Experience with Tbdress turned to be fun. The company provides variety of products' designs. I especially enjoy the ones of dresses. The deilivery of items was done in time as indicatedi in the website. The type and number of items corresponded to the ones ordered. However, the sizes sometimes didn't meet and the quality of the fabric wouldn't be as good as expected.

OMG! Words can not describe this Great experience I have had with tbdress! They got my wedding dress and other things I ordered to me in a timely fashion actually sooner than I thought I was the one inpatient and panicking over nothing! But OMG when my dress and other things came it was everything I ever imagined and more they made my life! I cannot wait 2 get married and put on my Gorgeous gown ever since I was a little girl I always watched and loved the Cinderella movie and always said when I met my Prince I want 2 look just that Gorgeous and yea it may sound corny but tbdress made that come true and more people order from this site they are the Bomb Dot Com Lol! I am giving 4 stars as my initial interaction with them wasn't the best, however, they came through in the end. The dress I ordered is beautiful, however, I realized that it would not be here in time. There were some issues when I try to cancel the order, however, I worked with Irene in CS and had my issue taken care of. I will certainly try TDDRESS in the future when I have more time between ordering and the event.

I was looking for a dress for ages and i came across one on TB Dress. I was new to the site and didnt know what to expect. I finally came across a beautiful white dress which was short at the front and long at the back. It had gold studs at the sweetheart neckline. It was beautiful. I decided to go for the fastest possible delivery time and it arrived in less than 2 days. (which i was delighted with) It was perfect! I tried it on and it fitted so well and was so comfie! Ive had it awhile now and its still the same! Great quality and a great shopping expierience! Thank you

I really don't understand this company. Do you guys really listen to your customer's complaints? I purchased a dress on the 27th of june 2015 and finally received it on the 10th of july 2015. My usual size is US 2 but i ordered a US 4 to my greatest surprise it wouldn't fit, I won't even pass through my hips. I want to return it, can i have the address for return? And i am yet to get my refund for paying for 2-5days shipping which wasn't delivered as requested and up till now the refund Is yet to be credited after getting an email that it has. Expecting your response soonest

TBDRESS IS A SCAM! DON'T BUY IN THIS WEBSITE. JUST RECEIVED A DRESS I BOUGHT FROM THEM, REGARDING DELIVERY IT TOOK 40 DAYS MORE THAN PROMISED. I ordered five items from this website over two weeks ago, I received an e-mail a few days after making the order saying that only one item had been sent, the money has also been taken out of my bank account. I have asked three times by e-mail when the rest of the items will be sent and have heard nothing back since. I was also sent a tracking number for the item, when I typed it in I was told there was no order matching this number. I would advise you never to order from this website as I do not believe this is not a real website. If you are looking to order cheap, good quality items from China I would recommend jjshouse.com myself and my fiancee ordered from jjshouse for our wedding, it was reasonably priced, very good quality and delivered from China to Ireland in less than a week. Very good value, even with duty tax included. We were very happy with this product. We were expecting tbdress to be of similar quality and efficiency, but having received nothing, or not even an e-mail we are very disappointed, I am beginning to believe more and more that this is a scam website.

I ordered from them on august 18 and it is not September 30 i still haven't gotten anything. I kept asking for a refund and they keep telling me to call the post office when they never gave me a tracking number. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing from this website. My fiance tried to purchase a wedding dress from this website and after she received the dress she was incredibly unhappy.
First: She ordered her dress with tie up back, and they delivered one with a zipper back.
Second: The dress did not match the picture that the website advertised.
Supposedly they have a "satisfaction Guarantee" but when we tried contacting the company they have been blowing us off for months. They have been offering "20% discount on future purchase" which is ridiculous because you only get married once!
When we turned this down an insisted that they refund us due to the fact they delivered a product that was not as ordered they refused and just kept ignoring what I said in the emails and just kept emailing me 'pre-canned' emails that did not solve my issue.
Now after 20 emails and they are still refusing to accept the dress back. That is not a "satisfaction Guarantee". They are likely to reply to this review asking me to talk to their customer service. People reading this review do not take that as being resolved! I've been doing this for 2 months now and nothing. Their customer service is a joke. They do not even read the emails.

I ordered from TB dress and the clothing arrived as expected. I was SO excited to open the package but to my shock, all of the clothing looked EXTREMELY CHEAP and UGLY. The material and quality was so poor that I could have done a better job sewing it myself! The buttons on the jacket I ordered are ALL FALLING OFF, and the stitching is done very loosely. DO NOT expect the products you order from this website to look like the picture because they definitely will not. The jacket I ordered looks hideous on, and looks like I am wearing a paper bag with buttons. I have already submitted an order complaint to the website. I also looked online and a lot of the website's pictures appear on other websites too. VERY VERY FISHY. It seems that they are taking others' pictures, and trying to replicate it themselves with cheap materials, which is ILLEGAL. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! You will be disappointed.

Do not buy from this company a total rip off, shoddy goods that come form China, you cannot get your money back or return your goods and to top it off you also get stung with a bill for shipping costs even though TB Dress have already charged you for shipping, this company should be banned from trading! I ordered 2 black dresses to try for a wedding. Same dress, two different sizes. Took forever to receive, when I got them, they were at least 3 sizes smaller than what they should have been. They will not let me send them back. I have asked over and over for a return address. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I AM OUT 400.00 AND HAVE 2 DRESSES THAT WILL NEVER BE WORN!
