering more items from my favorite list. And I love that when u order it don't take long to receive ur order.

I ordered 5 dresses for $100! 4/5 fit perfect! The one that didn't fit was too tight through the bust, but I'm a DD so I expect that. The other 4 fit perfect. True to size. Good quality. I ordered more stuff last night!

Very nice site with authentic designs. Plus, the price is unbeatable! I love TB Dress and will continue to use this site throughout the years. If you need a dress for a night out, this site is the only option for an amazing appearance!

The pictures are just to get your attention, when I got the dresses my 4 year old would have done better. The dresses looked like nothing like the picture just like random grandma clothes. Now trying to get a refund...

After three months of my items not being shipped I asked for a refund, after a lot of back and forth they agreed and yet almost a month later I do not have it?! Terrible people, they will not respond to posts or emails

I was very scared to order a dress from this site, as everything I read was negative reviews. However, I was so happy with my dress and must say I am very impressed with the service I received. The dress was at my house 2 weeks after I ordered it, it is very well sewn and is exactly as the picture on the website. Furthermore, the color is perfect. Such a low price for a high quality product! Maybe I just got lucky but I am very happy with the dress and would order from this site again.

We didn't get the sent in our original order, so we got this late but boy does she LOVE IT! It's for my daughter who is into baggy shirt/sweaters and leggings. Some of the sweaters we got wernt that big, even for a 89lb, 5'1 10 y/o! The sweater is exactly what she has been wanting!

Since my last review I have received the 2nd out of 4 pairs ordered on Dec 26th. These ones were really nice and I am excited to wear them. Unfortunately, due to writing a review on here, they decided to hold off on sending me the last two pairs. Yesterday when I inquired about the last 2 pairs I was told they were waiting on my reply to make sure I still wanted them. Well, I never received an email saying they were being held. I hope TBdress does something to correct this error. I was excited to find a site with so many neat things. I was really hoping to spend a bunch of money there. I just hate paying for something up front and then having that awful feeling of it never showing up. Beware.

I happen to be on Facebook n I received the option to go to the site, so I did. My was it a great opportunity for me because I came the greatest deal ever. I have never visited a site that offered as many shopping opportunities at such a great price. I will visit the site every chance I get. I'm a last minute person and in not proud of it. I needed a holiday dress so I typed in what I was looking for and was directing to TBdress website. Omg I was blown away, not only did they have the color they had the size and the price! Thanks I'm so happy with my purchase and I'll try not to be so last minute... Not!

Site my measurements within 2 weeks I signed ups for a beautiful wedding dress the dress of my dreams the only problem with this website is it takes them between 24 and 72 hours to get ahold of you through email there's no way to call them unless you have international calls allowed on your phone plan which most of us don't in the US from 1 out of 10 I give the site and overall 10 rating for quality and expertise and promise and getting me my wedding dress

This was one of 3 dresses that I ordered and I am so impressed with all of them! This particular dress fit beautifully and the color is stunning. I was worried it would be the wrong size, but the sizing chart is true to the dress. I love it and I get so many compliments every time I wear it!

This is the worst place, yes dresses are cheap. The customer service is horrible my wedding was in October and I have turned in the dresses that did not fit any of my bridesmaids. And it is now almost 2 1/2 months, and I still have no refund and no answer... They are the worst company to deal with..

I checked this company refund policy to make sure I could get a refund if the dress didn't work. The dress for my daughter's wedding came and it is too small so I contacted them to return and they won't refund the money. So now I'm stuck with a dress that I can't return and it doesn't fit. Fraud!

The dress is absolutely amazing! I was so nervous about if it would be to big or to small but it fits PERFECT. It is even more beautiful in person than shown in the picture. I am very picky about my dress but everything about this one is great. I have nothing bad to say about it. You will be very pleased if you get this one. :)

I have never in my life been so disrespected by a company in all my life! One, they never sent the item I paid for, just kept giving me the run around, after over 45 days and then the rep who calls himself "Bobby", ph# *******131, called me all kinds of racial slurs (a black $#*! and n$%!$$) because I told the representative that I didn't have Google Chrome for him to send me a refund form! I am appalled! I had to call my Bank, to dispute the charge in order to be refunded my money! And, I will be reporting this business to the BBB.

Terrible company! Not only does your order take forever to get, but there is no tracking number and when customer service is contacted I never received a reply. When I got my dresses a month later the sizing was crazy. I wear a size 6 dress and ordered a large in several different dresses. They are ridiculously small. Probably a size 2 and so short waisted they must be for a child. No woman order a B cup could fit in any of the dresses I ordered. The material is very cheap too. I didn't expect much since they were inexpensive so just taking it as a lesson. Will NEVER order from them again. Out of 5 dresses ordered only 1 was worth keeping. No easy way to return so I'm just out $120. Even the help message center on the site wasn't any help. No response.

They are easily the worst company I have ever dealt with. I wish I could warn everyone in the world or get them shut down. I didn't like the dress I got cause frankly it looked nothing like the picture and didn't fit, it was a box on me. I wanted a refund and had to file a dispute with PayPal in order to get one, because they refused to refund me because my reason wasn't good enough and they tell you that you have 7 days to return, but you have to email them first to get the okay to send it back. They didn't respond to my emails, basically letting my 7 day deadline go out the window. I sent it back to the return address anyways and eventually after a two month battle got my money back. I can't express my distaste for this company and I've found more like them. I advise everyone to look up review for these types of clothing sites, on other sites and don't believe Insite reviews. They are selected because they are good, you will never find a bad review on their actual website.

I ordered this for my Prom and was slightly hesitant at ordering a dress online. This was my first time ordering at TBdress and I am thrilled! The dress was made in about a week and was shipped to the US in three days! (With expedited shipping.) I got custom measurements.The dress fits like a glove, and it is the perfect length with my heels! I cannot wait for my prom. Thanks, TBdress!

Do not order from this site. You are not getting what you ordered. The pictures on their website are of clothing another company made, what your getting is their handmade interpretation. And you can forget about getting a refund because they will not give you one. I tried getting a refund for a dress I ordered months ago. The dress I got looked nothing like the picture. I emailed them multiple times and I've yet to see a refund. $140 down the drain.

The experience with tbdress is probably the best experience i have had with online shopping. The service i was given by the staff and assistants is absolutely beautiful and i would feel like the world would be a better place if we had more people like them. The quality of the dresses i have purchased from this site has always astounded me the perfection of the design and the quality of the material always manages to put a smile on my face. The only problem is the shipping time it usually takes a long time especially if you buy day dresses it always comes a while after the estimated receiving time. But all in all i would recommend this website to anyone and everyone.
