What a SCAM! It's obvious the TBdress stacks these reviews with 5*'s. None of the reviews that have 5 stars make any sense. They are a dress factory in China. Nothing arrives from them in "3 days" etc. They are terrible at responding to email's about orders. After realizing their crazy "processing" (12-18 days) and long shipping times (did I mention they are in China?), I have been attempting to cancel my order, with no response over several days. Guess what? They start deducting from your refund from the moment the order is "paid", which is the same as when the order is placed. At best, you will get 60% of your money back after cancelling. It gets lower each day, which I guess is why they delay confirming your cancellation request.
I'm out $200. Awesome!

I purchased a vintage red halter dress with white polka dots. It was a very good price, came in time to wear for my friends wedding, & I got complimented the whole night! Definitely going to buy from tbdress.com again!

I wish I had realized the items were coming from China! I ordered a purse on 10/23/14 and received it 11/21/14. They use a shipping company named EMS. Customer Service were never available through Live Chat. I was only able to leave messages. The good thing is that they did reply within 24 hrs. But the problem was is I didn't get any results until I hounded them everyday! No one could tell me any details about the shipment; they only gave the general line about it taking 5 business days. I finally got the purse (oh and it was delivered by the post office) and the thing is cheap! Oh well lesson learned... I suggest using PayPal just in case you want a quick dispute (oh and I don't trust them with my personal credit card info anyway). Good luck.

Shoes are very cheaply made and didn't even come with laces. Shoes like this in the US might be $5, but these were $45. I would expect real soles, not something similar to foam for that price. I emailed requesting info to return and haven't received a response (it's been 5 days). Guess I'll be disputing with Visa. The shirts were poor quality as well. I didn't even take them out of the bag because they looked so cheap.

I own multiple dresses from this site that are so beautiful and if such great quality, people hardly believe me when I tell them how much I paid! The shipping is relatively fast, considering it comes from overseas- I have waited much linger for items from other companies in the past. If you have any questions or problems, they get back to you pretty quickly as well, usually within a business day.

I ordered a red dress with flowers on the bodice. They were hot glued together and coming off. They refuse to refund my money. Horrible customer service. I am reporting them to better business bureau. I have photos but it will not let me add.

We ordered a prom dress for my daughter, and it arrived today. My daughter is extremely upset--with good reason--in the quality of the dress. The material feels cheap, the dress is several inches longer than advertised, the color is hideous (was supposed to be red but is the ugliest orange we've ever seen), the beading looks gaudy and cheap, and the sleeves look like something straight out of the 80's. The dress we received looks NOTHING like the dress in the picture on the website. Why is this company even still running? I wish we had researched this site more thoroughly. I'm sure that in response to this review, I will get some response in broken English from someone asking me to email them my order number. I have zero confidence that TBDress can or will make anything right. Furthermore, I believe that, with a few possible exceptions, the glowing reviews that appear here are not legitimate. Please learn from our mistake. Don't waste your money!

For me it was a a very smooth experience that resulted in one of a kind bag. It was easy, fun, and actually affordable. The site was exceptionally accommodating. And everyone working there, whether met in a life skype chat or email was genuine and interesting real person (I usually hate auto generated emails), all about making excellent bags to my specifications and desires. I'm actually not sure why people would go any other way.

I finally received all my purchased products today after more than a month waiting. I don't mind the waiting as long as it arrives. I am not happy with most of my products' quality. You might have said that "What U paid is what U get". Besides quality issue, I received broken hair pin item # ******* and a wrong size alloy zircon which fit my thumb instead of my ring finger (size 5 & 1/4) item #*******. I do not want to spend any more money for shipping back these items since I already paid over $30 Canadian dollars for custom & import tax for my order #*******.

TB Dress offers me dresses that are perfectly balanced between formal and fashionable. The convenient return and exchange options are reliable but the shipping time is too long to be of any good for a surprise weekend party.

Tbdress makes buying dress really simple, and they've got great prices as well. I've scoured the web for certain items and always found that tbdress offered the best deal, or equal pricing, and so I now trust them and don't even bother looking around. When I've had a return it's been without issue.

Thanks to TB Dress for offering the 85% discount on fashion wear. I get to buy a lot of stuffs when discounts are so amazing. However, as expected, the best and most expensive designs always have negligible discount.

