My teenage son bought a jacket with his hard earn money on 3/12 he still has no jacket and we can't get in touch with anyone for his refund

The dress I received was exactly what was described. The waiting time was a little long but consider it was shipped from China that was expected. It took about 1 month to receive my orders.

I often find it difficult to find women’s boots without a heel that actually fit. However, these women’s boots are just perfect for me. They fit me comfortably and they don’t squash my toes either.

The height on these women’s boots cam up to just below my knee but that was ok. I love these women’s boots because they are comfortable to walk around in and the price was inexpensive!

The blouse runs very small, I ordered 2 sizes larger then I normally order and it fit great. You can adjust how much cleavage you show with the strings. It is a very flattering blouse.

The items i purchased were nothing like the advert. Only worthy of the duster draw or bin... to return the 2 items would have cost £75 so the bin it was never be caught again...

After my complaints regarding the above order number, I received a replied message from Summer that my order is going to be shipped out ASAP.

I bought blue prom dress for my daughter. It was custom fit. Me and my daughter were very happy with work they done. It fit her perfect. Defiantly I will definitely I recommend TBdress excellent.

Really exceeded my expectations by a long shot. If you want it done right, this is the place.
The dress received a great design perfection and the fit is just a copy of my measurements.

I fell in love with items the moment someone shared the site in my FB. Could not wait to order... looking forward for the dress and a romantic evening with my awesome man. My husband.

Big red flag: this online company is located in China.
If I had known it is located in China, I would not have ordered from it. I have learned my lessons. Always check the company with Better Business Bureau before buying. BBS has a warning alert on this company. From now on I am sticking with good old American company Amazon.com where you can return anything shipping free, no questions asked.

Some of their dresses are knock-offs and they are not exactly the same as depicted in their pictures (the originals from which the knock-offs copied from) on Tbdress' website. One good example is item #*******. The proportion of the lower skirt part to the upper chest part of the dress is different from that of the picture. In the picture, the chest/shirt is 1/3. The actual dress I received is 1/1.5
Also the dress is not well made and it does not fit well even though I ordered my usual size medium. Sadly I bought 2 of it and I wasted USD $32.20.

Customer service is lousy. Their English comprehension is poor and do not understand my question and issue. I had to keep repeating myself again and again. Oftentimes their answer had no relation to the question. It is very frustrating, stressful and time consuming.

Deal with Tbdress at your own risk. I am done with them.

All I have to say is this company is HORRIBLE! Quality of fabric, and craftsmanship is AWFUL! So, not only do you recieve crappy products, the customer service is also a waste of time. The dress is wrong size, wrong color, wrong material. They DO NOT honor refunds. I was charged the full price for the horrible dress, on top of shipping fees, and then a surprise fee of $3.00 for an international charge. I'm beyond livid! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Initially like the site and dresses looks good and prices are cheap.
I initially ordered 17 different items a pair of sandals, dresses and blouses. These order came to me in different dates 15items of my order came, one of them they said not available and they will refund my money. Till date no money in my account. One of the item they said last 31May15, that they will send it to me 10-20days, it is now 4July15 no item delivered. Three of the delivered items have issues 2 of the have stitching problems and the other one missing belt attachement. I sent them the photos of the said item and never got any response about it.

I found the perfect wedding and accessories or so I thought I placed my order and after a couple weeks I was informed they ran out of material for my shoes I asked for a refund and did not receive it still waiting…. Once I reviewed my dress it did not fit I ask to exchange it and was told I had to pay fir the return myself which was more then the dress so I reached out to customer service and then was told they would replace the dress but I would have to pay another $75 for shipping oh no I'm not doing that so I'm stuck with no shoes and a wedding dress I can not fit. I had to go somewhere else to buy everything smh… I will never purchase from here again so beware ladies!

