I watched tracking proceed normally ending with "delivered" and "package in place." Where this item was delivered and in what place is a mystery. Customer service is unresponsive to inquiry. Lesson learned…

I was looking online for dresses and I came accross their website. I liked the styles so I ordered the dress that I like. In few days, I received it from mail. I was satisfied because the dress is really nice and was on sale. I am after the quality and price, I got them both. I am happy.

Do NOT PURCHSE anything from this scam of a site. Biggest problem I've ever gotten myself into its been nothing bit a headache they took my money and i never got my item after waging 4 weeks for it I cancelled my order and all of a sudden they were ready to ship out my item. And they called me constantly bothering me telling me to pay them again. Waste of time. I wouldn't even give it one star but I had to to post this.

Finding the items you want is very easy at TB Dress and unlike the other clothes websites, the stock keeps changing every now and then. But the premium discounts work only for the premium, VIP members.

This is the first time I really ordered a costume sized dress online. I have to tell the experience is really positive. I received it on time and when I put it on the measurements were perfect. The color and the design are exacly like the picture, the little details are well made too, the material is great quality too! I would recommend this site and this dress to anyone.

I ordered three articles of clothing and over a month I received one item and a week later I received the 2nd piece. I was informed that I'd would receive a refund because the 3rd item was out of stock ( over a month after I placed the order. I used the size chart before ordering but the items I finally received did not fit. When I requested to return them, I was informed that I'd have to pay double shipping so instead they would pay me $6 and I could keep the items. What good is keeping something that doesn't fit plus, $6 doesn't cover the cost that I paid for the dress. I'm thoroughly disgusted with this company and will never order again. I have not received any resolution to this claim.

I ordered a winter formal dress & Crystal tennis shoes - the dress came 4 weeks late after paying expedited shipping & I NEVER received the $100 Crystal tennis shoes. I contacted customer service they didn't reply for over a month - they told me they would give me $77 refund & I would have to pay shipping back to China! No mention of my never received Crystal tennis shoes! Disgusting - They are a Scam! DO NOT shop here!

Purchased Three-Quarter Sleeve Bowknot Women's Lace Dress from TBDress.
The stiching and the quality of the fabric is quite good. It arrived a bit late but it was the local post office here which did not inform me about the arrival of the parcel.
Good customer service.

I purchased the Color Block Lapel Half Sleeve Women's Day Dress in a size XXL and I am an US size 12. It fit perfectly. The quality of the dress is good and the shipping time was not long at all. Will be buying other items from TBdress.

I ordered a dress January 18th, 2022 and quickly discovered it would take a long time to arrive. I cancelled the order January 30,2022 and STILL haven't received my refund, it is March 6th, 2023 today. My advice…. BEWARE, I am gonna shout this from the rooftop until I get my refund. #stayaway

I ordered a dress to be a bridesmaid in a wedding. I had the site and the item number, all I had to do was order the correct size and pay. The dress came and I was so excited until I opened the box and it is the wrong dress! I have sent 5 emails with pictures proving they sent the wrong dress and I keep getting told, "looks the same" and "can't you just accept it" The brooch in the front of the dress is missing, the hem is completely wrong, even the straps are in the wrong place! But I am supposed to accept it and have the wrong dress in the wedding. Absolutely ridiculous! Do not order frrom this company if you want to receive what you pay for!

I spent 200 dollars on tall boots... when they FINALLY arrived 3 months later they are cheap costume boots. They sent the wrong size and NEVER responded to customer service emails I sent. Safe to say this "company" is a total sham. They are thieves and your hard earned money would be better spent literally ANYWHERE else.

Several days ago, I bought the dress from TBdress. Yesterday, I got the beautiful dress. It looked very gorgeous and graceful. I chose the custom size and I tried it on and found the dress fit me perfectly. As for the color, I chose the color watermelon. There was no color difference. I liked the dress sooo much.

I wish you would make more plus dress like the one I order for my daughter. I can I get some in plus size. My daughter wear a size then in US size. I have to order her

They were obviously out of stock and then charged the delivery twice.
No communication received from them whatsoever.
If they asked if I wanted to pay double the price because they were out of stock, I would have said no.