I have never dealt with a more worse form of customer service. I ordered a bridesmaid dress on January 4 2015 and only received a payment confirmation that they had taken my money. I have emailed them several times and have tried their live chat as well as calling and all they've told me is that the dress has been made. It is now February 12 and they still have not shipped the dress. I received the matching five other dresses over three weeks ago even though the orders were placed on the same exact day. I recommend that no one ever purchases from this terrible company.

I am amazed at how many choices I have! There is always something that catches my eye, be it a trendy new design or a combination knit for the season. My order comes in a timely manner and no hassles of regular shopping malls!

If I could give this company -100 stars, I would. Like an idiot, I placed an order with them, then changed my mind 2 hours later. It's been 3 days now and they still haven't cancelled my order. They're now saying: 'Currently it has been processed, so if you cancel it now, the labor fee and material cost has to be deducted according to our cancellation policy, so you can only get $150 the most refund.'

UPDATE: this is their latest message: 'Dear customer,

Thank you for your concern of our website.

The item you ordered is wedding dress, not normal dress. And also we refund you the item money

Customer Service Department' - they are charging me £35 because of labour and material costs, none of which would have been incurred had they cancelled my order when I instructed them to do so. WIll not be using them ever.

My order ******* is stuck in "generated" status over a year later. I've never received a response to my email inquiries. Calling is out of the question as they only provide an international dialing number instead of toll free. I'm totally disappointed! Buyer beware!

My sister and I were bridesmaids for our little sister's wedding. We went through a lot of dresses before agreeing on this one for our bridesmaid dresses. We both ordered a size 8. It was a little tight for my older sister who is taller than me (5'6" to my 5'3"), but they worked wonderfully. People wondered where we got such great dresses. The pearl pink that looked like a sophisticated white-pink turned out to be more baby pink than expected. We also substituted black satin sashes for the chiffon ones that came with the dress. I would suggest shortening the cross-cross straps if you are petite.

I order my wedding dress and was told that it will arrived on time, paid expedited shipping and included a note and still didn't get it. I tried getting a refund for the order and they insist for me to wait 10 additional days and a $10 USD discount. Getting the dress after my wedding? How does that help? Very dishonest site and won't reply to message until weeks after. DO NOT TRUST! I'm still waiting for the refund and never got the dress...

I would give them a negative rating if possible. Ordered 3 dresses. Only one dress I received looked like the photo. Dress one = 3" too small on the top, Dress two - Skimpy and not the fabric shown, Dress 3 Guaze, not chiffon (as shown) 1/2 the fullness, wrong sleeves, an adult large fit my 11 year old niece. When I tried to return I was given the run around - after a month of back and forth they finally refunded me 20% of the purchase price on only two of the dresses. They collect photos of clothes, create a pinterest board website and then make them, if ordered. Customer service is actually a disservice to the company. Please don't use them. You will be disappointed. There are much better, reputable companies.

I am really disappointed with TB Dress. I ordered my wedding dress end of January and 3 months later nothing to show for it but endless emails without concrete details!. I am too distressed to comprehend how a company that claims to make your day beautiful can put someone through such frustration! It is unbelievable! If anyone from tbdress reads enough to care, my order number is *******. Mercy

I ordered 4 dresses last year from tbdress and they were prepared and shipped pretty fast, totally within my expectation horizon. Since it was my first time so I just generally choose a same size. But happily they all fit me very well.

So I ordered another 7 dresses again this year. Since two of them are not available any more, I asked refund and it was back to my account in about three days. Now I'm waiting the rest 5 dresses which have been shipped out. The customer service team is very nice and reply my message within 24 hours with the information I ask.

Buyer's beware, don't ever try to order to this website without reading through the fine print of their return policy. Basically there isn't one. I ordered a dress amounting to $100, first of all, it did not look exactly like the picture, the size was not the same size as what was promised when I contacted customer service, lady named Fairy told me they cannot accept the item anymore if I want to return it for exchange that I have to pay $75 more. A big rip off, don't ever waste your money buying items here.

My daughter and I ordered some stuff right away. Everything had the same high quality. It's the first place we went shopping for her when she went back to college.
They even have jewelry! They show you the latest trends and have a really neat style gallery. Their customer service is top notch! We love this site.