I ordered my daughter's baptism dress January 6th. On January 9th it was shipped out. I paid an extra 34 dollars for 3-12 business day shipping. It is now February 3rd I'm 9 days away from baptism date & each time I have checked on my order most hits in Chinese I have to get it translated even one translate it gives me no help on January 25 it said in chinese United states the sender has created a label but UPS has not received it yet. Then the 26th it says china mainland received into ups possession. So tell me why I still cant track it. Oh but when I try to track it thru UPS it says my package was delivered July 9th 2021! I can't get anybody on the phone I can't get anybody through email I paid $138 total. I'm beyond anxiety filled thinking I am now going to be rushing around the last minute trying to find a dress I like for her. I read all the fine print before I ordered this is why I paid the extra money for the 3 to 12 business days one holiday was in there. The only bad weather we recently had was this past Saturday and even so it should be updated each time there's a delay I also should get my shipping money back. I will never order from this site again.

The clothes and the prices are Phenomenal. Where have you been my entire life! I could have used you 40 years ago! Glad I found you now! Please give me my discount, so I can get on with my shopping!

Unlike the appearance of the dress on the website, this dress is completely see-through and would not be appropriate to wear on most occasions without a slip or tank top and shorts underneath. I was a little disappointed that the website photo made it appear to be opaque/solid white/not see-through.

It is my fault for not noticing that the item description does not list anywhere the fabric of the garment/what the dress is made of (this baffles me), because I thought the dress was made of cotton. It is not cotton, it is 97% polyester and 3% spandex.

I live in the U.S. and the order took three months to be delivered. I did not dock my rating due to this/do not fault the company for this, because I know times are weird right now in the world and international commerce has definitely been affected/could be responsible for it taking 3 months to get to me. That being said, if you are hoping to have this dress soon for an occasion, please be weary that it may take a long time to get to you.

Other than the aforementioned, the dress is cute. It came wrinkled but could be smoothed out with a steamer (polyester does that). With the right under garments, this could be a cute dress.

This TRASHY company never shipped my WEDDING DRESS! Thank goodness my bank is wonderful and they refunded my money! This company sucks I ordered the dress a month before my wedding and it NEVER CAME. Customer Service sucks and their China number does not work as stated below. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them.

After receiving my package I found that I had received the wrong size, i. E. two size below. Though medium is my standard size but after having gone through several sizes scales available with tbdress I realized that 2XL would rightly fit to my personality. Therefore I placed another order for the same overcoat and decided to gift the received one. I have already received the order confirmation.
It gives me an impression that tbdress understand customer needs and what is critical to its customer and ended up giving a good customer service.
I really feel pleasure in sharing the fact that how actively the tbdress customer service team extended their support when my first order could not reach me and returned back due to some problem with the postal service over here. I sent them a dozen of mails regrding the issue for which I received prompt reply every time and finally they (tbdress) returned my money to my account. I really love the store for its quality, design and availability of verity of items in every range.
This was my third purchase since I joined tbdress a couple of months ago.
Overall, I have no hesitation to say that I am pleased with the product and the service that tbdress is offerings.

I purchased 2 dresses from tbdress.com in Dec2015. I had checked their return policy and it was clear that I could return the dresses within 15 days of delivery. The website said I could even return them to a California address for customers within the USA. I bought the dresses and they were lovely and felt like nice quality. For various reasons, I wanted to return the one dress and exchange the second dress for a smaller size. When I contacted their customer service, the gist of it was that they do not accept returns because the dresses are custom made and useless to them upon return. I went back and forth with customer service and finally gave up and settled for $60 credit and I kept the dresses. Otherwise, they required that I ship them back to China and then they would credit only 50% of my $209 purchase regardless of what their website said. I could not get them to give me back 100% of my money even if I shipped the dresses back to them. Their customer service always responded within 24 hours but they said they were the manufacturer and would not return my money in full.
Now it is March 7,2016. I received a comment from tbdress customer service several weeks ago that was attached to this review. I just want to add that I private messaged them back as requested and they have not responded. I wonder if they add comments to all negative reviews so that people will think they are addressing concerns when THEY ARE NOT!

I purchased a jumpsuit September 19,2019 2 weeks ago, today is September 28th, and I paid expedited shipping, which I was suppose to receive within 2 days. I still have not received my item, they have NO contact # just email you, which is definitely signs of fraud company, I have NOT received a tracking #... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
