I watched tracking proceed normally ending with "delivered" and "package in place." Where this item was delivered and in what place is a mystery. Customer service is unresponsive to inquiry. Lesson learned…
I made a purchase on November 4th. Item was paid in full. On Nov. 10th I sent them a message asking if they knew the ship date yet. I was told within 5-9 days. Nov. 15th rolls around still no word. I sent another message and was told they looked into it and would send me an email once it shipped. Today is Nov. 19th and I've yet to receive information that item has shipped. So its been exactly 14 days now not including the day I actually ordered my dress and I have yet to see anything in regards to my dress. I bought this dress to wear for a function it looks beautiful. The sad part is It wont be here in time now to wear. Is this how you do business? At what point do you cancel your order?

The dress is wonderful, i fell in love. The qualitiy is absolutely high.
I ordered custom size and it fits perfect. I ordered with express shipping and have it 15 days later after i ordered it cant be faster (germany).

It's actually ZERO STARS, but i had to pick something to submit my experience! I wish i would have read the reviews here before i purchased my jacket. The jacket i received was not the same as the one advertised, the color was different and the length was shorter. I followed their return policy (email them a pic of what you received - i sent them a pic of what i received with a side by side view of what they advertised). Their response was to offer me $5 back and a discount on a future order! Are you kidding me?! There will be NO future orders from this company! Be warned, do NOT order from them. They offer a return policy that they don't adhere to. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

SO MANY things wrong with this site! I ordered a winter coat on this site but not know my coat would be coming from China so it took about 3 weeks to receive in the mail. I was a little worried because I got absolutely no confirmation email after I made the order. The website led me to a BLANK page when I tried to track my order. Customer service was slow and I received no response when I emailed them the FIRST time. Once I finally got my coat, I ordered a medium and the arms were at least 10 inches too short and I could barely button it up. Now I am not a big person so clearly the sizing isn't correct. When I contacted the website to find a way to return the coat, they told me because I received the size I ordered, I would not be able to return the coat. Now I am stuck with a $50 coat that I will never be able to wear. I do not recommend this website to anyone.

I would like to return some items I ordered cos it's absolutelly poorly quality, they look different like on picture on your site, they are short not size like supposed to be and everywhere are fibres which shouldn't be. Another thing annoying me is that items don't have tags with informatinons like size, material and many others. By the law they should have. So u break law and I will contact my lawyer about it if I can do anything about it if u not return me money back. Thanks Anna

It sucks, dont shop from here... i ordered two things a jacket and i got a xl to play it safe and it wont even fit my daughter its like a small.
I also bought a dress i ordered it lg and it wont even fit my friends 10 yr old who is short and 75 lbs. the top would fit but the skirt was attached and went up to belly.

On January 19 I placed an order with your company for a wedding dress. With shipping it was around $150. It has been one month and on the "order detail" section of my account there has been NO updates since the date I placed the order. I have emailed and sent messages at LEAST 7 or 8 times in the past month asking about my order. I have only received messages back stating "don't worry" and "we will finish up in a few days." I have asked EVERY TIME when I can expect my dress to be finished, when I can expect it to ship, and when I can expect to receive it. I also explained that I need it no later than February 22, this Saturday. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of service with your company. I need to know IMMEDIATELY the status of my order. I ordered a jacket online in Jan 2020 and after 3 weeks was told it would be delivered in a week after 6 weeks I was refused delivery information and refused a refund as the parcel was in the post, after 6 months of trying to get a refund and being refused the parcel was delivered but the jacket was cheap and not the one I purchased in quality and it didn't match the picture on more than a few details.
In short they rob you with a smile and catch you in the lies they tell Im out the money and have waited 6 months for a cheap nasty jacket I wouldn't give away...

I am very weary if choosing things from online because in the past I ordered something flag looked great on the picture but when it arrived it was nothing like the picture and had to end up sending it back but when I saw this costume online it looked perfect so took the chance and went through with the order and when they arrived I was over the moon to see it was the exact one on the picture the quality of he material was perfect I was thrilled. It was simple to order, I received within a few days and it was perfect for my tinkerbell party th little girls thought I was the real tinkerbell says It all really! One thing I did have to secure the wings on as the velcro was the strong enough that's all.

Beginning of February, I ordered a coat with TBDress. I also received an email from Paypal with proof of payment. When I logged in on tbdress.com, I did it through Facebook. So far so good. When I looked at my orders, it said that payment had been received and the other thing it said was something like the order had forwarded to the shipping department or something like that. Today I was wondering about the status of my order since it is already the 7th day and I tried to log in to their website but login through Facebook doesn't work. So I tried another browser (started with FF, then Chrome, Opera and even IE) but all nothing. Do they have some kind or error or is there a script in their code that blocks an IP address after a given number of days? Should I open a dispute with Paypall, to try and get my money back or is there actually a living soul that has ordered something with TBdress and also received that object?@Aaron, I don't know how to reply but my order number is *******

I Brought a beautiful dress along with a petticoat from TBdress as i felt it needed the extra poof.
I had my wedding day on the 23rd September 2014 and I can honestly say I was so nervous about getting this dress. But when I opened it up and tried it on for the first time I was blown away with how beautifully it was made. I got it made to my measurements I gave and it was perfect!

After much debating, I have finally decided to purchase the dress for my party. I ordered the dress on July 5th 2014, and I received the dress on July 24th - though I did pay for express shipping, it still came much quicker than expected. I ordered the dress in the colour that is shown in the picture, and it was exactly the colour I wanted. And everything fit perfectly except for the chest. But, my mother hemmed it, so it was done it time. The rhinestone belt detailing is very well done and beautiful looking. The dress is also very good quality, and I stood out a lot that night. I would definitely recommend this dress, and I would surely buy from TBDRESS again.

I bought a wedding gown and some accessories on TBdress.com. After I placed my order it did not give me a confirmation number so i started to research this site becuase I thought i was being scammed. Then i came across this site and though "oh S*#t. I emailed them and it took 4 days for them to get back to me to confirm my order. But after all i received my gown and beautiful accessories. Odered a wedding dress febuary 8 th. Looked up status said still preparing. When I call all I get is some recording. The dress I ordered does not take this long to make. I found basically the same dress at sears for alot less!
