This website NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN COMPLETELY. My dress came a month after I ordered, like most of the ladies stated. The dress was absolutely HORRIBLE and did not fit even though when I ordered, it said US size. These people posting positive review HAD to be paid to do it. I chatted with customer service online and it was obvious she was not American, even though she appeared to be. This website is nothing but a scam!

I bought evening dress. Good price, fast delivery, amazing quality, quick response from the service department. If I buy anything else in the future, tbdress will be my first choise.

BEWARE! TAKE HEED TO THE REVIEWS, THEY REFUSE TO SEND ME THE ADDRESS FOR A RETURN AND OFFERED ME $20 TO KEEP WHAT I CAN'T EVEN WEAR! THEIR RETURN POLICY IS A LIE! I'M FILING A DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL!

I'm sorry, but the American warehouse is rented and has expired. There's no way to return it there. We can only return it to China. If you return to the US warehouse, we will not bear any loss.
I know the return freight is very expensive. Well, if you keep these two clothes, we'll refund you $20, okay?

Je vous encourage, mais je jense que c'est un peu cher par rapport aux autres (online shops). For example, I saw the same item for below 65% of my payment.

Do not buy on this website. Bad quality. Company refuses to take returns even the dress was damaged (zipper). The answer from customer service after our return request was: You have to carry the shipping cost but remember packages to China are very expensive. Realy? Keep the dress and we will give 20% off your next purchase.
What should I do with a discount? I would never buy there again.
They also said the dress was customize and a special order but was a regular size from their size dropdown menu. Please read below:
So if you insist on returning for refund, you can only get 40% refund $105, because labor / raw material costs need to be deducted, not to mention that you will need to bear the return shipping fee to China which will not be cheap.

It is clearly stated that we do not accept returns other than quality problems, because the item you bought is a customized product that is produced after the order is placed (even though it is standard size).

When it comes to bags I only trust TB Dress to not sell me any random piece at the price of a branded one. The styles and color variants don't yet include the funkier options though.

My wedding was towards the end of June. A new buying a great dress was a milestone to making my day the best however shopping for the dress; new and customized within US: calls for an amount not less than 1000 bucks. This is the main reason I decided to shop outside the country. There were many results selling new dresses cheaply. I later decided to settle on Tbdress after one of my friends suggested the site. It was at the beginning of last month when I finally ordered the dress. ******* is the product ID on tbdress. The dress came after ten days and this is the condition on arrival. The dress was as it looked in the picture. Everything was designed well EXCEPT the busts section that was a bit loose. It took me 10 dollars to fix it with the local tailor. I however appreciate the fast shipping. It is amazing that I was able to land on a thousand dollar dress and paid 300 dollars for it. My wedding was great and went as planned. I am thinking of selling the dress as a second hand. It might earn me a profit. I came across tbdress at sitejabber today and decided to give credit for their good work.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. This is hands down the worst e-commerce experiences of my life. I ordered an ivory wedding dress from TB dress. The dress that arrived was blinding white and incredibly poorly made. The material was stiff and cheap-looking. Since we're currently in a global pandemic, I am forced to do all of my wedding dress shopping online. I have checked the return policy for every dress I've purchased. This was the most expensive dress I bought (seemed worth it because the photos were stunning). However when it arrived, I was horrified - the quality, workmanship, color difference, etc... yikes. When I reached out to initiate a return, they informed me that I would have to eat the shipping cost ($33) regardless. Also, since they make each dress to order (?!) the most they could refund me was only 1/3 of the original amount I paid. Keep in mind: Their Refunds page has absolutely NO mention of this. I have been back and forth with them for some time now and I am truly infuriated. For a company that must spend an obscene amount of money on targeted advertisements, they could not care less about customer service... I am now trying to share this experience as widely as possible to save people from going through this.

I used to keep looking for a friend I can trust who will tell me what to wear at prom and also be there to help me select my wedding dress and I got that friend in the form of TB Dress but yeah, it charges me way too high, but it's okay!

Package arrived 3 weeks after order of 12 dresses and contained 3 dresses!? Out of the 3 dresses, only ONE fit.

This company has a size chart right on their website and it is 100% inaccurate.

The dresses we received are CHILD SIZE and the materials/workmanship is 100% crap. They look nothing like what is shown on their website.

Emailed the company to complain and a week later, NO response and NO missing 9 dresses.

My bank is gladly taking care of it since I filed a fraud claim.

Last month i got Chiffon Short Sleeve V-Neck Women's Day Dress (Plus Size Available, it was really amazing and very comfortable. It was perfect fit and quality was very good. Thanks TBdresses for meeting 100% customer satisfaction.

Please guys don't order from this site it not worth it's. I had to wait a whole month 5days for my items when they came OMG I am so pissed cause I ask would the size fit me cause you know these people are smaller then USA woman. I WANT MY MONEY BACK I DON'T WANT EXCHANGE@ ALL

Website states you can ask for a refund within 7 days of arriving. I asked for a refund as the dress is nothing like the picture (see below). When I asked, they said they deduct the cost of the labour and fabric.

I have ordered several items from tbdress. Most of them are beautiful and fit well. I get lots of compliments wearing these dresses and you can't beat the price.

I ordered five dresses from here. There are so good. And good quality too. I just love it. Still savings up for more early Christmas shopping here. Can't wait.

Usually when I shop on line I am very cautious about the sizing, but with TB dress the sizes are always bang on. That saves costly and hassling returns.

Yesterday I have bought a peacock pattern blue women’s bohemian skirt of tbdress. This bohemian style chiffon skirt is ideal for wearing in summer. You may take a chance.

I bought few things and those are excellent in compare of price what they offered. Only problem is shipping and handling take lots of time to reach things faster.

The sizes are completely off, they refuse to refund your money and do not respond to emails. This company needs to be shut down- they run a criminal operation

Just received my order from tb dress very very very disappointed is an understatement the dresses are of inferior quality the finishing is sooo poor they dont look anything like their pictures on the site wishing I had read the reviews before buying had to pay vat and charges for such inferior dresses wasted money I need to send them back but not getting any helpful information on how to do this sooo disappointed

Fast forward a few days after my review they offered a £10 refund via paypal when I declined to accept I was told I would get a full refund if I remove my review only for them to decline to refund on paypal they now offering £36 ot of the 82 plus charges I paid of course I declined and escalated the complaint with pay pal they are cheats that are out to make money at other people's expense and disappointment if you haven't bought anything stay a away from this site keep your money and avoid disappointment and hassle for sub standard clothes so infuriating

What lovely designs, I thought! Was so excited to think I'd actually found a 'cheaper'(affordable)clothing line, exactly my styles.The leggings were ok, could've got same at market for £5 tho! "Jeans"! With lace were horrendous! NOT jeans but thin cotton type trousers jean/denim coloured! Stitching undone on waistband, NO button hole at front! Looked like a child had practised on sewing machine as all crooked stitching down legs, lace hanging off! I was so disapointed, as id told all my friends about this GREAT site! First they tell me I can keep them for a 'part refund?'! Then. I have to pay shipping to return them and they 'may' offer me exchange but what if I didn't want to risk any more items? I had a couple of items marked to buy next but dont know what to do now, its from different places so is it all tat? I see many others had good results with this company, I'd like to say the same but i want my money back and I will do all I can to get it! I hope they will be reasonable and sort it out! If they restore my faith I will let you know the outcome! Fingers crossed!
