I got the jacket delivered on Tuesday this week. I have checked it and the quality is great; not toyed with at all. It is amazing and fits me well. The price was also reasonable. I am very pleased and willing to shop here again in future.

I was so excited when I found this site. I bad, y needed a dress for my sisters wedding and there were so many to choose from here. But I soon learned that it was too good to be true. I ordered 3 so that I could try some different styles and I had already checked their return policy so that I could send them back if need be. Well little did I know those 15 days you have to return your dress get eaten up with fighting with customer support. It's a 12 hour time difference and half the time there is no one answering the phone. My first email never did get a reply and it seems the only return your email after you start hounding them. Then they require pictures to see why was wrong and now they are telling me that they only refund 50% of the price. No where in their policy does it say you need pictures or that you can't get a refund ( you do have to pay shipping). My dresses were not a custom order job it was a standard size 16US, but they tell me they will only pay half. CRAZY!

I can't say enough bad things. My dress never shipped. The event came and passed and when I reached out for a refund, they shipped it instead. I'm only getting married once, and I paid for expedited shipping for nothing. I am still trying to resolve the problem but can't get a response from them.

This company takes your money and doesn't give you the product then alleges they never received it back when it was never delivered to my address. They do not help and worst customer service. Honestly go else where and save yourself the headache and worst experience ever. Not worth it will never shop here again.

Dress arrived as ordered and just beautiful. It is my daughters wedding dress and we both could not be happier. The people that we dealt with were more than helpful and nothing was a bother. The dress is exactly what was shown and would not hesitate to recommend TBdress to everyone looking for a fantastic dress for any occasion. Thanking you. Abigail

I needed a flower lapel pin for resurrection sunday and i needed it within two weeks this was my first experience with tbdress.com and I am well pleased with the timing and the prices this website has i would like to see a bigger variety of lapel pins but that's just my thing. All in all i will definitely shop here again...

I have never had such fantastic service from a company in my life. I can not understand how anyone is complaining about Tbdress. The quality of each dress I received was amazing. The customer service was outstanding.

Worse company ever for a wedding dress. Ordered mine had to give them my measurements 4 times. When they FINALLY sent it, it was wadded up in a flat shoe box, looked nothing like the pictures and not even close to my size, trying to get in touch with them after they get your money is a joke, so now i have to buy another dress but i will go to a shop. Thanks for taking my money stressing me out more and not responding, customer service my $#*!

I ordered two items. One has arrived only and it is totally different material than it was shown and promised on the web site. This company is scam and all other reviews are probably from within company.

I bought a green loose long sleeve dress from TBdress (order #*******). This dress is super cute and fits me so well! The color is exactly what's shown online. The material is really soft and very comfortable.

I buy mostly all my clothes and accessories here. I love that I can be fashionable and yet not lose all the $ in my pocket. Yes, the clothes don't last long, but totally understandable; you pay for cheap but trendy clothes, you wear them for one season and that's it. If I want something classic that will last for years, then I'd also be willing to shell out the big bucks for it.

Is this how u people treat your customers, when u make payment no receipt no tracking number, can I please get information about my order, this was they weeding Gown I order for.

This was my first time ordering off this website. I paid $37 EXTRA for express shipping which said 3-8 business days. Mind you, I ordered weeks ago. So all together i spent $77. Well it's past 3-8 business days. I have missed the deadline I needed my order. And when I try to talk to someone, no one is available. It's bad that as a first time customer, I had to deal with this and to spend that much money to never get what I ordered. I advise you all to never order from here! I don't want what happened to me, to happen to someone else. I will NEVER order from this company ever again. And I will continue to tell my peers to never order from here.

I was in shock over how many reviews were exactly as mine was going to be, not kidding. I got my second dress today from this TBdress and its absolutely crap. I cant describe it any better. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PHOTOS. These dresses are not made with the same quality of materials or sewn properly. They are junk. I have wasted over $500 on two gowns and the photos are not photos of their work, it is from the sites they rip off to make the so called dresses the same! The colors and quality of the stitching on these dresses are like a poor copy. I think I could have made better dresses at my first attempt to sew, not kidding. Save your money. I have a dispute going on with PayPal to get my money back. They need to read these reviews and see what kind of company's are out there ripping us off.

I recently bought the Charming Trumpet/Mermaid Sweetheart Lace Ruching Wedding Dress from Tbdress.com. It was wonderful buying experience for me. The item was delivered to me in less than 7 days by taking an online payment. I was so impressed on seeing the material as they have high quality maintained. I look forward to buy more from Tbdress.com and make my online shopping experience a great fun.

The dresses arrived late, didn't fit, and they will not issue a refund. The website advertises easy returns, but when I requested one, they informed me of how difficult it is to send back to China, and they can only give me a 40% refund. I have emailed numerous times, and most of the responses are the same thing, avoiding the questions, or stating the loss for them if they do the return, despite what their return policy states. I even copied and pasted their return policy, as well as a photo of it, and the response is still the same. After nine emails, and even uploading unnecessary photos of the dresses (per their request), they spoke to a manager and offered a 50% refund. That is not what their return policy states.

For once I loved something that had been bought online. Sometimes you get that when you buy something online, what is delivered is totally different. TBdress delivered my dress just the way I had ordered. There those online stores that can even send you wrong orders and when it comes to refund it will be a major issue. This was the very worst experience of my entire life.

I ordered an A-Line dress in burgundy from TBDress. When I received this dress, after an extra week of waiting, I opened the package to a bright red dress that was most certainly not an A-Line dress.

When I contacted them about it, I received an email that stated they were out of the office for the next two weeks. I had to wait and never received a reply. I ended up emailing them again regarding this situation. After about seven or eight emails back and forth, with my supplying close to a dozen photos proving that this dress was not at all what I ordered, they told me that they were unable to do anything for me. They said that their product was excellent and I didn't know what I was talking about.

Do NOT order from TBDress. Ever. This was the worst experience - both with the extremely poor quality and the seriously awful customer service.

I just last night placed an order for my wedding shoes(*******). The shoes are beautiful however when I placed my order my total was a little over $80 with the cost of shoes and the $27 shipping price. However when I received my pay pal alert I was charged $196 for 3 pair of shoes that I did not order one of them are even a duplicate of my wedding shoes. I am extremely upset that I cant get in contact with anyone and none of my emails have been answered yet. I will never in my life shop with them again because I feel they just stole my money. Please be very cautions ordering from this site.

Materials will vary. Each arrival I find was totally a surprise in the fabrics they used. For most part, will use them, but one was way too sheer and photo looked like a solid fabric, so that was a shocker how flimsy it was. Another was a defect in fabric shading, I reported and I am having some problem with interpreting language with them. But Im sure they will at least credit me or something. If not, I would wonder if I should buy again. Im a new customer, so Im still seeing how things look when they arrive. One more still on backorder.

I am so happy with my purchase and the dress is fabulous, trendy and will probably last me for a long time, since I didn't go for the classic white gown. Also, the tbdress team has made the entire shopping experience very comfortable. They are very friendly and precise and eager to discuss any detail you want. Goos!
