I watched tracking proceed normally ending with "delivered" and "package in place." Where this item was delivered and in what place is a mystery. Customer service is unresponsive to inquiry. Lesson learned…

I ordered this beautiful dress from TBDress. It really flows when you walk and the long train makes it look like something out of a fairytale. I sometimes use a sequin belt in my waist to give it that 1970’s Oscar look. Highly recommended! TBDress did a wonderful job and I am so happy with my dress! My only complaint is that the inner lining is column shaped and therefore somewhat restricting. However, I have ordered many dresses after this one, and all of them have been beautiful and superb.

The dress is made beautifully. The material is very nice and has a nice stretch to it. It runs a bit big, so if you are in between then I would go with the smaller size. Lots of compliments on the dress, very happy will be ordering in other colors. Shipping was a little slow but that is expected at this time of year.

I ordered a dress for my daughter. The dress in the picture was cute and well made. However, the dress we received was not at all like the picture. The skirt instead of sequins has white glitter glue dots all over it. I have attached pictures. Do not have enough time to order another or money to get one. I will never order from this site again. Picture in red is what we got, and the picture in pink is what they advertised.

Made a order and they reported my order was delivered but would not give the name of the US delivery service that reported my order delivered, I have a security camera on my driveway and no delivery has been made and they want to refund my money which I refused and demanded my order be delivered.

27 days to receive two dresses which were defective when reached out to the auto net service they only wanted to refund me $15 where I paid $115.
If I want to return I will get a refund of $100 and will take care of the shipping which is around $60!
Very bad service since the products are defective they should handle it better

Tb dress is a scam.so many times they $#*! up my order. They always rip you off…. Waiting for long time for my package. I ordered 7 of november 2021. Till february 2022 the package not arrive and cant be tracking, and suddenly they said the dress out of stock (they mistake)but then they refund the money not full amount of the dresses.im very piss off and im gonna delete the app soon and will never order anymore from TB dress. May 2022 im not even get my refund money yet…

Wonderful website! Dresses available in so many colors and sizes. My daughter needed a certain size and this site was perfect. They offer all sizes from small to large women. We will definitely be back!

It took them over 6 weeks to sent me ugly, non linen, completely different dress then on their pictures. I would send this $#*! back but only if they pay for shipment... no one would wear this anyway, not here! Be ashamed.

Where is my stuff...? I ordered and paid for two day dresses four weeks ago and still nothing, Can't check status because the tracking doesn't work. Having read these shocking reviews about TBDress I'm surprised that you're still in business rather than being sued for fraud...!

Items received were awesome. Shoes are great! Customer service are pretty good in dealing with your questions. Just one thumbs down though, shipping time is kinda' longer. You gonna need a lot of patience. But overall, the store is dependable. 'will buy again soon.

I found this site and read the reviews which were mostly favorable. So, I ordered several clothing items: Dress, Jumpsuit, Jacket, Coat, Blazer... etc... to see for myself. Shipping has taken forever which I expected, since it is coming from another country. The items I have received so far are a disappointment, based on my expectations from reading the reviews. The quality is something I would be ashamed to even donate to a homeless person / shelter. The sizes are strange too. Sleeves to long, width across the shoulders to narrow, seams bunching up creating an odd fit... etc.
This is a case of you get what you pay for... Save your money, you can get better quality clothing at Walmart! It's really sad that there are so many dishonest clothing stores online, based in Asian countries. Many of which operate under several store names, selling the same garbage.

Every piece of clothing I've ordered was very small! These clothes is not cheap but for me to have to continue giving everything away because I can't fit it is what's expensive! No not anymore I'll never order from u guys again

OK after reading these reviews I'm worried about my order! I placed an order at the end of September hoping it gets here before Halloween as it's part of my costume.
